Rooter plus is a rip off. They advertise $150 pump out, and they tell you on the phone that it might be more than that. They don t tell you HOW MUCH more. The technician had already dug up my yard. And insisted I had to spend $4,000 to fix it!!!!! He did NOT even give me an estimate breakdown until AFTER the job was done. He told me how much, but not what it was for. I got the estimate breakdown AFTER the job, and he is charging me almost $2,000 for a chemical!!! I would have never allowed him to put that chemical in, if I had known that it was that expensive. He was very vague with me about what the cost. This is VERY unprofessional. I fully feel that I was taken advantage of, because I am a woman at home with 4 young kids. He was also very rude to me after I called a manager while he was working to try to understand the costs. I was trying to understand why this job was so much. The manager did NOT explain at all why it would cost so much. I would have told the manager I didn t want that chemical! This is so hard on us. We are a large family on a VERY limited income. I have no idea how we are going to pay for this. I ve been sick to my stomach and having panic attacks. Don t deal with this company. Call someone who is HONEST.
