2/4/20-What an awful morning. I don t know whether this place sucks or the one in Teterboro (As per service receptionist there they were booked for the next couple months. I had an appointment with this dealership (Little Falls) for today 9AM. I pull my vehicle up for service. I speak to the white guy with glasses (I don't remember his name). He told me that he cannot service my vehicle because I did not purchase my vehicle here and the 3rd party warranty they do not accept at this location. Also, that they DO NOT PROVIDE LOANERS. I was told that I have to go to the other location where I purchased my vehicle because it is within 40 miles of where you live. (Which does not make sense because I can go to any JEEP dealer as I wish) So, now they had my vehicle removed from the service area at this location. I called the Jeep HQ and they apologized for this locations behavior and stated to me that they CAN service my vehicle here. I go back inside and discuss this situation with the white guy with glasses, manager , and the receptionist. The receptionist told me that she had my appointment set up as WELL AS MY LOANER ready to go for this location. The white guy with the glasses stated to me that they do not provide loaner vehicles at this location which is a total lie. I asked the receptionist (Cynthia) who was very nice about where is the loaner vehicle section and she told me where to go. At this point is is 10:30AM and they were able to start servicing my vehicle. There were no apologies or anything like that to me as a very irritated customer. I got more apologies from the JEEP Headquarters and from my 3rd part warranty location. My point being is that WHY MUST YOU LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IN REGARDS TO SERVICES. My experience with Jeep dealers have been awful. The service they provide at the service department is below satisfactory and re-training must by done ASAP. I received a missed phone call from the Jeep dealership and it was when they were about to close. I called back within 2 minutes and they receptionist stated that all the workers had left for the day. I asked her what is going on with my vehicle and she did not know. Once again a customer is left in the dark.
2/5/20- Early morning, I had to keep calling for an update on my vehicle. No staff ever calls to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. It has been 24 hours for a diagnosis to be completed. I called and Joe stated my vehicle is ready to be picked up. (If I did not call to ask about the update no one would have called me back.) Long story short it is currently 6PM and I received my vehicle back. Joe handed the paperwork to the receptionist rather than going over what was done with my vehicle. The manager came over and stated, Oh hey I remember you with a big smile on his face (Only if he had a smile on his face the first time we met yesterday and understood the situation about how his staff need to get it together it would have been alright. It is funny that a customer has to be on hold for about 20 minutes meanwhile the staff are all giggling and having fun. If you do not want to work let someone else who is more passionate work and take care of the customers. Zero communication skills/people skills within this dealership. The receptionists have more people skills than anyone there. 2 Stars because of the receptionists and Joe.
