They are a bunch of thieves! They canceled on me three times. Same happened the first time. I see their game now. Make you wait so when they arrive at any location, home owner don't have much of a option but to use their service at a high price. The 150 price is a false advertisement, no one pays that price. I have use them twice and did exactly what the first technician said to do to avoid extra fees and this second time ended up paying more with less than two years from my previous septic tank pump. is a consumer alert!!!! Be aware everyone!!! I will see how and to whom i can report this situation to.
