I don t know about the sales department. My review...

I don t know about the sales department. My review is for the maintenance department. Couldn t even fix what we asked them to. Said they couldn t hear what we hear every day while driving. Said they needed to keep overnight so they could drive the car when they didn t. Couldn t fix my key fob... (it won t open the lift gate) said I would have to buy a whole new one. And the extra coverage we paid for when purchasing the car didn t cover what they managed to fix. They basically plugged in the computer and ran diagnostics which stopped our lift gate from auto closing(at least a computer is capable). They also tried to tell us we needed to flush the engine which we didn t and would have cost us significantly more. Wish our first experience with them was better, but we just felt they didn t provide adequate service.
