My wife and I went in to this dealership ready to purchase either a 2016 dodge Durango citadel or a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee summit, but to the surprise of my wife and I they told us that they had no 2016 cars in stock until march or later. Needless to say that my wife and I walked out very disappointed. We shouldn't have to wait that long for a 2016 anything. Other than that I have to say that the salesman was an amazing salesman, I don't remember his name but he has a tattoo on his finger.

I just recently just brought my first car, which was a 2011 Ford Escape. I honesty I wasn't even going to buy at the time, I was just looking. Lisa Perez was very knowledge with the questions I had. I got my 2019 Dodge Durango from here on March 16th 2019, the truck came completely not detailed .. marks on the tires still , stickers inside, tape on the bumper, finger prints all
Over the dashboard, inside the doors filthy. I paid to get my own brand new car detailed & didn t Even call to complain. Now fast forward to 3 weeks having the truck & my car died 3 times on me. The truck would not turn off completely. I bring it to the shop only to find out I need an entire new computer system. I don t even have the truck for a month & it s been in the shop for a week with a major problem. Not to mention I didn t even get my license plates yet !! Terrible absolutely terrible
My truck has a dark grey interior and everything seats trim and molding are the same color. I never ride in the back seat so when cleaning I noticed a foot long panel on the door was missing that was obviously never on the Truck. All they keep saying is after 90 days i'm out off luck. Buyer beware go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb because if some obscure part is missing your out of luck. Also I was overlooking the fact they made me wait 2 hours in the waiting room for plates promised in 15 Minutes when I got the truck I'm unlikely to shop here again.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Please DO NOT take your car here for service. I brought my Challenger here for a bad sensor. The first time i brought it they never fixed it and called me to tell me i missed my service appointment. So i brought it back to have the ABS sensor changed they told me this would take and hour. 4 days later i got my car back. I had to call them several time to find out what was going on, not once did they reach out to me about my car. We finally get the car back, mind you this is my husbands baby he washes it consistently you cane eat off of any part of the car. He goes to put something back in the trunk and notices black writing imprinted in the rear bumper that wont come off. We immediately call the dealer and everyone in the service dept is gome so they make a note to have someone call us first thing in the morning. That doesnt happen so my husband called them and they said oh ok bring it in next week. He said no way i am coming in today. He goes and sees the "manager" and he said he could get it out my husband says ok give it a try. It didnt come out. This was on saturday he said to call back on Monday and he will have his body shop use some chemical snd it will come out. He said and if it doesnt you will have it painted right? His response as we are not paying to have it painted. Ok fine we called the 800 number all weekend and nobody ever answered or called back. He called the manager on Monday morning and never got a response. I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau. Please take my advise and do not bring yout car to these incompetent losers.
Truly great experience at Route 46. Everyone was great and we never felt rushed or pressured. They were upfront and honest. We left with a brand new Jeep Cherokee and couldn't be happier.

This is where I leased my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Love this vehicle! Handles great in rough weather. Service Department is also great! Very professional and honest. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Came in for an oil change at 7:45am today it s currently 10:45am. I m still waiting. The oil change is free but I d rather pay $100 and get on with my day than wait for this nonsense. Literally going to a different car deal shop after I get my car back to trade it in because this place doesn t deserve my buisness.
Worst place ever. I purchased a car and was at the dealer for almost 9 hours. Then got it home and it wouldn't start. It had a dead battery. The salesman lied when we went to test drive it saying it wouldn't start because he grabbed the wrong key. Then I was waiting for them to send me the spare key in the mail and they sent me a key to a different car and when I called they said I had to go get my own made. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and they are making me drive back and forth the dealer for things they should of had sorted out. I will never go back there again.

Bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler there and buying the Jeep was fine. Exactly what I wanted and transaction was easy. However, they said hard top would be installed next day but then it became they don't have the hard top and would have to wait for it to be installed...no big deal have soft top and can survive. Fast forward a month and a half later, no follow up, no hardtop, no floor mats, the air conditioning doesn't work and fog lights don't work. Really disappointed in overall experience.

I've met some with integrity and others with the intention of getting as much money as impossible out of the deal, without any concern for the customer's benefit. I am pleased to say, Nick is one of the good guys. It was such a pleasure leasing a car with Nick. He was honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you happen to go this dealership, ask for Nick. He'll get you a great deal and won't beat around of the bush or try to make the deal sound better than it is.
I went shopping around for a car. Rt 46 Jeep was probably my 3rd dealership that day. I walked in and was greeted by Justin, a sales rep. Justin was very helpful. He walked me through everything in my contract agreement and did not give me the run around. I definitely recommend this place and encourage people to atleast check this dealership out before making a final decisions.
I recently went in to look for a car since my previous car broke down. I was looking for something not too expensive but the associate I worked with (Ramon Rojas) convinced me that if I spend more I'll get a car that's worth it! I'm so glad that I listened to him! So far my Jeep Wrangler has been amazing. He explained everything to me and he was such a pleasure to work with. I had a lot of questions going in and he answered them with ease. My 2017 Dodge challenger which is leased from this dealership and have been doing all the periodic services at their service center broke down on 12/10 Thursday due to a fluid leak. I called the service center and towed the car to them on the same day evening. Got call from the service dept on the next day saying they won't be able to diagnose the issue until 12/15 Tuesday since they have few other cars in line to fix. Nothing happened till 12/18 Friday and said they have to order the parts and it will be ready by 12/19 Saturday evening. (repair cost of around $850 to replace a pipe.) Anyway, made another call on Saturday 12/19 to check the status and told me that they received the wrong item and they need to order parts again and the car will only be ready by Monday 12/21. Call them on Monday 12/21 and they said their technician is on vacation until Wednesday 12/23 so my car won't be ready till then. Almost 2 weeks at this service center and my car is not fixed yet. Note that they have been doing multi point inspection each time when I do the regular services and I am not sure why they don't find this leak before and I am about to loss my $$'s and keep on waiting to get my car fixed. Also, now they saying the delay is because I didn't make service appointment which I actually did on my first call to them on 12/10. Good luck to everyone who is going to buy new cars and doing service at this dealership.
Our first buying experience with Route 46 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge was nothing but exceptional. All the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Our salesmen, Dean, was terrific. He was patient, understanding, easy to talk to, and helped us get the car we wanted for a great price. This dealership does a good job in not making you feel pressured to buy a car on the spot. We spent weeks going back and forth across different dealerships before settling into Route 46 because they simply were the best of all the dealerships we visited. It was overall a great experience, the car drives great, and we are looking forward to doing business with Dean and the Route 46 family again in the distant future.
I have been to a lot of dealerships looking for cars and always felt they were pushy and wouldn't work at all with me as a customer. At Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge I had an awesome experience! My salesperson Marvin Belton was beyond helpful and accommodating! He really went above and beyond to help get me into the car that I wanted. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and above all Marvin as a salesperson.
Friendly and very knowledgable sales team. Jued and Dennis helped us out to the fullest. To be able to walk out with a brand new car. But once have the car don't go back for any type of work. They will yes you to death and then turn around and do what they please. What I could have done for $300 it got done for $900 and 10 hours late between 2 visits I walked away with a promise of money back and got nothing back and a bunch of he'll call you back. I guess I'll be waiting for the day that pigs fly to see any money back. So if you are a hard working family that don't want to waste money and get as much bang for your buck this is not the dealer to go too. Better off going to another dealer. And if you do use this dealer get it in writing.

I visited the dealership to simply look at the car I was interested in - and ended up leaving with my perfect car that night! Everyone was friendly, patient, and very helpful. I would like to also recommend the Sales Associate I interacted with as well, Mike Solomon. He was great!!!!! I honestly may not have bought the car if it weren't for Mike's calm and patient personality (I was a picky customer). He wasn't pushy or overbearing at all. The dealership was great too. For an unexpected car buy, they made the whole process as seamless and non-time taxing as possible. Overall, great experience at this dealership every step of the way!!!!
I am the owner of a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. This week while my husband was driving the power steering stopped working. He made it to work and I called Route 46 Chrysler Jeep and they gave me the telephone number of road-side assistance. I contacted them and they came and towed the car to the dealership, it was late in the day so I knew the car would not be looked at until the next morning. First thing in the morning one of the service people called me to talk about the problem that my husband had with the car and he told me that he would contact me later in the day with what they found out. True to their word, they called me back at the end of the day and told me what exactly had happened and what they did to repair it. I could not have been happier with the professionalism and courtesy they showed me. This is my first new vehicle so I was quite nervous, I didn't need to be, they were great. I picked up the car in the evening and now everything is good. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a new or used vehicle.
The car buying experience is rarely a great one but this experience had to be as good as it gets. Fernando Castro, my sales person, didn't waste any of my time. I told him what I could afford and he over performed. He didn't lie or say one cheesy thing to me. He was honest and real the entire time. I definitely suggest heading over and working with him. I must say how excited we are for our new car we left with today!! It was our 1st time dealing with finance due to our bad credit but these guys did it for us!! I am so grateful to have had such an experience with Diandre & Marcel although them two together are a case! :) Too funny but very professional! & because of that we felt comfortable & confident with them. They work with us in every issue that came our way & gave us the best again we couldn't be more thankful! Thank you & we look forward to do more business in the future!

I have been offered pretty decent money in the past (as a writer) to write positive reviews for companies and make it seem genuine. I believe that Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Little Falls has done the same. Note their 1.5 STAR review on Yelp. Just left after sitting there for 6 hours and DIDNT buy a car. Dealt with a super nice car salesman (Dennis Brusco) working for a terrible company. I agreed to buy a 2011 Chevy Aveo for 6500 (a fair price since it was a rental car). I was giving a $3,000 deposit.
I go through all the paperwork to find the number on the bottom of the contract is 11,900.00, on top of my deposit (I rounded down because I don't remember exactly). Does $2300 just in dealership/state fees on a car worth $6500 make sense? I think not. I will not pay over $14,000 for a car worth $6,500. Too bad they already took my check and "can't" return it. As well as ran my credit report and had me take out insurance on the new car I do not own. The cherry on top was the business manager's (Victor) smug condescending smile as he explained to me why I was a stupid single female who needed to just sign whatever he pushed at me.
I will not be buying from them or the other dealerships they are associated with on Route 46, including Mitsubishi and Nissan. They might be okay for a newer car as those fees would be less astronomical. 1 star is for excellent service from Dennis and the lovely receptionists. Most of the other salesmen are creeps who leer at you when they think you're not looking. Very creepy.
The Service department at Route 46 Jeep was very organized, all staff was very helpful and efficient...Showroom was gorgeous now I want a new Jeep... Or one of each! The sales staff was very knowledgable and helpful... Just great!

This has to be the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever received.. and I shop alot... It is like your talking to a whole bunch of random sales people that are either Mis informed or Lying! I was told different stories about one vehicle, For example they told me the car I wanted which was a 2016 srt hellcat challenger was available and I could purchase it out of state since I lived in California then I spoke to the Sales Manager which I called a couple days later, after not being contacted back and completing the credit application I was emailed since I live in California, I was then told that it WASNT POSSIBLE to buy a car out of state and the hellcat DID NOT have a sunroof option, so the salesman argued and never showed me a picture of the top of the car I requested and Come to find out the car did have a sunroof and was SOLD the day before and all my time , anticipation credit app was All For Nothing. Personally once I have a bad encounter with the Manger it tells me alot about their staff and why I'm receiving Horrible Customer Service. I DON'T TRUST my personal information with anyone who is unprofessional, Lies and Argues with the customer!!! Trust me and go with a More Professional Dealership and save yourself Headache!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Day 1, I came in to fix my passenger side mirror, I waited for 3 hours before anyone could tell me that the wrong part was ordered, I missed an entire day of work and received no compensation for my time. There was no follow up and no justification for why the part was not ordered. Day 2, I come in and wait an additional 3 hours to have my car fixed. The staff proceeds to tell me that the employee quit who processed the order and no one ever followed up with work order, I miss another day of work and my car is not fixed. Day 3, they tell me there will be an additional cost to paint the mirror. I waited from 1-4 pm and missed another day of work. The part was not ordered again. The amount of ignorance and negligence in this case is unfathomable. I am never coming here again. Do not waste your time.
Walked into Route 46 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge and was immediately greeted buy the receptionist, after a few minutes of giving information a salesman walked up and helped us. I was driving cars in the lot maybe 20 min into being there. After looking at different models of cars my salesman Mike Solomon and I got down to brass tax. I told Mike what I wanted and my price point. Mike worked very hard to get me to that price point and to keep all the extras I wanted in my vehicle. After some back and forth negotiating which is to be expected, we came to a fair deal. Mike was very helpful and friendly during the whole process and made the whole car buying process friendly and easy. I would recommend Route 46 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge to anyone looking to buy a new car, they are friendly and willing to work with you to fit you into the right vehicle.
Glad to say I have received great customer service in person and by phone. I would definitely recommend this location.

I came here just the other day to have my exhaust fixed on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Joseph was awesome and very attentive to my needs. The staff got everything done in a timely manner. I have no complaints and will definitely be back whenever my car needs more maintenance! Highly recommend to all my friends and family!

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 that i brought in for service. To be specific repair of front right control arm, drive axle, and strut. As of today they have my car for a combined 20 DAYS in the last 6 weeks!!!!! ( DAVE was my service adviser) After the repairs which initially took 15 days i had to bring it back because the new strut was squeaking. They now how it 5 additional days after my appointment date totaling 20 days now. When i ask for a courtesy car, each time they told me there are none available for the next two weeks. They don't keep you updated, ignore your calls, don't return messages, when you reach them they keep telling you they are working on the car but when you ask them whats wrong with the car exactly they tell you they don't know yet ( its on the lift), give you excuses such as "We are behind. It will be finished tomorrow. Almost finished. My parts truck didn't come in till 1PM today. We cant find the problem. We have to do more research into what may be wrong. Your warranty company may investigate the issue and say you got into an accident resulting in you paying them back for previous repairs." The most popular thing they say is " ill get back to you in about an hour" Never call you back. Than you call several times and the service adviser doesn't get back to you.. Finally you're told he left for the day.!!! The assistant manager is of little help because he only convinces the service adviser to call you, and it only goes back to the same excuses.... I am at a point where i am coming in there tomorrow, demanding my car, calling the president of the company, and calling corporate. Terrible service from this location. Once i get my truck back I am NEVER coming back here again!!!

I was able to get into a beautiful pre-owned 2015 Honda Civic with ridiculously low mileage when I thought I would have had to settle for a less desirable vehicle. Bad experience for the first time in New Jersey dealership I just walked out. Went in to purchase a brand new 2020 Durango for my wife. The dealer didn't show no interest in helping out. Was walking around acting like he was doing something. When he thought I wasn't looking he sat down with his co-workers laughing and hanging around. I can't blame them all cause I just dealt with one person but this was my experience. Definitely going to another location.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!! Avoid yourself the trouble and please don't go to this dealership. Once they make a deal with you it's like they don't know who you are. Very unprofessional from the salesmen to the general managers very rude and very unhelpful PLEASE avoid yourself the trouble and try another dealership. I made the mistake of going there and literally just signed the contract yesterday and I'm already considering getting a lawyer to fight these fraudulent people. That's the last thing you should be thinking about a day after purchasing a car. Again avoid yourself the trouble and please don't go here.
The car buying process is never easy and can become quite the hassle taking up time and patience. Pedro Pena took that process and simplified it as well as he could have. He was straight forward and very helpful in assisting me to determine which vehicle would work the best for my situation. I am very happy with my new JEEP and hope to deal with Pedro again when the time comes to replace it.

Best service department in North Jersey. I tried 8 other dealerships before sticking with this one for all of my needs. Staff is very friendly and will help you with anything. Oh and they give loaner cars but make sure to make an appointment for one because they get booked quick.

Hands down! The worst car buying experience ever. First, they put the wrong car on my loan application. Had to go back and sign another one. Second, they failed to satisfy all requirements of the bank before I left the dealership. Third, it has taken over a month to receive my permanent plates and I have had to go there 3 times and they refuse to make a new temp plate and have had me driving around with expired plates for 3 days now. Lastly, mailboxes are full so you cant leave voice messages. The only way to get things done with them you have to go in person and waste hours of time dealing with them to get nothing accomplished. Still no permanent plates. Go anywhere but here!

I honestly wouldn't recommend a dog to this dealership..these people were rude and obnoxious and unprofessional from day 1...I purchased my car about a month ago...and about 2 weeks ago I was called to fill out another paper because the sales person forgot to give it to us...we came last Friday to fill it out and the sales men and the financial man who sold me the car was not there we was told this after an hour of sitting waiting for someone who was not even at work that day..okay so on this Thursday the salesman came to my house to have me fill the paper since I told them I am not coming back after coming the third time for nothing..we came just now to get either a rental car or an extended temporary plate and left with this paper basically saying to drive illegally until your plates come in...do they realize this is against the law??? This is not even a shady car lot this is the official CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE in little falls..the general manager did not help at all just sat there and I explained my issue and he said he couldn't help he acted like he dident care either ....I will be contacting corporate and letting everyone know about my horrible experience please beware and save your money and go somewhere..bunch of liars..this whole process for me has been horrible and lies...they guy who works in finances I have not seen since I brought the car.....bunch of shady crooks
This dealsherip has awesome salesman rep, Erick Inoa was my salesguy and he lead me to right vehicle. When it came down to numbers Erick did his best job to get me where i wanted to be montly and down payment wise. Then his manager Adam solomon did an awesome job getting me where i wanted to be. i already recommeneded this dealership to a couple of family and friends told them to go see Erick and Adam.
Worst experience ever! Do yourself a favor and go to a professional dealer. This place is a joke!! While i was in service departmen having a bad time because i was in there again for the 5th time for the same problem in the engine causing a missfire,i was lucky to find a guy that is in my same soccer league to tell me how bad is the dealer in general. Getting giftcards for writing positive reviews ???? are you kidding me?? I regret it big time going in to that dealer to get a car. Now apparently im stuck with a defective vehicle and the manager Jim cant give me a solution. Got this wrangler dec2014 and spends more time in this dealer than with me. Customer service is so bad!! Honestly save yourself a headache and deal a professional dealer.
For the 1st time a great car buying experience. Perfect Sales Associate -- MARVIN BELTON - go see this guy, Awesome selection of pre-owned vehicles (priced very competitively), and a beautiful state of the art facility. The place is huge but you don't get that overwhelming feeling. The interaction is very personal and lacking that high pressure sales crap some of us experience at these places. Warnock was great but now they are closed. If I had known Marvin and team here, this would have been my dealership from 2004 till now. Selection is much more than just Chrysler products (Nice luxury cars if your in the market). I had to get a minivan but it's like riding in a new Chrysler 300 - same interior/slick exterior as well.

Worst customer service ever. When you originally go into the dealership they swarm around you like sharks.....once the paperwork is complete and you drive away....good luck in ever getting someone to help you. I called over 10 times looking for simple information and no one ever gets back to you including the General Manager or you get left on hold. My last dealership was a Ray Catena facility who has best customer service ever. This dealership definitely needs some customer service training.
I always hate having to buy a new car because I usually get a person who doesn t help much, showing me multiple cars that I hate and were way over my price range, but Ricardo made the process easy and fun and I found a car that I loved in no time! I leave my jeep on 7/25/19 at 11:30 am at service department to fix something as today 27 nobody call me to tell me what going on. Very disappointed. Plus no loaners car available. What a service 0- !!!! After 7 days they fix my jeep. Horrible experience I never come back to this trash. Dealer.....

Extremely disappointing to say the least. I went into the dealership and we worked out a decent rate at first on a Grand Cherokee that ended up not actually having. After EIGHT hours of sitting in the dealership waiting for them to process paperwork we were told that they didn't have time and that we could sign a paper and take the car home and quickly finish the paperwork at a later date. I came back with my 8 month pregnant wife last night to finish our paperwork where I was told we would be seeing someone momentarily...Took another 2 hours!! No one offered my again, 8 month pregnant wife a water, beverage, or anything until that two hour mark. Already furious at this point, I walk into the finance office wanting to sign my papers and get the hell out of there, only to be told that the rate we agreed and shook on was no longer valid and the paper they insisted on me signing stated that in the fine print! I am now stuck paying a premium on the vehicle every month and can't do a thing about it because they already took my trade in!
I am extremely dissatisfied and would recommend any other dealer for a major purchase like this. As many of the comments below state, this dealer is big on the "bait and switch" tactic. Pretty pathetic if you ask me, especially for someone who is a first time buyer to your brand and dealership. I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on along with my 4 relatives who are regular jeep lessees.
This is the dealership that I purchased my Dodge Durango with and the last few times I needed service they disappointed me . This last time I got an Oil change from them and I bring it to a closer Dodge dealership to get it serviced for a leak and come to find out that the oil filter is not on properly causing oil to leak all over the front end of the car .
I called route 46 several times, was placed on hold , asked for a service manager to talk to them about the issue and I got nothing but voice mails and hold ons from the service staff.
