I had the most stressful experience ever with this...

I had the most stressful experience ever with this dealership this week. I made an appointment for diagnostic testing on my vehicle, that I have only had for 1 year and a few months. The appointment processing was not that bad, I was patient with them due to a recent flooding and the receptionist explained the delay in creating appointments. BUT! I was annoyed the most with the inconsistent information. I was told one price by one worker, another by price by another. In the end, I was just fully annoyed with the miscommunication between staff. I also was told THREE different things about my warranty which just even made me more upset. I spend WAY more than I intended and only got 1 of my issue resolved which is annoying for me. I did not like this experience and I am upset with the service. I ask to speak to a manager, and still have not heard anything from any manager. I tried to be patient, but the amount of information that was not explained or just did not make sense. This experience was by far the most annoyance I have dealt with. Gio, service rep, did explain a decent amount but I am still annoyed with the experience and with what happened.
