Robert Willams came out from Rooterplus and did an amazing job. We recently purchased our home and was told we did not have a septic tank and that it was new piping going to the public sewer. Neither of those statements where true. We became instantly at ease when Robert showed up. He was on time, very detailed about the issues, named how to fix it and prevent it in the future. He also, told us step by step what he was doing and showed us pictures of what the damage was and explained the possible ways it stayed present in our sewerage line. This experience has been one of the best (which saids a lot during our emergency issue). Thank you so much for your willings to ask questions and your thorough report about our issue.
