I had a pretty bad plumbing issue and called RooterPLUS! They provided excellent customer service all throughout the process. My technician, Jake W. was awesome. He thoroughly explained all he was about to do to solve my problem. Although at the time of this review the issue is still in the process of being solved, I am happy with the service received and am thankful for Jake's determination to find out the problem and provide solutions.
