I tried to use their service for fixing few leaks in my home and they gave me a quotation of $1800 which costed me $320 with a private plumber. They are not even good with finding the problem. one of my toilet pipe was leaking and they said I have to replace the tap which costs around $500. then I called in a private plumber, he just fixed the problem by replacing the filter of the tap which costs $6.

Today, my HOA called them for fixing a clog and they came for inspection and said HOA is not responsible for it and tried to charge me $500 for removing the clog. Please do not go with them. Atleast try to call another plumber and get another quote before proceeding with rooterplus.
