I am very unhappy with customer service. I only get flimsy answers and I'm really wondering why I ordered my new Samsung S9 directly from Samsung. The device is delivered BEFORE at many other retailers and is also cheaper through various promotions than on the Samsung homepage.

Now I have to complain about the exchange campaign. My flawless Galaxy S6 allegedly has scratches, nicks, touchscreen should not work etc pp. The cell phone was sent to this partner company in perfect and fully functional condition (proof photos were taken beforehand). Of course, I did not accept the ridiculous offer of 0 euros for my Galaxy S6, but as a customer I feel hugely pissed off by the whole range of attractions and procedures. That was a flop offer from SAMSUNG! Regret the purchase very much!
