10 Days outside my 90 day window I call to report ...

10 Days outside my 90 day window I call to report a system failure that's been going on since day 15. Yes - I should have called before now but when logs show the date the problem started Safe Haven should have taken some of that responsibility too. I'll cancel my service before I call Safe Haven for anything more.
