Absolutely miserable customer service and questionable guarantee provisions!
Background:
My soundbar HW-N950 no longer connects to my Samsung TV via TV-ARC due to a technical defect.
After analyzing the error, I received the answer that I should send in the Sounbar.
"Guarantee": Now it becomes shameful for Samsung, whose guarantee conditions for audio & video says and I quote "Send the device in a transport-safe packaging (not the original box). Say Samsung prescribes to the end user that it does not have its own original box At the same time, Samsung refuses to cover the packaging costs in my case about 30 .
The consumer advice center may u. a. decide.
The end consumer also remains on the postage costs, in my case 50. So a total of 80 and that at a soundbar. I wonder what the cost of a TV is.
I wonder if these provisions were chosen specifically?
In total I bought 6 Samsung devices in my household. a. because I read positive reviews about customer service. However, I can confirm this exactly 0 and will certainly not buy another Samsung device.
