I recently purchased a used car and was thrilled with the process. It was super easy and I got exactly what I wanted. Mark Sullivan was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and really listened to us. In every step of the process I felt like he was trying his best to get me the car I wanted at the right price. He was kind, helpful and responsive to all our questions. I felt that he really wanted us to be happy with whatever we chose. I highly recommend Mark Sullivan! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took way longer than necessary to finally get the deal done. However, once the agreement was made the purchase and check out was a snap! We will certainly return here to get our next Toyota! Thanks Mark and RR Toyota!
