I am extremely unhappy with the service I receive...

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I brought in a 2007 dodge Charger Sxt for a pre-sale inspection. I purchased the car based on the inspection. During this inspection they never checked the A/C and the never informed me that a A/C check was not included in the cost of the inspection which was $140.00. I brought the car back in to have the A/c check only to find out it needs a new compressor which is over $1,300.00 to repair. I spoke to the Service director who was extremely rude. He did offer a 15% ( $195.00) discount which I thought was a slap in the face. I asked for 50% off seeing as the bulk of the cost was labor and he flat out refused. I called Dodge Corporate office and they did nothing. On a positive note Kyle Mayo the Service advisor was very nice and helpful.
