Had high water bill, saw this company s truck, so decided to call them. Scheduled an appointment in the evening but due to services being render for prior appointments running longer, had to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next morning. They came within the listed timeframe. They did inspection on the meter s water flow but didn t see water flow. They advised that higher water usage is common in the summer and said if the water bill get higher they ll come back. He did offer to do a dy check with the toilets (cost $175). I declined and will see how the next water bill looks. Other then the 1 missed appointment, my overall experience was great. nice customer service, friendly technicians.
