The service department was very, but Nick made a point to greet me as soon as I walked through the door. When it was my turn to be waited on, Nick was very personable and kind. My car was done before the promised time and he emailed me all necessary documents for next steps to take on the maintenance of my car. I will definitely be back again!!

I pulled into the dealership service center for an oil change. A lady pulled in after me. She got out her car and I could see that she had a handicap of some sort. I am a healthcare professional so I always aim to assist people. So I stood and opened the door for her and allowed her to speak to the rep in the service center first. I clearly heard her explain she wanted an oil change. The rep said sure, there are a few cars ahead of you but I will get you out as fast as possible. Then I approached the counter. I have already purchased a maintenance package with my vehicle. I explained I would like an oil change. The lady rudely said I don't have any openings for today and it will be more than 2 weeks before I can get you scheduled. She clearly saw me aid the lady before me into the service center and allow her to go ahead of me. Her attitude was beyond rude to me. I honestly have to question why.... I will never return to this dealership because it is the second time I have received beyond rude service or lack of service here. I go to the dealership in South Austin and receive stellar service every time.

I got the 30000 mile service done today on a Nissan Versa SV. I forgot to mention that my wipers needed to be replaced. However, I thought the multipoint inspection would take care of that. I was disappointed to see that the wiper was not checked. Also the windshield wiper fluid which was already empty was also not filled. Now I am suspicious of whether the multipoint inspection was done at all. I have always got my car serviced at only Nissan dealerships and always felt I have been overcharged. Today I paid $250 which included wheel alignment, inspection, oil change and filter replacement but I don t feel that the service was worth it. I think I could have got better service done from elsewhere for less

Update: The dealer offered to replace the wipers for free. That shows that they really care!! I am happy now

We had the best experience with this dealership. They made the entire buying process quick and easy. Friendly service from the salesman, sales manager and business manager. We drove from San Antonio to Round Rock and they had all our paperwork ready to sign when we got there. I hope to do business again with them in the future. If you re looking for a great price on a great vehicle this is the place. I love my new suv.

This is by far the worst experience ever I have been in three vehicles and time after time they have broke on me with my kids . They helped me out gave me a loaner then told me the new vehicle I would be getting was great but was having to pay more which I was ok with since I needed a vehicle for me and my kids. But then I didn t even have it a week and it broke on me. PLEASE DO NOT Buy a vehicle from this place ever ever this is has been the worst experience ever!!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from here ever again!!!

My husband and I knew that we needed to go back to driving a Nissan Altima. We had bought another car at a dealership and after a few weeks of driving it, I realized that it was in a much lower class then my Altima that I had prior. Andrea was so extremely helpful and gave us a great deal as we were able to trade in our other car for a brand new 2017 Nissan Altima. We love it and are so glad we choose an Altima!

This was hands down the best service experience we have ever had dealing with buying a new vehicle. Everyone was so nice, informative, positive, and helpful the whole time. They not only listened to what we wanted and helped find the perfect match but also never tried to upgrade and lower our search. That asked whichever one we liked and made it happen. Ron is the man at finding what you want and getting the paperwork ready and Mike in sales is a wizard at numbers and getting the best price. Please go see theses awesome people if you want the best car/SUV buying experience. I bet you will say the same after you leave that lot in your new ride. Consumer Beware! This dealership repair center, price gauges and will add things to your bill to inflat the price to your insurance company.
My daughter had her car towed here after the Valentines Day Snow storm. She called left a message and told them her car was there. When the repair man called her back they couldn't find the car. Their shop bay area, where you drop vehicles for repair was full, so the tow truck driver dropped the car on the other side of the building. When they located the car, the repair man had only told her "not to worry he would handle moving". (This call was recorded) At no time did he ask to have it towed again, or that she would be charged $79 to have car moved from the dealership to across the street to a collision repair shop. When he did reach out to us again he sent a price quote, for what we had already advised him of was a front axle issue, for over $5100. We were very alarmed at the price, so I took the quote to another local shop, and was shown the actual prices for the pieces the dealership was quoting and was given another quote of under $3700.
Feeling that Nissan Round Rock was price gouging, we went in to have our car towed. We were told that we couldn't have our car back. I was advised at that point that I would have to pay for the additional tow they did and a diagnostic fee of over $175, when I asked to speak with a manger I was told there isn't one there that I would have to come back in on Sunday morning. The man then proceeded to threaten me and my daughter, That "if [we took] the car anywhere else, [they would] void the warranty on the car." We didn't buy our car here and he couldn't even pull up our work order for over 15 mins. I became even more determined to have my car moved after feeling threatened.
When we arrived in Sunday we were again told there was no Manager on-site, and no one was in the shop to release my car.
I have contacted my insurance company who has notated this location and sent the adjuster who works this area the information for price gouging. I also have contacted the police department to get a file put in to just get my car back. In which the officer couldn't even get a price quote from the man.
This apparently isn't the only case where they have lied to the owners and are being accused of price gouging. Owners beware.

I've been back and forth several times for the same issue and now twice for a different issue. Lynn the supervisor was great however the work on my car wasn't and to top it off I had problems with brand new tires I bought from Round Rock Nissan location. They forgot to do the sensors and now doesn't have an answer to why my traction light doesn't stay off. I've spent way too much money to not have a great overall experience.

He communicated the results with me in a timely manner and got all fixed, including nice and clean detailing. He provided me with a free ride to pick up my truck. He's wonderful and very friendly.i enjoyed every bit of the service.

We took test drives in 2 models, decided on one and chose a color. Car was not at this dealer but they brought in one that day.

After dealing with the other Nissan dealers in Austin for a couple of weeks, I decided to take a short drive to Round Rock. What a difference 20 miles makes. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with my new Altima and paid ONLY the price that was on the internet, no additional markups. Thanks to Jerry Crider and Brian Hart, I will recommend these guys for HONEST work! Bravo Round Rock Nissan.

Sean was great! I ended up not being able to get a ride home but needed to study for a very important licensing exam coming up and he knew I was going to be there for about 3-4 hours. He was not only accommodating to my personal needs and helped me with some things I forgot at home, but took the time to explain my vehicle concerns as well. He didn't push me into anything, but instead explained why I needed certain things urgently, and which things I could possibly wait on. I will be making sure he is my representative from now on.

Round Rock Nissan overcharges on the cars in the b...

Round Rock Nissan overcharges on the cars in the back room when you sign the paperwork. They add on insurance and other charges and when you ask questions they just said no no no it's all okay that's nothing if you have a problem just come back tomorrow and we'll make it right.

I'm still trying to get back 3 falsely charged warranties and insurances plus they overcharged on the car by $3,000 it's a con what they pull back there be very careful when you're in the back room do not sign anything that doesn't look right don't listen to him when they say oh you can come back tomorrow and we'll make it right it's a con job going on be careful when you shop at Nissan at Round Rock Nissan and it's pretty much the same with all of these dealerships.

UPDATE 9.18.18
Round Rock Nissan over-charged me on my 1st NEW CAR EVER! I was duped into signing contracts [IN A HURRY UNDER DURESS!!!] and over-charged by around $7500.00 on a 2018 Nissan Rogue I purchased on 4.12.18. I was charged for 6 EXTRA warranties I had EMPHATICALLY DECLINED, including Gap Insurance that I'd declined. What we agreed to somehow MORPHED to include many additional charges.

For the past 5-months I've been trying to get 6 UNWANTED WARRANTIES straightened out. I originally started a case with the Better Business Bureau and in June was able to make Round Rock Nissan disclose all forms and receipts associated with the case. At that time I could see there were 6 ADD-ONS!

As of 9.18.18, I have ONLY received refunds for 4 of 6 add-ons, after signing 8 cancellation forms, in 2 separate visits to R.R. Nissan. They have been throwing away the cancellation forms and making me wait to see if they've filed it. Months later, I find out it has not been filed. So, R.R. Nissan forces me return to sign more cancellation forms...and, again they shread it!

Note! I have sent their legal representatives a very nice letter asking for reimbursement too.

It has been over 5-months since I started asking for ALL ADD-ON WARRANTIES TO BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. I have been signing cancellations since Friday the 13th of April, 2018, and it appears I am not going to be refunded for 2 of the 6 unwanted items.

I had hoped we have this matter solved by now and I have held off on writing this Google Re-Review until I knew if this would become a legal matter, or not! Sadly, I just returned from the Williamson County Courthouse in Round Rock, TX.

BEWARE BUYERS! Round Rock Nissan will add EXTRA Warranties and Gap Insurance to your loan even if you have come to a deal and declined ALL warranties [AS I HAD DONE]. Round Rock Nissan adds-on "BUYER SUGGESTED" warranties after you've come to a deal, and is ambiguous about disclosing the charges.

Other ROUND ROCK NISSAN CUSTOMERS have had this happen to them and their reviews can be seen on YELP and GOOGLE. It's sad to imagine how many ROUND ROCK NISSAN CAR BUYERS don't know this has happened to them also.

Ricardo, the sales person knows about customer service. Also, he was really helpful thru the whole process. While waiting, he made sure we were taken care of. John was who I spoke with in the service department. I am beyond thankful he answered the phone and helped me the way he did. A true blessing he picked up the phone because he was there beginning to end and cared so much. I had issues with my cvt transmission and was able to get it fixed under warranty. Shout out to his manager as well because he stated his manager was apart getting the job done. I m ver appreciative for everything.

It was great experience going to Nissan to service my car. I went to change oil. They changed the oil. On top of that they rotated the tires with no cost to me. Washed the car and did all that while I was waiting. The service person was very friendly. I recommend them to all my friends.

This was our first experience with Round Rock Nissan. We learned of them through an online search for the vehicle we were interested in, and they happened to have several of that make/model on the lot.

We went to the lot on a Saturday afternoon, and although they were busy, we were greeted almost immediately by the sales representative Brandon. He was very professional, polite, honest, and helpful on getting us into the car we wanted. He didn't try to pressure us or change our minds on the vehicle make or model.

Overall, we were happy with our experience with Round Rock Nissan and our sales representative Brandon. They have a great staff and clean facility. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle.

Great shopping experience from the sales rep Linda, Cliff the Finance mgr to Jim the sales mgr. All went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the terms of all our purchases, and we bought not one but two vehicles, so there were a lot of demands that we as customers had and this team fulfilled everything they could to the best of their abilities to make sure we were happy with our purchases and their service. I found Round Rock Nissan to be a great place to buy a new car. The staff was friendly and not pushy like some car dealerships. Scott listened to my requirements and allowed me to test drive a car with the features I wanted even though they did not have one available in the colors I wanted. He showed me a cost estimate that I found reasonable if they could find an available car with the colors and features I wanted. They had two cars brought in for elsewhere in the state rejecting the first one for too many miles as a new car. The whole experience was friendly and non-stressful.

I've purchased used "as is" car here, car was cleaned well. Overall process was fast and convenient. Right now waiting for my license plate and registration. Thank you Ricardo.

I have changed my mind, because after ~100+ miles of driving after I filled up gas I've got check engine light, I asked Ricardo about some help, but he told I've got report with car and there was no check engine detected, so he can not help.

Btw, I've spent ~$1000 to fix the car, and mechanic told me that EGR test runs only if tank has more then 1/2 full, that's why they did keep gas on low level :) Good trick!
So this dealership cleared error, and sold the car as no mechanical issues, I've plaid about $1500 more then kbb value for that model, because Ricardo told me car has not issues at all.
Please be aware, and do not consider this place to purchase used car - they can easily apply trick and fixing it will cost you like half price of the car.

Kelsey showed me a couple cars, and we test drove Nissan Altima. The Altima was kind of tempting, but I was really looking for a Toyota. In the end, I ended up buying a Camry elsewhere, but I was very pleased with my experience with Kelsey.

I felt comfortable and relaxed. He was very friendly. If they'd had a car I was looking for I definitely would have been happy to buy from Kelsey!

We recently purchased our first Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Round Rock Nissan. I came across a CPO Pathfinder online and checked with the dealer to see if it was still in stock. I got pre-approved with my credit union and also received a lower price using Truecar. We met with Nick in the Pre-owned office and we took a look at the Pathfinder and took a test drive. I didn't know what to expect with a Certified Pre-Owned, but my wife and I were surprised how immaculate the Pathfinder was. What little damage there was, Nick promised to take care of for us. The main issue was a small tear in the headliner. Nick had it repaired before we took the vehicle home, but he wasn't satisfied with the quality, so we have an appointment to bring the vehicle back to have the headliner fixed to his satisfaction. Nick made the experience so much better than past experiences I've had at dealerships. He was super nice and he really made us feel like he was looking out for us and was very knowledgeable of all the features of the older model vehicle. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I would recommend talking to Nick from Round Rock Nissan.

They finished earlier than anticipated, and - as always - they did a super job! All of this for a very reasonable price too. I LOVE my Juke and wouldn't hand it over to anyone I don't trust. That's why I bring it here every time :-)
