I come to this dealership for oil changes. The people and the work they do is great, however the wait is horrible. On a Saturday with an appointment it at least a 2 hour wait. This had been the case every time I have come here for the past 2-3 years. Today, Wednesday with a suggested 2:00 appointment it s now going on over an hour. I m sitting across from someone who has been here since I got here. He s out cold. He s been sleeping for the past hour. I understand there is a limited amount of garage space, limiting the amount of cars being worked on at one time. Since increasing the building size is not a realistic solution, management needs to work on how they can reduce the amount of waiting time and or provide loaner cars. I do not believe the owners of this establishment would rate anyone highly if they were to sit and wait 2 hours for any service, whether it s an oil change, Dr visit, or any service. Management needs to be the customer to understand the inconvenience. There are Six Sigma Lean processes that would increase productivity and minimize the customer s wait time. It s time someone looked into the situation. It s been 1 1/2 hrs and I m still not done.
