I called RooterPLUS after calling and scheduling with two other septic companies first, both of which canceled on me the mornings of the appointments. Amanda answered immediately and I explained the troubles in had getting a company to my 81 year old moms house for a backup flooding issue into the bathtubs and toilets. Amanda squeezed us in for a 12-4 appointment the same day. 30 seconds After i hung up the phone, i received a text confirming my appointment. 5 minutes later I got a call from Amanda telling me they had a tech free up and they were on there way! Not 10 minutes after calling to schedule, they were on there way to handle the issue. The system had collapse on itself and it was a big job. Not only did they fix it that day, they also set my mom up with financing to cover it all. Great company! top notch service! Excellent communication! they will be my only call from now on!

Jeffery was very professional. He did exactly what he said he would do and let me watch as he sent the camera into the sewer line. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant. The charge was what he said it would be. He is now my "go to guy" for plumbing issues.

If I could give a zero or negative stars, I totally would. This company is a complete rip-off TO SAY THE LEAST. We had to get extensive work done on a property, which I get was going to be expensive. We had to move quick because the drainage was overflowing into the backyard. So I called RooterPlus. Upon calling them they said that it would be about $3000, which was reasonable for what they were going to do. Of course we didn t have all that money on hand, and the employee was quick to suggest that we finance with them. So my dad called and got approved for $6000. The employee was surprised that he got approved for that much because he even had a whole conversation about how people only get approved for $1000. You know what happened next? The job price jumped to $5960. The full credit line that my dad was given! What a coincidence?! I think not. I was told by the employee that if the chemicals didn t work then RooterPlus would refund $2000. I had to fight them for that. I went to the office and fought with them there. You know what I discovered? Their employees are given quotas for their week! So they aren t pricing you for a good job but they are pricing you to meet a quota!!!! Well long story short. I m in debt for $6000 for work that was useless (I definitely learned my lesson) I had to pay $3000 to another company to finish the job that s RooterPlus could do. Get different quotes before you settle and definitely do NOT settle with RooterPlus!!!

Jimbo Shelton and Jacob G. did an excellent job today for our septic tank cleaning service! They were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend and thankful!

Sump pump was not working and had to be replaced. Called RooterPLUS and they had Alonso at my house within the hour. Came in, evaluated the problem. Installed new sump pump in my basement. Cleaned up the area, made sure everything was operational, answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend RooterPLUS and Alonso.

I have never used anyone else for my plumbing and septic repairs and will never use anyone else. Fast, courteous and professional. They only do what is necessary. I highly recommend them for my home and to my real estate colleagues.

When I called Rooter PLUS with my septic problem they explained that the cost could vary depending on what the problem could be and it sure did and I'm sure if you never had a septic problem you don't know what to expect. However the workers they sent; Steven and Elijah were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything that had to be done and why. Yes the cost was up there but I believe fair for all that was taking care of as it looked liked the tank was beyond repair at first. Also the guys were friendly and had a great sense of humor; you know sometimes you got to laugh to keep from crying and I'd rather laugh. They did a great job and I would recommend Rooter PLUS any time to anyone who had a septic problem and will be calling them back in the future to keep mine in good shape...

Very frustrated at their prices for what I consider a small job. Needed the inside of a toilet replaced not the whole piece and a faucet changed that I had bought. The tech gave me a cost of 800 bucks to do these two things!!. Unfortunately the handy men I used before wasn t available but I know that have replaced the inside of my toilet for less than 200. I felt they are trying to rip me off for what is a small job.

David Tawney and Corey were the Techs to help me. They explained step by step what they were doing. They were professional and answered all of my questions. In three years I hope to use them again . Thank you Michelle for your professionalism. This company had a reputation for baiting and switching prices, several of my neighbors said they would not be fair. Thank you Michelle, David and Corey for proving them wrong. Good business practice goes far. But I would add a note that the 150.00 pump is not the norm. Thank you again, ask for David and Corey great guys.

They stated they would pump tank for 250 dollars and there could be possible charges for sledge when they arrived. by the time the quote was finished it was over 750.00 dollars I told them I had two other quotes for final charges for everything for $450 (ABC Spetic) and $500 (Hammond septic) and I would use them this was a typical bait and switch very disappointed in this company

Having someone available for emergency plumbing and maintenance emergencies when I need them is extremely important for the type of work I do. They showed up exactly when scheduled and let me know exactly what was needed. They explained my options without any high pressure. Very professional. Easy to communicate with. I will make them my regular septic company.

I rent a home with progress residential and Robert Williams came out today from RooterPlus and he came on time and actually took the time for us to understand the issues that were going on. We valued his insight and was very professional as he walked us through the steps.

Great company and very helpful. Had a clog in my inlet leading to septic and Alonso B. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went beyond to fix the problem. Its very good to have professionals who knows exactly how to treat customers. The best part is he shows you exactly what hes doing and you can ask questions to help understand your problem. Do not trust this company!!!!!! I am pleading with anyone who sees this review. This is a bait and switch company. They say one price to get you to call them, then upcharge on everything they possible can. They charged my husband and I an astronomical rate to pump our tank, which included an 1800 dollar chemical( please tell me what chemical in the world costs 1800 dollar for 3 oz...is it pure 18ct gold? I think not) They used a scare tactic telling us if we do not do this service sewage would back up into our house(which was untrue). Our toilets still will not flush and we have attempted to call them about this multiple multiple multiple times over the past few months. One of our toilets keeps overflowing and one will not flush at all. We have a new born infant at home and have to deal with this! They have TERRIBLE customer service, really no customer service. We have left at least 50(and I'm not exaggerating) messages for the owner of the business, Charlie, and he will not call us back. We keep calling and he is either NEVER there...and I mean NEVER or in a meeting. We've left countless messages on his voicemail and with the receptionist and never recieved a call back from him about this issue. They changed us over 3200 dollars to pump our tank and add an 1800 dollar chemical. REALLY!!!?!?!?! It is ridiculous. We felt pressured into make the decision. We asked them if they could come back later while we think it over became that sounded way to high for a simple job. But they pressured us into a making an immediate decision. The men that came out work on commission, the more they can charge you, the more they make which sounds like a conflict of interest if you ask me. And what makes the while situation worse is, my husband we up to the bank to get some money out while they were supposedly pumping the tank out. Mind you, the bank is right up the road from our home and when he got back they were gone and the tank was covered back up. We dont even know of they did anything they said there were going to do bc they left so fast. How do you pump a tank, clean out drain lines, find the sepic box, dig that out, pour a chemical in a it cover it all back up and be gone in an hour flat. Our toilets are overflowing and not flushing the same as they were before they got here. I really believe that as soon as my husband left they packed up and left too. I must feel so sick that we trusted this company. They are scam artists, unethical and immoral. I will be taking my complaint to the BBB and anyone else who they have scammed ( Just read the reviews, there are hundreds) please join me in contacting the BBB and taking this comp at down so they will not continue to do this to innocent unassuming customers. Please DO NOT trust them. I wish we had done a simple google search before hiring these ppl. They have done this to hundreds of ppl not just us. DON'T trust them. I wish I could give then 0 stars. Negative stars. It's sad that a conpmay like this is still operational. They are surviving off of overcharging and scamming ther customers.

We called RooterPlus. Shane and Francesco came out within 30 minutes and got our septic pumped. We had more issues and had to have or leach lines pumped and treated. They were polite, efficient and had us up and running when things were starrting to look bleak . We are very happy with the service they provided .

I don t know where to start Mike was straight forward and straight to the point told us what the problem was and knocked it put we have been having trouble with the septic system ever since we moved into the house watching how long we showered,flushing toilets and etc. I can finally say we can live like normal people Thank you so much Mike you were awesome

Didn't tell me that they were fees when I talk to them on the phone didn't know about fees until the guy got here.
Then once they got here they tried to overcharge me $2,000 for a toilet. I don't recommend

Phillip was the plumber that helped us. He was professional and got the job done. I feel it was a little pricey but worth it and done it properly. I was also given a year warranty.

The gentlemen were prompt and professional. They explained everything they were doing during the whole process and showed me what was being replaced and why. They were very knowledgable and straight forward with the pricing of each procedure. I am confident that the work was completed and certified to the highest standards. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!! They have "reshedduled" me (aka not shown up) 3 times...never their fault, of course............The technician cant make it between 8 in the morning or 5 in the afternoon. Really??? If you do not schedule with a "problem" and just want a routine septic pumping....for-frigging-get it. They will not come. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! Don't waste your time. I don't have a lot. Apparently they do.

The gas company shut down my service because of several leaks and violations on one of the coldest days of the year. The Service Pro, Robert worked tirelessly for hours to correct the potentially dangerous problems and restore my service. There are no words to express my appreciation for their quick and attentive response.

Our tech was Brian and we were so happy to have him again! He came in November 2018 to fix our kitchen sink that had a draining problem and did a great job at a great price! When one of the pipes popped off last week (06-05-19), he came and made all necessary adjustments, replaced the pipe and checked his previous work all without taking too much time! Thanks Brian!

I requested this company to come and find a leak and got charged for them to find nothing. My technician, Dan, goes into every bathroom and looks under every sink and says it must be related to the roof and he would have to charge $175 to cut into my ceiling to further investigate. Mind you, it hasn t been raining and we re both standing in my kitchen watching the water drip down the side of my cabinet.
The next day I have a general contractor, who is not a professional plumber, come out to readjust the tarp on my roof and mention to him that I have a leak and within 5 minutes he sees it s coming from the master bathroom supply line.
RooterPlus, if you don t want to do the job, just say that; as opposed to telling me nothing is wrong and taking my money and run.

RooterPLUS Service Tech Mike did an excellent job of letting me know my options. He took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it. And afterwards he made sure my yard looked decent before he left. I would highly recommend RooterPLUS. Make sure to ask for Mike.

Harold Brown was an excellent, efficient and courteous technician. He repaired a busted water pipe that broke late in the day. He went the extra mile to cap it off and come back the next day once the city turned off the water to repair the valves and add stronger piping to the outdoor faucet. He recommended adding a shut off valve in the house for any future emergency. I would call to request him again.

I highly recommend Rooter Plus. Brian is an outstanding technician, extremely knowledgeable. Brian arrived around 9am and truly cared about putting me at ease and explaining how he would fix my problem and have water back on by 5pm. He came in, looked at the manifold, left to get parts (that he knew exactly where to get) returned, got to work and as promised had water on at 4:30pm! I had 3 plumbers out prior to Brian. He is the only plumber I want working on my plumbing needs. If you have a plumbing manifold system this is the guy you want!

What a wonderful company and even more what a wonderful staff! We had been quoted some prices from other companies that were literally three times as much and would be charged for coming out on a Saturday. This company did not charge for Saturday appointments! They were true to their quote. We knew we had other problems but weren't sure how we were going to handle it. George worked with us and was a true God send! I recommend them and their honest work especially during the trying times we are going through!

Get a second opinion if you use this company, I called them out and was told my baffle needed replace and another pipe was needed adding up to a 3100.00. Something felt off and we got an second opinion and we paid 550 for a inspection and pump. It turns out the baffle was in good shape for the next 6 to 10 years. And the pipe we didn't need it was just more money they tried to get... be cautious! The only good thing they did is not charge us the 75 dollar fee to come our and try to screw us.

These guys cancelled my first appointment with no notice. Then failed to make a 4 hour meeting window with no notification. If you want a real professional and fair price try Franklin Septic Tank Service and Plumbing.

RooterPLUS came out to our house to service a sewage clog we had at our service pipe. I was first surprised to see that their $57 fee for coming out to your house and assessing the issue is refundable if they find something to repair, which is a small thing but refreshing to see. Then, their communication about when their service person would be at our house was open, consistent and clear. After inspecting the clog, our service person said it would be $600 to fix it and I, thinking I had no other option while thinking how tighter that will make our Christmas, said to go ahead with it. He went to his truck then cam back and that the clog was so close to the street that I should check with the county to see if it would be their responsibility, which I did and the county did it within the next couple hours. RooterPLUS didn t have to do that. They could have just done the job and charged us, but they didn t. It s so refreshing to see a company that is servicing the people of their community and not just servicing sewerage pipes. I highly recommend them.

Fast service, called on Sunday and had my septic serviced on the next day. The repair team was on time and did a professional cleaning of my septic system. The prices were less than I was quoted from others and am very pleased with the results. Thank You.

The technician (Justin G) who came to my home was great. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to temporarily resolve the issue for me so I didn't have another backup.

Kris did a great job explaining everything and I felt the pricing was fair (there always seem to be add ons when pumping your septic tanks). He pointed out some things we may want to do in the future, but no pushy sales tactics. Thanks guys!

Much too expensive..$319 for 30 tob40 minute repair of garbage disposal. Wish I had not used because first to return call. Technician ok, but price was outrageous .

Exceptional service from soup to nuts! The technicians are well trained, know their trade, courteous, and are careful/respectful while working in your home. This is the third time I have used Rooter Plus (different technician each time) and I had A++ experiences every service visit. I looked for a good, go-to plumbing outfit for four years and I'll never use anyone else.

Jose and crew did a perfect job! Everything was priced reasonably, changing water heaters and old water lines. Even though it took a long time to install everything, they seemed to work happily and kept all their initial promises. They did a perfect job!

The septic tank had problems created by the last bozo who pumped it out in 2004. Will took a look at what we had and took me on a tour of the septic tank, how they are supposed to work and why our system was deficient. He explained everything very thoroughly and made my wife and me very comfortable that he could fix it all and give us a system that will last for years. The price was higher than expected but we decided to put our trust in Will's honesty and told him to proceed. Again, he kept me informed every step of the way. We now have piece of mind that our 18 year old septic system will provide us years of worry free performance. Also, there is a warranty on the work, which is great. Good job, Will!
