Was quoted 249.00 but ended up paying 477.00. It's amazing how extra charges appear. Karma is bad business.

Very upset right now and I want people to be aware so they don't go through what I went through...I dug up the quote for pumping my skeptic from Rooter on 3/18/15 saying I had "extra sludge" according to them meaning higher cost to pump...so a quote over 2 years ago meaning "more than 3 feet of extra sludge now" since I didn't have that kind of money to get it done...they were trying to charge me $750 then...I got my tank pumped today (2 years later) by ABC Pumping for $295 not once was extra sludge or extra fee mentioned...Ricky Barrett with ABC Pumping was friendly and got the job done and did it right...Rooter Plus is a rip off people beware...I called them today and filed a complaint and the man was friendly and apologetic but I don't see how this big of a rip off goes unnoticed...

David and his helper did a good job they istalled a new shower.

My septic backed up late on a Monday afternoon. My usual septic company couldn't come out until Wednesday. I found this unacceptable and called RooterPLUS! They had someone out the next day. We then ran into issues with snow, ice, etc. They got me to a point that I could at least use my water and have it drain out of my house. They then came back as soon as the roads were passable to finish the job. I was kept informed and updated through the entire process. Things happen and problems arise but it is so nice to work with a company that keeps you informed and doesn't leave you sitting around at home, waiting for someone who doesn't show. Our deepest gratitude to Kris H. and all the employees at RooterPlus! that helped this to go as smoothly as possible in very difficult circumstances.

I added an additional septic to my home because we built another bedroom. At this time, 2013 we were able to clean original and add new one with field lines to code as this was done with legal permit and supervision through County.
Josh came out and found problems from install from first 10 years ago, and second installs 2013. Made the corrections and now, we are good to go.
I will continue to have service with this gentleman and this Company.

October of 2018, I called regarding a concern for our septic. Tyler came out and checked out the complete system installed in 2016. All I needed
was a
new package of Organic and Liquid infused into the system, and done! Honest company, professional and honest personnel.

On November 19, 2018, my sump-pump in the basement bathroom stopped functioning. I called Rooter PLUS and was greeted professionally and a Licensed Plumber was dispatched and arrived within the hour. Somehow, someone threw a white wash towel into the toilet.

Chris Bofo did a great job. They came out to my house within an hour and a half of calling them. He came out evaluated the problem quickly and we were able to change out the water heater in just a couple of hours. They were very friendly and responsive. I would definetly recommend reaching out to them. They changed the water tank and all corresponding parts and also took care of disposal. All in all it was a pleasant and painless experience.

George was very professional in his approach to our septic problem. He took care with the grass and left the site much better than I could have imagined. If a problem arising with any of my properties, I will request that George is who they send out

I called RooterPLUS at 9am for a non-heating water heater. They had a technician at my home by 10:30. It was determined that the problem was a defective thermocouple. The price quoted to replace the thermocouple and gasket was $597.67. I went ahead with the work due to urgency of needing hot water and other obligations. It took him 45 minutes to complete the job. The parts were $125 and labor $472.67.

Afterwards I checked and the national average for this type work is $125 -$200. The parts actually cost under $30. I could have purchased a new water heater from HD for $680. I would not recommend RooterPLUS due to their outrageous price. You will not get your monies worth.

I would definitely recommend Mike G from Rooter Plus for any septic needs. He doesn't stop until the job is completed and you are satisfied .

Price on phone $298.00 price after pumping out $450.00 Beware lots of Hidden fees like fuel charge,pulling a pipe off the truck and whatever they can come up with to make more money off you. RootorPLUS SUCK!! Their owner Keith is very rude, loud and disrespectful. My advice do not call them, call someone else. I made an appointment with this company and on the day of scheduled service they called and stated they had to reschedule due to emergencies because of the weather the previous day. Hannah the customer service representative was nice and apologetic. I asked her how will I be guaranteed that if it rains next weekend that this will not happened again. Hannah promised that it would not happend. I rescheduled with them for the following Sunday. Sunday I called them to make sure they were on their way and Hannah picks up the phone and says that due to emergencies they have to reschedule me. I told her that is not going to work because you guys reschedule me last Sunday for today. Still polite and apologetic she placed me on hold and Keith picks up the phone and says Hello can I help you as though he has not a clue what is going on. When I bring him up to speed he says that this is how this business works, emergencies takes precedence here and that he makes the decision as to who gets service and who does not. I said that I thought appointments would take precedence that would be the whole point of making an appointment. I told him that the business was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. He starts yelling at me that I have been talking to him for 15mins and like he said before he can see if one of the guys, if the guy has time can come to pump my septuc tank but there is no guarantees. He could come or he may not come, he said I DECIDE WHO GOES WHERE AND IF HE SHOWS UP. I said oh you are the owner I thought I was talking to another customer service representative. This is your business and how you run it. You are the decider of who gets service and who does not. You pick and choose based on how much money you assume you will make if a person gets service or not. I have to have an emergency to be serviced. He yelled and scream and was very rude. This company sucks and the owner definitely needs classes on professionalism. I advise anyone who thinks of calling them for service RRRRUUUNNN!!!!

Wonderful team of technician Steven Edwards and David. They provided professional service with kind and caring hearts. Good people!!! Communication from the office is fabulous too! Ladies are super friendly and efficient.

The workers were were prompt and professioinal. The resone for one star rating was the fact the truck parked in my driveway left a significant amount of oil droppings that will take me time and effort to correct. Had I known this would have been the end result I would not have used their services. Please be aware of possible subsequent damage to your property. Is is worth it ? Due to response I received from Rooterplus I have changed my rating to a 5 star

Kris and Blake were out at the crack of dawn. Did a thorough review of our situation and recommended a course of action. Work was completed quickly and cleanup was excellent. Have used these guys before and will definitely keep them in my contact list for the future. Kris did mention there was a payment plan available for this work however we elected not to use it. Overall these folks were great!

Awesome job by the plumber, I had a bad leak coming from behind my sheetrock in my master bedroom and with minimum damage to the property Jason found the leak and fixed it within an hour or less not to mention it was almost midnight when he came out. Great job and I would recommend to people I know.

So happy that I choose Rooter Plus for my septic problem. Jason was very informative every step during my service and repairs. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Called Gary and his team for what we thought would be a normal pump out of our two septic tanks. As I had recently purchased the home which was 20 years old in Milton. We were told the tanks had been pumped and maintained. This ended up not being the case and our home inspector prior to purchase did not uncover any issues. Upon opening up both tanks we learned that the filter and pipe routing were not correct from the original install and solids had leaked into our drain field...not good. The guys expertly diagnosed the situation and repaired the drain field,installed the current code tank risers, filter and pumped out both tanks. While not an in-expensive project. The bid was accurate and they kept my wife and I informed of what they were doing during the entire process.
You get what you pay for in septic repair!
The expertise and professionalism by RooterPLUS was top notch.They also offer great financing options if you have an unexpected septic system issue.

I have been able to work with RooterPlus! for several years now. They are wonderful! Super fast to respond, and have helped with jobs that I am sure they wish they didn't have to do. I am an Association Manager, and pipes get clogged with all sorts of things at condos and clubhouses.

Richie Ledesna gave me a very good explanation of my septic system. Another company had reccommended over $1000 worth of work. Bobcat digging for my second septic tank and adding a new cap to the tank so digging would not be neccesary in the future. Richie explained that the septic cap I have deals with both tanks. He showed me what i think might be a "boron" switch and explained how i need to turn it once a year. Very good additional information... Just saved a lot of unnecessary work. Thank you.

I called to have an expansion tank added to my water heater and for them to replace a valve under my bathroom sink. This in preparation to a house closing. The cost of the expansion tank only cost $50. The cost of the valve is around $10. The job took less than an hour but I was charged $740. I would definitely recommend that you do a price comparison. What I paid was way too much. I felt price gouged.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT HIRE. I WAS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER THAT NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO BECOME A CUSTOMER. I'VE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES ON SEAN...THE SUPPOSED MANAGER'S VM AND NEVER HAVE RECEIVED A CALL BACK...ABSOLUTE WORST...I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS.

While at work I received An estimate that seemed high but it's got to be fixed right. So after getting off work did a little more research and come to find out I was overcharged by $1800 dollars. After looking at more reviews I noticed this is a common occurrence. I was fooled reading a 4.5 rating and didn't actually read the reviews. I feel as though they stole my money. Live and learn

This company is horrible. They came out to unclog a toilet. I agreed and paid. The tech told me the charge on my card did not go through. I gave my card a second time. I saw as it happened on my app that I was charged twice. The tech was helpful and called them and told them I had been charged 2x. He said they would take care of it. They did not.
The worse part is the toilet was still clogged when we went to use it that evening. I called and 2 days later they sent the tech out and he tells me there will be another charge. WTF. They have already charged me 2x and done nothing. I told the tech this has nothing to do with you but I am not paying again. This is a horrible business practice. If you charge someone and accept their money, you need to come back and honor that charge, not have them waiting to be charged again. If it was my company(and I have had a service company for for 21 years) I'd just come back and make sure it was unclogged. I am not charging them for taking off work 2 times and our failure to fix or diagnose the problem correctly the first time. So much wasted time and back in the same situation.

Promised $190 to pump septic tank, bill was $597. Charged $150 to find tank, I was the one who showed them where the tank was. Charged $100 for overfilled septic of 500 gallons, what the heck. This company especially Richie and a bunch of con artist ripping off the public. So be aware if they quote $190 you will end up with a huge bill of made up charges

I have to say I didn t know what to expect when Spencer arrived as we have dealt with various plumbing companies before and let s just say we weren t pleased for various different reason. Spencer came on in and was extremely pleasant and attentive to our concerns. Once he identified the issue he was thorough in explaining the cause of the problem and immediately gave a plan of action to remedy it. He took his time and went through a mental checklist to ensure no surprises would surface. I am beyond pleased with Rooter Plus as we had Spencer at our home less than hour after calling. Great service from the beginning of the phone answered by Rooter Plus all the way to the end with Spencer s service. Thank you for providing amazing service! Rooter Plus will now be our go to plumbing company going forward.

We had a leaky water heater. I didn't want to shop around for a lower price. Customer service was polite and speedy. The installer, David M., replaced the leaky water heater with efficiency. The water heater was replaced within 6 hour of contacting RooterPlus on Saturday.

From the onset, our technician, Jason B., was extremely professional. He didn't try to up-sell me or pressure me into buying a more expensive hot water heater, or additional items, which so many other companies do. After getting other bids, we decided to go with RooterPLUS. The reason for choosing their company was the fact that they didn't charge to come out and give me an estimate, and they were polite over the phone. Jason was very meticulous in making sure that I understood everything that was wrong with my old unit and gave me specific instructions on how to take care of the new one.

He was a perfectionist with his work. We watched him do the work, he went above and beyond with this job, as there were a couple of things he helped me get out of the way so he could do his work, without complaining once...we got a great deal on a A. O. Smith 50 gallon 9 year warranty hot water heater, he installed new lines, a new expansion tank, and shut-off valves, etc...he said that RooterPLUS likes to make sure everything is up to code, and their installation process is designed to address as many potential future issues up front as possible.

We liked this approach, he even re-hooked up my washing machine, and stayed to make sure everything was working properly. We had hot water again in about 30 minutes from the time of his completion. We are very pleased with this company and give them a 5-star rating, on a scale of 1-10, we give Jason a 10, he was a perfectionist with his work, and it showed. I told my wife, a perfectionist is who you always want doing your work. Thanks, RooterPLUS for hiring true Professionals to represent your company, we will be using you guys for all of our plumbing needs. If I was the owner of this company, I would give Jason a raise, you don't find too many technicians with his Professionalism, and Skill. Thanks again, and Happy Holidays, Dr. Mitch Ergas.

Josh did a great job while on site at my house dealing with my septic tank. He informed me every step of the way what they found, what was "required" to be fixed and what was "optional" to be fixed.

After two visits from another plumbing company without remedying the clogged toilet even after having pulled the toilet, Cliff easily and quickly found the obstruction-a child s toothbrush from previous occupant! Fixed in no time flat. I then hired him to install a new toilet which he did with perfection. Cliff was recommended by my hoa president as i am new to the area and had no idea who i should use, especially after utilizing the AHS warranty service to supply the first two plumbers. I can only vouch for Cliff s services but will try to use him exclusively.

The water line, from the water meter into my house, sprang a leak and soaked my downstairs carpet. I called Rooter Plus and spoke with Nina. She was very professional in getting my info and scheduling a plumber to come inspect my home. Nina also sent me an email with the name of the plumber, and his picture. Jason arrived at my home within the hour! He listened to my account of what happened, performed a thorough inspection, and plotted a course of action to get my water back on. He coordinated the 811 service (Call Before You Dig). Jason returned to the shop to pickup the trenching machine and brought David along for assistance. They had my water back on by the end of the day!!! Needless to say, I am very grateful to Jason, David, and Nina for the excellent service, along with the fair price. Big thumbs up for Rooter Plus!

Greg came out and was polite, honest, and professional. Other plumbers (2 different companies) came out and was trying to sell me a new water heater for $1,300- $1,800! Greg took a look and advised I only needed a part replaced for only $395.00!!! Needless to say Greg has a new customer/ friend for life!!!

Kurt saved Christmas!!!! We had a broken pipe on Christmas day, he showed up on time and worked the issue all the way through resolution. He explained me exactly what and where the problem was and the cost associated to the fix. I m pleased with the service and the technician because they didn t the broken pipe steal the Christmas. HORRIBLE SERVICE...I have never seen such incompetence handled by an organization. I had an appt. on 3/3/18 stayed home they called and cancelled due to emergencies and unfinished business, said they would come on Sunday 3/4 only to receive another call with same explanation. I declined to setup something for the following week. But they called again on Monday promising make good on 3/8 btw 11-3. Called me at 2:20 and said they couldn't make it. UNTRUSTWORTHY, NOT GOOD AT THEIR WORD. Wouldn't recommend to flush a porta potty. WOW SMH

Can t say enough about the great service and repair work done to my septic! Jerry and Adam were easy to be around and Adam explained everything several times, which made me feel some level of comfort. They did not pump out the remainder if the sold and fluid tank, telling me that it would be okay because I purchased as new pump. I do feel uneasy that the tanks were not complety empty. (3/4 left full) but they were very pleasant to be around and explained the work (does not mean I understood it but they did)

Our $250 pump out turned into $1,000 but it was not the fault of Rooter Plus. We waited a little too long following our new build to pump out (solids) and chose to have a new filter installed (while everything was dug up). Doc was very up front about the cost of each aspect of the service and what was absolutely necessary vs maybe could wait. We knew up front due to clear communication on Rooter site that additional hose length(s) to reach the tank would be extra. As a note, Rooter Plus' base pump out price is much less than the other local 'septic only' companies. Just happy that this is done and we won't have any Christmas surprises.
PS - Doc and his assistant were a pleasure to work with!

Less than one hour between phone call to Emily to request service and arrival of technician on Black Friday. Awesome service. Tech Jake diagnosed problem with tankless hotwater heater and had the system in service in no time. Highly recommend. Fair pricing.

12 months after spending $3,300 to drain my septic tank, drain my leach field, and to put a "SPECIAL CHEMICAL" into the leach field that cleans everything out, I had to call them back because of waste erupting all over my back yard. The tech (used car salesman) Jason Kirby charged me another $725 to pump the tank again. After having 3 other companies check out the work, they confirmed with me that I was TOTALLY conned by Jason. The "SPECIAL CHEMICAL" is a total hoax and they can't really drain the leach field like they said they could because of the design of the leach field. Turns out ROOTER PLUS pays their technicians commissions on any service they can sell to the customers at the time of service, which incents the technicians to rip you off. Now I am working with reputable companies to get my septic system fixed correctly. Tough and expensive lesson learned for me, but I hope if enough people get the word out on this crooked company they will eventually go out of business. Jason Kirby has no soul!!

I just bought my house 3 months ago after moving to GA from Indiana. All of sudden I've got an alarm going off, took me about 5 phone calls and 2 hours to figure it was my septic alarm.
Called Rooter and they had Jason and William out that day. They worked into the night to repair a burned up pump and wiring and drain 3 tanks and repair a bad alarm in an 11 year old home that had never been done before. Not only was the price fair the guys were A+++, , 5 guys!!!!
Took time to explain everything to me and made sure ALL was spot on and 100% cleaned up before they left.
As a T6 partially Paralyzed. I can tell you I will not recommended nor use anyone else!!!!!

I m a tenant at Magnolia Vinings. Robert Williams was my technician. He was great and efficient at fixing our leak. He was so helpful since I was home with the baby and needed a fast repair.

Had an urgent situation with totally clogged drains in half the duplex. Call placed late in afternoon. Stacie was able to find a Service Technician, Demetric, who came out faster than originally scheduled. Worked for 3 hours but totally cleaned out all drains and even cleaned up the bathroom tub. Very friendly and helpful with suggestions to prevent in future. During this challlenging time very thankful for such great service.
