I will never buy or lease a Jeep again. I brought my Jeep in to this dealership a week ago and still don't know what's wrong or what needs to be replaced. This is the most unprofessional service department I have ever had to deal with. Customer care is a joke. My lease can not end soon enough so I will never have to deal with this dealership again. Everyone I know needs to know what I have had to put up with at this "dealership".
