Today I did it - the 2008 Escape is retired and I m treating myself to a 2019 RAV4 HYBRID!! Loving it! As important as the purchase was the process. This is where I m going to use Facebook for the good story, not the rant.
I bought the car at Toyota of Round Rock. No arm twisting, no nickel and diming. I want to say thanks to Adam Fuller - my sales rep. Laid back, didn t push, got me in the car I wanted. Also a shout out to Gary Faust - sales manager - because we talked back and forth just twice. Got to a price that I thought was fair. This is how you want a car buying experience to go.
Next challenge - scheduling a road trip. Need to break this baby in!
