The BEST dealership I have ever been too! Car shop...

The BEST dealership I have ever been too! Car shopping can be an overwhelming experience especially when you don t receive quality customer service. That is not the case at Round Rock Nissan! Our sales person, MJ, was absolutly wonderful! He gave my family and I a warm welcome, listened to our concerns, and treated us like family. MJ and the sales manager work very hard to find us the best deal possible and we walked out happy with a great car! Thank you Round Rock Nissan for your great customer service!

I had visited RR Nissan a couple of months ago with a friend. We were met by JJ. She was rockin some sweet cowboy boots. Very helpful and genuinely friendly. So when looking for a car yesterday, after being bummed out at a different dealership, we decided to go back to RR Nissan. And yes, my cowgirl friend was there. She sold me the most beautiful Rogue SL. Everyone was super friendly and not PUSHY! Including the finance guy.

My reason for leaving 5 stars is because of my sales guy Larry Varner! He was very polite and did not push or rush me to get the sale. He has really good knowledge of the vehicles and was very clear on all the paper work. I personally recommend the dealership and Larry Varner if you want to buy a new or used car.

Every time I have gone to Round Rock Nissan, for the past year, every staff member has been gracious, courteous, and professional! David Zemek is the service representative I have dealt with over one year. I have mainly dealt with him at the service department. He listens well and he is very courteous as well as knowledgeable. When I need to service both my Nissans, he is the one I look for! By the way, he knows my name when he sees me! All the employees greet you with a smile! The service and care of my two Nissans have been great! Of course I highly recommend the dealership!

Nothing! Nissan Services and Fidelity Warranty Services were absolutely wonderful! I m not normally one to purchase an extended warranty, but it definitely paid off as they helped Nissan Repair my vehicle for over $3000 repair suddenly, because we definitely did not have the money set aside for it. Nissan Services was absolutely great! Hands down, best customer service I have EVER experienced. It takes exceeded expectations experience for me to go in and manually add reviews to sites, but I made sure to do it from this experience. Christian was our representative at theRound Rock, TX location, and he was outstanding. Thanks again Nissan forgetting me back on the road safely and kindly!

Worst experience at a car dealership I've ever had...

Worst experience at a car dealership I've ever had. We went in last night with the hopes of upgrading my 2014 Nissan to a newer model. The car salesman Henry refused to look me in the eye and would only converse with my fiance. He wouldn't even allow me to sign anything after repeating multiple times that I would be the one purchasing the vehicle. On top of being sexist he proceeded to ask if we were 16 (we are both closer to 30 but look young). The appraiser quoted my car $3,000 less than the lowest blue book value. We discussed wanting to keep our monthly payments in a certain range and instead of going over options he brought the finance manager out to basically tell us we were a joke and that they were unwilling to work with us or go over any other options be it used or new. Only did Henry take us seriously and try to rectify the situation when we mentioned how we had bought a brand new 2020 Mazda the week prior. Thanks to Round Rock Nissan we went back to Roger Beasley Mazda and purchased our second brand new car from them.

Dissatisfied with how things turned out for me at the service center, all due to negligence on their part. As a result what should have been completed in one service trip, required me to make two additional unplanned trips. The shuttle driver is a great guy and that's why I didn't rate it lower.

My experience with Round Rock Nissan was top notch! I had picked a different make 2018 model car from another dealership. We went there ready to buy the car on the spot. Due to an error by the IT department of that dealership, they tried to not honor the internet price for the car I was looking to purchase. Once I forced them to honor their error, the sales manager got angry and tried to make up for the price error in other areas of the financing. The attitude and treatment we received from the sales manager from that point on made us get up and leave the dealership. We drove right down the road to Round Rock Nissan and started looking around the lot. Dan Cordreay came out to speak to us as we walked around and before I knew it, I was test driving a BEAUTIFUL car. Dan asked what terms I needed to buy that car, I told him and Dan and his staff made it happen. They also stayed at the dealership until 10:30 pm to get the deal done so I could leave with the car that night! The car I purchased blows away the previous car I was looking at and the aggressive pricing discount and incentives were unbelievable in comparison to what I was being offered at the previous dealership! I m taking the car back today for a full detail (as all other employees had gone home for the day by the time we were leaving). I LOVE the car, I cannot speak highly enough about Dan and his wonderful help and attitude and that same treatment continued all the way up to both sales managers I ve spoken with as well. The price was just unbeatable and pretty shocking for the car I purchased. I would HIGHLY recommend Round Rock Nissan, Dan Cordreay and the entire team there to anyone! They have earned my business and referrals for life!

Very impressed with the customer service and the follow through. We met with Ricardo and he made the car buying experience a great one. Each thing we asked for he made happen. Excellent follow through. Mindie in the business department was very friendly and professional and explained everything perfectly. Very happy with our decision and very happy that we went to Round Rock Nissan.

Bad, real bad. Got me 90 miles from home with no way to get there with out really being able to check out the truck. Has a broke side view mirror, and the check engine light has been on since I got home. And missing a piece of the console. Waiting for 3 weeks. OH yeah, the breaks have a jerking when applied. Wish I had never bought this truck.

Recieved a different price at the counter than what I was quoted over the phone. The car wash we received wasn't done very well still had dirt and bugs on the car. I have had issues with their service department in the past, and against my better judgement I tried giving them another chance. I have bought two cars here, and have had good experience with the sales team, just not with the service department.

I am still struggling to get my car rear & front bumper fixed which has not been taken care. (Rear one has been melted just above the muffler & the front one comes off the clips. I would really appreciate if someone wld take care of it.

I was welcomed promptly & in a friendly manner by one of the service writers. He started my paperwork until the service writer to whom I was assigned was able to finish it. The service was a 90,000 mile so quite a bit had to be done on my 2010 Murano. Bob, my service writer, very adequately explained how the work would be done & that I would be notified promptly if additional items were discovered. He gave me a cost breakdown & when additional recommendations from the service tech were made, he called me with them & the additional cost. I've done business with a top of the line Nissan dealership in Fort Wayne for a lot of years & have always been pleased with how I was treated by them. I would say that Round Rock Nissan compares very favorably. Overall I was very pleased plus having my actual cost come in almost $200 less than the estimate. I look forward to doing my future automobile business with Round Rock Nissan. Thanks, Bob!!

Arrived on-time and was confirmed immediately.
Our guidance computer was upgraded within a few hours while we shopped locally.
They had our car ready on-time and did a car wash at no-charge.
We are very happy with the quality of our Round Rock Nissan experience.

Justin and Ricardo makes you feel welcome and listens to your needs and goes the extra mile to accomodate our needed and help put my sister into the car she loves. It is hard to find people like Justin and Ricardo, I hope round rock Nissan takes good care of you two and keep Justin amd Ricardo around for a lifetime. Terrible experience. I had to deal with them because my wife was buying a new Nissan, and the experience was bad: a really long wait (they told us the wait was 20 minutes, but then it went up to 2 hours with poor excuses); the dealers were MIA for most of that time (but no customers in the dealership), and when they were there, I didn't really get a nice impression of them.

When the deal was done and we left, they walk us to the door but didn't even shake hands, it was obviously over for them and didn't want anything else to do with us (in their defense, it was over closing time already), and in all honesty I was unhappy at the way they had treated us and didn't want anything to do with them either.

My recommendation if you like a Nissan and want to buy one: get it, but not from this place. It's not worth it.

It was a pleasure doing business with Round Rock Nissan. The entire process from test drive through purchase was professional and without the hard sell tactics that often makes car buying so unpleasant. I truly felt that M.J., my sales associate wanted to find the best and most comfortable match for my situation: commuter truck with sufficient towing power and torque to handle a 5000 pond RV.
He came up with a solution that I hadn t found in my extensive research, and then was able to locate the vehicle.
The negotiation of the terms was handled with respect and candor. We arrived at a deal that I was extremely happy with, including a trade-in, special financing, and manufacturer rebates.
Putting a special shout out to Mindy from F&I. Never dealt with a finance person as competent. She immediately put me at ease. I wasn t rushed through the paperwork and she explained the various insurance options in simple terms.
Nissan Round Rock has gained a life time customer. I love my truck. Thank you for making my buying experience the best ever.

The facility was understaffed on the day I had my appointment. However, I was attended to immediately and the staff member took time to explain the entire process and kept me updated on everything. They even assisted with filing the claim with my warranty provider. In short all I had to do drop off my vehicle and pick it up when it was ready. One very happy customer!

We purchased our 2009 vehicle from Nissan Round Rock on June 30th, 2015. Sales wise, at least we thought everything went smoothly and believed the vehicle was in safe condition after the salesperson reassured us that he wouldn't sell us anything in bad condition. We found the used car we wanted, and we were told before we made the purchase, that they would do a thorough inspection because they wanted to give us a vehicle that was safe. Mind you our daughter was with us, so you would think they would take this commitment seriously. Apparently, we don't feel that they did, because as it turns out, after taking the car into their service department following experiencing a whining noise we could hear going past 60 mph and intermittently shaking of the car, as if it wanted to die on us. And experiencing the car stalling on my wife in the middle of the highway during traffic rush hour, which upon accelerating the gas pedal, the car wouldn't go. All the code lights turned on, and the brake locked up. It was a frightening experience with our daughter in the backseat!!!

We were told the front rods are leaking and the bushings along with them in the front of the car have to be replaced, but they will not cover it because it is not a safety issue!!! Not to forget to mention, that the transmission fluid was black and needed to be flushed, but they went ahead and covered that because it is a safety issue. We were never told about this, which led to this past week and has left us very upset and disappointed. We plan to share our experience with our very large social network of parents and friends about what happened, to make sure we warn them that this can happen to them. Nissan Round Rock does not take its commitment to safety as fully as we thought they would.

We will get to a quote from their own report to us in a moment on that. It's a real head turner. So they cover the transmission flush $350, which should have been done in the first place before selling us the vehicle. Then we were told an estimate of about $1,200 in the red, if we want them to fix the both front struts! Oh, and get this, they told my wife it wasn't leaking when they inspected the vehicle. And it's considered a maintenance issue, not a safety issue while it continues to leak. Sooo, how did they miss the black transmission fluid if it is a safety issue I wonder???

Here is a statement from their own report!

"Worn out struts can lead to serious handling problems with your car, and this presents a safety issue"

Uhhhhh, but we were told its not a safety issue. Hmmmmmm. Someone was not being honest, and it certainty was not us. They of course, continued to refuse to pay for it, and we were not going to let them dig their hand into our pocket for something that should have been fixed due to their negligence, since Nissan is a family company, and safety always comes first, from what I am told.

So we have our transmission flushed, but we are still with two front leaking struts, courtesy of Round Rock Nissan. Too say we are deeply upset, especially after seeing their own report, is troubling. We have two Nissans! And as valued customers, it would be the right thing to do, if someone who has an understanding heart, and a commitment to safety, would step forward and correct this problem and make sure it is taken care of. It should have been found the first time, before allowing us to make the purchase and it wasn't!

We are deeply disappointed in our experience, and are letting everyone know that this is not acceptable. We are twelve days away from our little one starting school, and this vehicle was intended to take her there and back.
