"Cowboy" did a neat and professional job. He is personable and a pleasure to work with him. He was friendly and knowledgeable about his work. We had one point of disagreement in which he felt I should pay for and of course I felt the company should. After a friendly debate, he contacted his boss and we resolved the problem to both our satisfaction.
