Called ar 7:30am responded at 7:45am said someobe would be out. Called at 12:00p. Still on schedule. 4:00pm technician was stopping by shop and be on his way. 6:00pm hevwas broke down on side of road. Noone could come today. I contacted them each time. They never called me until they couldnt come. I run a business. Closed for the day lost all sales. Because it was a small repair i feel no effort was made to get here. I wouldnt use them for anything. Woukd you think in 12 hours they might have fugured out they weren't going to make ut. Still no toilet.
