I just bought a NISMO JUKE from here. The used car sales people are crooks and will blatantly lie to you, I'll update this review when I get the name of the guy that "sold" me the car. The car is pulling to the right when I drive it even though it is a Certified Pre Owned, the salesman told me he could have it aligned but after the sale wants nothing to do with me. I know the finance manager's name, CHRISTY ERICKSON, she is a crook as well and will make empty promises to "close" the sale. The service department is full of RUDE and PUSHY service advisors. It's a shame that Nissan let's dealerships be run like this because I'm a loyal Nissan enthusiast and have purchase 3 new cars and countless used Nissans over the years. The next car I will buy will be a Kia or Hyundai as their facilities and staff are much nicer! AVOID THIS PLACE.

I don t know about the sales department. My review...

I don t know about the sales department. My review is for the maintenance department. Couldn t even fix what we asked them to. Said they couldn t hear what we hear every day while driving. Said they needed to keep overnight so they could drive the car when they didn t. Couldn t fix my key fob... (it won t open the lift gate) said I would have to buy a whole new one. And the extra coverage we paid for when purchasing the car didn t cover what they managed to fix. They basically plugged in the computer and ran diagnostics which stopped our lift gate from auto closing(at least a computer is capable). They also tried to tell us we needed to flush the engine which we didn t and would have cost us significantly more. Wish our first experience with them was better, but we just felt they didn t provide adequate service.

I ve never used a dealer to maintain a vehicle.
I bought a 2017 NV Hi Rise Van to use in my business. ( best move ever )
Right after the sale Nissan began emailing with offerings for routine maintenance at or below current trends. So I developed a relationship with Sean, and all the vans maintenance is done at the dealer. Prices are reasonable and Sean watches out for Maint and recalls the van may need.
I think they ve done a great job changing the perception that dealership maintenance is a rip off.
For me it s been a good experience. I like the personal relationship I have with my service provider.
I feel like it s a team effort to keep me from having breakdowns.

Prices are lower than the other guys, great location, super friendly people. Only downside is shuttle is offered but can never find the guy so don't count on him showing up in time to make using it worth it. Otherwise very happy with service.

Had a great experience with Round Rock Nissan Service Center.
I set up my appointment online Friday with Service Advisor Sean for Saturday. I was greeted as soon as I drove up with no wait time.
They were very thorough and I had my car back in 2 hours, and washed!
Thank you Sean for the great customer service!

I usually get my oil changed at Sterling McCall in Houston. I ve always paid $46 yet for some reason I had to pay $56 at Round Rock Nissan. The guy who helped me was nice, but seemed like he didn t want to be there honestly. The oil change comes with a complimentary car wash, but they did a pretty awful job. At Sterling McCall they ve always wiped and vacuumed the inside and did an impeccable job. They didn t do that here. None of it wasn t vacuumed, the interior part of the windows had smudges, and they didn t even wipe the dashboard. It s not hard to do and for a $56 oil change, I think my at least my complimentary car wash should be done right.

I went there for a check engine light check up and a rough idleling and they diagnosed all 4 coils bad and the exhaust manifold bad and they estimated 1600 for the fix plus 132 for the diagnosed i took it to autozone after i left and they told me it was only one coil for 75 dollars. All thwy wanna do is rip you off never go there again

He understood my concerns over a repair that occurred while my car was under warranty and since the same part had failed again he called Nissan Corporate to see if they would cover it. Nissan to their credit owned up to it and covered it 100%. Plus he offered me reduced rates on my rental while my car was being repaired. A solid experience all around.

Great selection of new and used cars. The prices offered don't require negotiation. The salesman was very prompt, informative, and professional. He took the initiative to reached out to use for special offers and when new opportunities presented themselves. The purchase process was the most streamlined auto sale I've every experienced. Mr. Jim was very helpful in explaining my battery cable issue and indeed save me some money on the repairs. My other vehicle recommendations were shown to me and I will be making another appointment next week to get my brakes done.

My wife and I went to Round Rock Nissan to look at a used Sienna they had listed. We have had some bad car buying experiences in the past, but this was very much the opposite. We are very happy with the way we were received by Wayne. He was very friendly, sent the CARFAX information to my phone and was patient with us as we thoroughly examined the vehicle. We didn't feel any pressure from him to buy; he let us go at our own pace.

While we ultimately purchased a different vehicle that was a little better suited to our needs, we would have felt very comfortable buying from Round Rock Nissan.

These guys are awesome! I needed a new work van and stopped in to check one out at the beginning of the month, was given plenty of info to take home and all of my questions were answered. Came back a few weeks later to make the purchase and it was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. No pressure, these guys are so chill, they make you feel comfortable, and they go the extra mile for you. Thank you guys, Ricky, Jose, Justin, and Cash from the beginning of the process until the end were extremely professional. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

one star does not describe the horrible trouble they put my husband and myself through.!!! They put my family's life in risk when they sold us the 2011 sonata.. After the engine decides to stop and die they still have done nothing at all. But make things more of a hassle on my husband and I. A couple of days after buying the car we take it back to the dealership to get it checked out because of weird noises.
After doing research and looking u things about our car. Come to find out its has recalls on it!!!!!! From the seat belts to the engine. 11 recalls so far!! And they have done nothing to try and help. We have made phone calls after phone calls. No one answers nor calls back. not even to emails.

DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME OR PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE NOR TAKE THE TIME TO HELP YOU OUT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: Car is still in the shop as of October 8 2016. Engine has to be rebuilt and yet not even began to be worked on. Brandon has done nothing to contact my husband or I.. Or anyone at round rock Nissan has contacted us which is sad. Gone more months then we have driven the car. Terrible terrible experience with this dealership.

I am not a morning person, so I wasn't in the best mood for my 7am appointment. This was my first visit to Round Rock Nissan. I walked in and a gentleman asked if he could help me. The moment I said my name I heard, "Yes, Miss Yolanda. You're over here. I've got you ready." It was Lynne Thurmond. Her attitude was hospitable, jovial, and professional. SHE HAD EVERYTHING READY FOR ME TO REVIEW AND SIGN. Within seconds, she reviewed my concerns and explained that everything would be taken care of. Everything was taken care of perfectly. After my car was inspected, she explained what needed to be done, how it affected the performance of my car, and the price. To top it off, my car got a long overdue washdown once all work was completed. I had the best experience! There is certainly a person behind her title and that person knows how to provide top notch customer service. I will ALWAYS return to this dealership to service my Sentra.

I've taken in my car here twice already for the same problem and they take the car and keep it for a couple of hours and say nothing's wrong this time I made them take someone with me to see what it's been doing (transmission problem like I've told them since April) so I drop it off with them Thursday when my adviser said he will contact me Friday and tell me what's up . I called Friday to see what was going on and was told I would get a call back and never did . Nothing from them all weekend and then today I had to call them to see what was going on and since my adviser is off today i got passed on to other guy . After being told that it still needs to be inspected i guess to find out whats wrong .He then told me that my car might be ready Wednesday because guess want my belt in the transmission was slipping hmmmm. So I've already been out of a car since Thursday and now I might get my car back Wednesdays but Nissan doesn't give out rentals ?So how do I get back and forth to work for another three more days possibly more because it seems like everyone in the services department doesn't know what the hell is going on. They can't even get my phone number right when I've called them enough times for them to get it and yes I changed it when I dropped it off there is no excuse . Will never work with this service department again.
UPDATE:::: I had to contact Corporate to get anything done here you as the GM haven't done anything to resolve this issue and it wasn't Round Rock Nissan that fixed the situation corporate had to call y'all to get me into a rental . Jarred is one of the worse advisers I've ever had at this location. And took me three times to call David to finally find out I had a rental .This has been the worse experience and this is the third time dealing with yalls neglect and rude service that I'm finely speaking up about this...

I will never come back to this Nissan in Round Rock ever again, I ve received nothing but terrible customer service, broken promises and blatantly disrespect. This has been by first the worst experience ever. Poor communication from the service department, if I could give this place Zero stars I would.

Me and my wife recently purchased a Nissan rouge from Round Rock Nissan. We were happy about everything but there was an issue with the tires being too worn out. We were told that the tires were at a 7 but when we got our tire measurements we realized that the were at 5 and one was at 4. We spoke with the manager and he told us there was no way of us getting all of our 4 tires replaced even though their paper work stated that all of our tires would be at 7.

Because I had a recall on my vehicle I was originally told it would take about 3 hours. I was out of there in an hour and half. Thank again Adam for all you do when I get my car serviced , I am always well taken care of when you re my service guy.

Battery in to get it fixed as the attachments were bent and 1 was actually broken and I was told I needed the part from the dealer so when I went there they not only installed the battery, they cleaned up the mess that was created and they also washed my car and the price was below what I thought I'd be paying .

My service advisors were great to work with. Very responsive and used phone as well as text to keep me informed about my vehicle repairs. When they weren t able to find anything wrong after running diagnostics on my transmission, they were honest in not trying to sell something that wasn t an issue. This act alone will make me a repeat customer and promoter of RR Nissan service dept. Thanks Chris and James!!

Sean Johnson did a fabulous job today, taking care of my needs with my Nissan Rogue. He did what I asked of him and more! He made sure my car was washed and did not suggest any additional repairs beyond the oil and filter change. He thoroughly explained the results of my multi-point inspection. Also, he offered to have my state inspection done by Nissan...I didn't know they offered that service. Thanks, Sean....well done!

First off, I love how this dealership is just far ...

First off, I love how this dealership is just far enough down I35 that you can take less stressful routes to get there. In addition, I got to meet quite a bit of the staff and they were all wonderfully friendly. My salesman Brian the Hawaiian had been incredibly helpful in the entire process from answering questions asap, to getting me a approved, quoted, and set up for my 2018 Nissan Rogue. He had it delivered from another dealership and made sure it was clean, had the door and door handle guards so there won't be any scratches in the near future, and even made sure it was gassed up for me. The place was very clean, including the restrooms! I definitely reccomend going over there and giving Brian a visit if you need a new or pre-owned car!

Mario, Zain and Todd all made me feel like I made the right choice. I really appreciate the team putting in the effort to help me install the front facing car seat. It helped me look forward to the months ahead. Todd put me right at ease sharing his personal experiences as a Nissan customer himself. Mario went the extra mile in delivering my car after the windows were tinted. I love my new Altima. I believe the more the Salesforce knows about each car, the better.
