I purchased a vehicle on 10/04/19 and almost walked out with my old wheels. Kevin Watts was a kind and professional salesmen and after negotiating my trade, I thought the hard part was over. I met with finance and this is when everything went downhill. The first finance salesmen spent time pressuring me to buy extra warranty and gap insurance, although he was respectful. He left and Casey R., from finance (I'm assuming he is the finance manager), comes in and tries to BULLY me into buying what I already declined. I said no more than a handful of times and he was not taking no for an answer. He was going to change the terms of my loan without telling me in his attempt to get me to purchase and when I called him out, he just tried to continue to bully me. I finally walked out because he would not leave me alone. NEVER in my life have I experienced anxiety due to not wanting to purchase extra warranty. This no HAGGLE dealership turned in to a HAGGLE over this warranty and I would NEVER recommend purchasing a car from this place because NO one should ever feel they have to purchase something they do not want. I understand it is a "sales" job and pitching is completely different from BULLYING. I never want ANYone else to experience what I did and Casey Robenson should be ashamed that he is a BULLY.

Also to note....every vehicle is equipped with the KARR security system and DataDot which adds an additional $899.00 to the total cost of the vehicle that you cannot take off. If you take this off, they will eliminate the discount price of the vehicle which is anywhere between $1,000-$2,000; a complete rip off.
