We weren't quite prepared for this service as this was our first experience with a septic system (new in the house and didn't know where the septic tank was located and did not secure the drawing prior to his arrival). David asked a series of questions about our plumbing layout and nailed the precise location and size of the tank.. He was both patient AND informative and we appreciated his services. We'd call him again for sure!
