After the quote, took it to my mechanic. The tie rods and suspension mentioned I. My quote, were fine. I have pictures to prove it. He also found my wipers were shredded and useless. Nobody at Nissan told me that. He also found that my fan was loose and not turning. It could have fallen out at any time. I took the Nissan quote from Wayne to him for him to double check. He found no issues where Nissan said I needed 2000 worth of work.

We were there to have maintenance display turned off. To our surprise, it actually was time for oil change and tire rotation and balance.Our service advisor, Sean was super awesome. Very thorough and clear with educating us. Offered us options for replacing the tires; which buy the way he said were not quite ready, but almost to the point of needing replaced. For that SEAN, I greatly appreciate the honesty. Throughout the entire process he was calm & professional. Never felt rushed or pressured. Role model for others without a doubt. Bonus, fast/efficient service. Thank you Sean.

Ok so today 9/12/19 is another encounter with Round Rock Nissan and Sean(Service Advisor). Again, he exhibited the same professional, friendly, & helpful qualities as before. Once again superior service from RR Nissan, Sean, & another employee. So besides the usual, a young lady at the service counter walked up and ask how she could help. I explained why I was there. She was more than willing to help, but what stood out was she asked who I usually dealt with when visiting their establishment. I told her and she paged Sean. Relief was what I felt; not that she was rude or anything, but because she cared enough to ask who I dealt with and was willing to go that extra step to make sure that happened. I always like to deal with the same person wherever I go. Thank you ma am Forgive me for not asking your name, but you were awesome.

Nissan Round Rock continues to provide superior service. Will continue to make the 120 round trip simply because of the service received each time. The people are friendly, professional, and never try to upscale anything. You feel like family.

Another superior experience at Round Rock Nissan. Sean and staff continue to deliver the highest quality of service. Fast and friendly. As I have said before, I do not give out positive reviews unless they are earned. These folks have earned my respect and my business for life.

2 star review because although the buying process was not too painful, no body warned me about NMCA (Nissan bank) deducting the payment for my old car that I no longer own. I traded in my SUV for a newer version, they were responsible for paying off my old SUV s loan, they sent the check 10 days after my purchased and made me sign a paper saying I no longer own the old SUV, however I ended up having to make another payment until the loan is paid off! So on this month I am paying two cars but I only own one! If that was the case, they should have allow me go home with both of my SUVs until the loan was paid off! NMCF (Nissan financial) and Nissan dealerships DO NOT WORK IN SYNERGY! I should have never been charged for the old SUV! Now I have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund! My new loaner is expecting me to make a FULL payment, not just half! Nobody at the dealership gives a F about this! If you re trading your old Nissan for a new one, keep this in mind! Also, NMCA refers to Nissan dealership as third party dealers .....what s the benefit of financing directly with Nissan if they don t work together?

Brandon Durant at Round Rock Nissan was exemplary in his professionalism from the moment he greeted us outside shortly after we pulled up, to the very moment and thereafter we received the keys to a used Pathfinder we fell in love with. He was also very patient and helpful in the process of us securing financing through USAA. He is probably the BEST salesperson experience I have had at a dealership...and I thought highly of the same process with Hyundai of Round Rock about five years ago.

I hope anyone going to Round Rock Nissan experiences what Brandon Durant provided to us. They will very likely remember it fondly.

I gave round rock nissan one star b/c there is no option to give zero stars. I would recommend NOT buying from ROUND ROCK NISSAN. From my experience from owning my Nissan now for the last 2 years it has been awful. I bought a brand new fully loaded 2014 Nissan pathfinder from them July of 2014 and within a month of owning it I was already having issues with the a/c in horrible Texas heat with a baby. Every appointment I have ever made with them these last 2 years have been a joke b/c even for a simple oil change they have to keep my car over night and they don't give you a loner. This last time they changed the oil I got it back and the engine filter wasn't even put back in properly, thank goodness my husband caught it before we went on our road trip. The second summer we owned it we had to bring it in for an a/c issue again and they replaced everything so they said. Then this summer same thing but now since their warranty is so short it is not under warranty anymore. Somehow though they found nothing wrong with the ac but when I got my car back from them 2 days later said my whole fan assembly needed to magically be replaced and was rattling the whole car. It never made a sound when I brought it in and that week my husband who has worked on cars for years, checked out the car also and changed the oil and nothing had an issue then. But it did after bringing it in to Nissan. I find that very fishy... I have a mini Cooper convertible that I bought used and have had for 7 years and has 200,000 miles plus on it. In the whole time of owning my mini I haven't even had close to as many issues as I have had with my Nissan. Just spare yourself a lot of head ache and stress and steer clear of them!!!

Very disappointed they did not service the inside of my car, I mean I m dropping lots of money in the first place taking it to the dealership to make sure the work is done correctly. You can take your car to literally ANY auto shop and they will clean the inside of your car, and slap on an air freshener.they didn t even replace my inspection sticker when that is what the main purpose of my visit was. Lazy, and slow. Do not recommend.

Great service. The service agent quoted me a half hour to do the work, but it really took almost three hours. But he still only charge me for that half hour. I really appreciate the integrity.

But I still don't understand why they ask you to make an appointment, when it really is first come first serve. In what in what was supposed to be a half hour job took a full day, I picked the truck up the next day. So what's the point of making an appointment again?

On More than one occasion i have experienced and witnessed mis-use of customer vehicles. technicians pealing out backwards and then forwards from the oil change bays. I have tried to tell the techs that this is dangerous and that they need to stop.

On one occasion taking my Titan into the service department after a winter road trip my vehicle was returned to me with Mud all down the passenger side of the truck. Additionally in the bed of the truck my spare fuel jug had been upended and the strap that was holding it still busted loose. the jug was at the opposite end of the truck bed and leaking fuel out of a fracture in the jug all over the bed of the truck.

I reported this to the service advisor , who did nothing. i called several times to try and get the managers attention who finally offered to re-imburse me the lost fuel but said they had received no confession of the abuse to the vehicle.

On a separate trip to the dealer for interior service the tech Craig returned my new leather interior truck back to me full of engine grease hand prints on the seats, steering wheel, door panels. a windshield crack, and scratched in a dozen places both interior and exterior. one of the exterior marks looked as though my vehicle was sideswiped in their tech area. the service advisor acknowledged that the damages obviously occurred at the dealership and that they are responsible.
but did not offer to have the oil prints cleaned or the car detailed. I tried to get the repairs transferred to another dealer and all that was approved was a tool tray - i kidd you not.

I have reported these items to the service manager, sales managers , the General manager, and Nissan Consumer affairs. None of which seem to have any interest in trying to resolve the issues they have with their service department.

This week I had the pleasure of working with Justin Chavez when purchasing my nice new vehicle at Round Rock Nissan. I must say it was wonderful working with Justin. Justin made the purchase so very easy and hassle-free. I love the fact that I really didn't have to do much only test drive the car. The rest was on Justin and my financial rep Christopher Dudley. I had an amazing experience. I came in to get my car serviced and a young gentleman Josh Grooms went above and beyond to do everything. I waited 5 min to get my vehicle in. The service itself went super fast and I was able to get back to work and still have about 15 min left of my lunch break. He knew everything and spoke like a professional. Right now I'm very frustrated with Nissan. I selected them to repair my vehicle after a faulty over agressive airbag deployment as I wanted all repairs to be OEM.

Went to pick up my vehicle, the car smelt damp inside, the trunk wouldn't open, and the part that got me most frustrated is they they charged for a brand new seat replacement but the seat in the vehicle when I went to pick it up had someone else's personal items in the seat pouch.

I felt good with the service I had been receiving when I initially chose to send my vehicle to them over any other body shop but now I am concerned that it isn't new items going on my vehicle.

I am posting this while I await a response to see how this will be resolved.

I had a recall, Sean explained the recall and suggested we do the 60,000 mile check up while it was in the shop. I agreed. They checked my battery terminals and they always get corroded so Sean suggested we replace them.. We did. They also, noticed my rear brakes pads were worn down, and we replace those as well. The kindness of Sean makes my visits to the shop for repairs more enjoyable. He makes me feel important. Oh, they washed my car also.

Round Rock Nissan was amazing throughout the whole process. Sales Agents were fun to deal with. It felt more like buying a car instead of being sold one. Their finance team is second to none. I was clear on what I wanted and they delivered. My credit was less than perfect going into the whole deal so I expected the worst. Instead I got a much nicer and newer truck than I anticipated. I STRONGLY recommend this dealership and I know where my next vehicle is coming from.
