My mother velma called rooter plus and they sent out Robert Williams as our plumber. I would have to say that he was very knowledgeable of the jobs needed to do. Also walked me through every procedure that way I could understand exactly what he was doing. The work he did was very professional and was very polite and on time everyday he was here. I would have to say Robert did a great job and would refer him to friends and family
