Sold me ejector pump, drain field treatment, and hot water tank that all failed in just over a year. Conveniently right after warranty ended. Wouldn t help me find the manufacturers warranty info for the pump so I can replace it. Septic pumping more expensive than other companies.

Ima one of the employees at Cellafoam and Robert Williams did us a great deal by unclogging our main drain line that was backed up. We really appreciate him getting the job done and being so thorough!

I used a local septic company to look at the issue I was experiencing. Was basically told to lessen my use of the septic system. I have 4 teenage kids who of course don't listen to every detail that I say. Stop taking 30 min showers, stop flushing sanitary feminine products and wipes. Stop everything! yea right. Just a few months later, I had Kris H. and his coworker come to my house. I felt comfortable with their explanation of my septic and guidance to keep system continuously working as designed. Their work performance was top notch. I will only have Rooter Plus do my septic maintenance from now on.

If the company charges start at $150.00.I feel that my charges shouldn't been 3 time of the amount $462.00.When there are others who charge flat rate of $300 and $350.I only choose this company because of the $150 fee and if I had to pay any additional fee it would be about $50- $100 dollars not 3 time the amount.I guess all 3 was able to get $150 each.

Rooter Plus has stuck out several jobs that were not the quickest and easiest of jobs. They have always made themselves available.

I have worked with Kenny several times. We have become friends. We have talked and laughed on site. He even calls to check on me from time to time. While on site, Kenny goes above and beyond, especially when it comes to site cleanliness, and sticking it out until he finds a solution. The thing is, Kenny enjoys his work, and enjoys solving the issue. Working with Kenny personally, I do not believe he will ever try to sell you something you do not need. He wants to fix your issue, not take advantage of you. That may not always be the case when you have someone out to your business or home. Working with many plumbers, Kenny has been by far the most invested and caring of a job site (issue and cleanliness). Kenny is beyond 5 stars.

Sent incompetent plumber and he proceeded to turn a clogged kitchen sink into a ruined basement - water damage people here now, carpet torn up, holes in ceiling, dryers going - excuse was he was new and probably lied on his resume LOL - thanks for the quality control....day ruined - plans for kids to have playroom for xmas week ruined and no offer of any type of compensation for all of our frustrations today and headaches over next 4 days - their mistake is now our problem

It didn't take him long to get there or unclog the line. we appreciate him coming out his house at such a last minute and late night.

Called them this morning, they were at my house within the hour. Doc came in and emptied out my tank in no time at all, while also giving some useful tips on maintenance. Very Professional and knowledgeable!

I have been having Pressure Issues for some time. Jake was able to Annalise the issues with a quick resolution of pressure gauge that was replaced same day. We also replaced hot water heater same day. I'm now up and working with a better system than I have ever had. Jake and other representatives were quick, kept me informed, respectful, and explained our options so we could make a choice that worked for us.
I have used Rooter Plus for All my plumbing needs for more than 10 years and have only had one minor problem which was resolved.

They came in the time frame that they set, they were quick and professional. However...I was quoted $150 to pump my tank. When they saw the tank, it jumped to over $500! $275 to mix the solids! Literally 10 minutes of shovel work. I already had it dug up and open for them, saving them 20 minutes of shoveling. $275 for 10 minutes?! They should tell you this when you call. They know when they show up that you're not going to be shopping around. $105 for 60 more feet of house. Every extra section of house is $35. Richie and Jacqueline were nice. But I feel I could have been given a pricing schedule for extras that they already expect.

They were out on time and are able to take care of the issue a midnight back up!

I was left in septic waste for 3 days while my management company work out their red tape. Once it was concluded, RooterPlus personnel started on the work and stayed until they were finished. I had a great experience with Josh and his helper and recommend them.

We had a gas leak at our house which was not a fun situation on one of the coldest days since last winter. Robert Williams was the technician and was very thorough, professional and courteous explaining the process and findings to us. It ended up being a 2 day job, but he was able to fix and replace some old valves and pipes that were leaking gas. Would use RooterPLUS and Robert again for future jobs.

I Wedderburn called Rooterplus.. today and they sent out Robert Williams, the job was more complicated that first though.. he stayed and completed the task to my satisfaction.

I had a leak on a Saturday evening. RooterPLUS! Had a technician on his way to my house within 15 minutes of my first call to them. David was extremely thorough and verified the root cause of the leak. He also provided be several preventative measures i could take in the future to ward off such issues. Very glad I called RooterPLUS! and would do so again in a heartbeat.

David M. and Thaddeus did a fantastic job for me. It was a complicated job and they located 2 septic tanks buried 35 years ago.

Doc with RooterPlus did a very good job with the septic inspection and pumping.

The technicians and the service provided were satisfactory. However, I do have some customer service concerns. We scheduled an appointment to have our septic tank pumped yesterday. Due to having other contractors at our home during the morning hours, I requested to be scheduled towards the the end of the 12 - 4 pm window. I was told that 2 - 4 pm would be the latest time frame as techs needed enough day light to pump. Perfect. At 3:45 I called, tech stuck on another job but was still planning on coming. I called to follow up again around 4:30, same response. I finally received a call at 5:15 that techs would be arriving in an hour. Technicians were courteous and worked efficiently. However, when I presented a coupon for $25 off residential service that I printed from the *Septic Coupons* tab on their website, they told me they could not accept them for pumping. Screen shots from website are attached. I said no problem I'll call the office tomorrow and see if they can clear this up. I just got off the phone with Beth who told me there was nothing they could do, despite the fact that I told her the way the coupons are presented on their website is deceptive. For the scheduling issues and the refusal to honor coupons listed on their website under the Septic Coupons caption, we won't be using this company again.

After being told by the city rep that a meter leak was 'on our side' & that we needed to call a plumber, I called Rooter Plus. They were very kind, timely and knowledgeable. Ronnie, the technician, took the time to explain our options and he skillfully worked on the meter repair until it was complete. We have a detailed invoice and pictures of the steps taken during the repair. Thank you!

Robert Williams came out to my apartment at Windsor landing and found a leak that all of the other companies that came out could not find. It only took him a second to find a leak that has been going on for almost a month. He is a very great worker.

Robert Williams worked on a toilet issue in my apartment in buckhead did a great job.

I was originally quoted for having to dig up the slab to replace a piece of pipe. In the end they didn t have to do that. I m being told the price is nearly the same because there were two pipes to replace. They replaced one straight pipe of about 6-8 inches and one C shaped piece about 3 inches at most. That s not two jobs. That s one job. I find that they are grossly over charging. The technician decides on the price and there is no itemization of the work done. Will not use this company in the future.

If I could give them zero stars I would! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

We need three P-Traps installed at a house we are selling. The original plumbing was done with S-Traps and is not up to code.

I have been trying, with no luck, to find a plumber who wants to work and make some money before the holidays!

Today, I met a plumber with ROOTER PLUS at the house, showed him the existing traps and he said, There is nothing wrong with the way they re done now. He added, They are not up to code but they work fine and there is no issue with them. Bear in mind, these traps have been in place since 1998 (over 17 tears) and have never been a problem, they just do not meet code requirements.

I asked if he would write it up on an invoice and told him I was willing to pay a service fee for his time and he replied, I ll have to call my boss and see what he says. I asked him if he was a plumber and he said he has been a plumber for over 10 years. I asked, once again, if he could simply write up an invoice and charge me a service fee and he said, I m not allowed to do anything without calling my boss first.

After he spoke with The Boss , he photographed all three sinks, the ones that had nothing wrong with them, and texted the pictures to The Boss .

After several minutes The Boss called back and told him that all three traps need to be replaced and for him to Look at the book and give me an estimate.

The plumber went out to his truck and, after 20 minutes of Looking at the book , returned with the following quote to do the job (see below)!!!

Now, I have installed many sinks in my lifetime and I know how to install a P-Trap (it is really easy). I also know how much they cost and where to get them.

Lowe's has the P-trap kit for $3.98 each x 3 = $11.94 plus tax. The Extensions are $3.48 each x 3 = $10.44 plus tax. For a total of $22.38 + 7% sales tax = $23.95 and about an hour of my time to install them, I can have all three traps up to code.

They are obviously taking advantage of people who do not know any better!!!

$1,162.94 for TWO of the three sinks...do the math and it would be $1,745.01 for all three! The tech told me that he gave me a discounted price!!!

STAY AWAY FROM ROOTER PLUS AT ALL COST!!!

Robert Williams did a great job locating an old drain line for me. He was very professional and explained everything throughly. I would recommend him others.

3 plumbers and 2 months later my toilets were finally fixed by David M. He was awesome. First I was overcharged 555 dollars to replace inner parts of 3 toilets. Took the guy 40 minutes to replace and toilets were still running an hour after he left. Called and asked him to replace the flappers which should have been replaced for what I was charged. He agreed and then never showed or called me back. After several weeks, I called back and a 2nd plumber arrived and he said to use food color in tank to see if its flapper. 2 hours later and yes, its the flapper! Called supervisor and explained again that my toilets still run and he sent a 3rd plumber. David M had my toilets fixed within minutes of replacing flappers. Not only did he take care of the problem, but he was very personable. Unfortunately I probably wouldnt use this company again due to the mishandling of my problem and the cost but David M deserves to know that I appreciated him!

I called this company and spoke with a man who was very helpful and he gave me prices and told me they do service Coweta County. I thanked him and said I would get back with him shortly. Called back, literally 3 minutes later, and a female answered the phone. I told her I would like to schedule to have my tank pumped and as soon as I gave her my address, she said they don't service my area. I explained that the man who I spoke with just minutes before said they do service Coweta. She said yes they do, but not my part of Coweta. I explained that I live on the north end of Coweta and would not be as many miles away as Newnan if they come I-85 south. The lady didn't care, was short with me, and rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not good customer service!!

Demitric was not rude, and did not take up a great deal of my day. However, I did have quite a wait as he went to get the parts to work on my sink, because he went to a store of further traveling proximity instead of the one in our area. But following that came another plus... Friendly conversation, and swift repair on the gasket, and pipe to my sink. Overall, I was definitely satisfied. Keep up the great work, but definitely try to get a better jump on being prepared for the job ahead in the future.

Rooter Plus did several small jobs at my home. The only think that has them at 4 stars is that there was a couple of leaks that arose after the original person worked on the few items. Where Rooter Plus exceeds is that they stand by their work. I had to make two calls to look at two separate issues near the original work and in both cases they had someone at my house within the hour. On both occasions the person who came out was quite good and immediately identified the issue. Both issues were fixed and there has been no issue since. The second person who came out was Paul B. He was extremely personable and took the time to explain his work as went along. I would definitely use this company again.

Horrible experience. Stay away from this company. They totally inflated quote saying we needed additional hose lengths and the tank was too full and solids so mixing was necessary. They quoted $1000. I declined and had two other companies come out. Both said tank was not full; mainly liquids and extra hose was not even close to being needed. Cost $300. Again stay away. Total crooks!!!!

Richie and counterpart arrived on time and did a great job keeping the mess to a minimum. They were very knowledgeable about the system and offered great advice. The price was what I expected-they were very upfront and honest about everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Sam came out and helped us fix a drain. The price was fair and reasonable. Sam was very courteous and professional and we will definitely call him in the future if we need a plumber. He did a great job fixing the drain testing it several times and showing my husband and I what he did to repair it.

17 years without a problem, but had tank cleaned to sell house. (my mistake in telling them it had been 17 years). RP said because it had been 17 years since it was cleaned, a Crust Buster was needed. This is a weed eater with a propeller on the end. They used this tool for less than 4 minutes and charged $306 for it. Was also told much of the rest of the system needed replaced. I subsequently read an article on how a septic tank works and now I know why I've never had a problem. No grease, produce scraps, is ever put in the drain and nothing is ever put in the toilet that shouldn't be there. The bacteria did it job and the system just ran. Every conversation with RP was designed to scare me into purchasing additional services. They wouldn't honor the $149 cleaning price on the internet without the $306 Crust Buster service. I do not believe they spoke a word of truth throughout the job. Hopefully not all services are as bad as this, but look elsewhere.

My technician, Pete, was excellent. He thoroughly explained all my options and did a great job with my new water heater install.

Definitely overpriced services with bogus extra charges. I called a general number for replacing toilet inquiry and got transferred to this company for setting up an appointment. $400+ labor for install a toilet plus $100 extra for a flange (Material cost $11 at Home Depot)
Stay away!!

Philip with Rooter Plus installed a hot water heater in my son's condo downtown today. I was there for the install. He provided excellent service. The hot water heater was a very tight fit but he installed new copper pipes and parts to make it fit. He was considerate and helped me work around the schedules of other contractors working in the condo at the same time. He had to work with the water turned off but would stop and turn the water back on for the these contractors for a period of time so they could finish their jobs. I highly recommend Philip and RooterPlus.

RooterPLUS is our go-to for pluming needs! We recently called for septic cleaning & information about a hot water heater issue because we used them previously & were very happy with their services & competitive prices. Larry was AWESOME and educated on us hot water heaters.
The 2 man septic crew, Ray & Angel, came out to clean septic system. They were on time, very efficient, friendly & professional. David M. was extremely competitent if not a perfectionist and did a terrific job replacing a defective PRV and main cutoff valve. They were in a difficult to access location, which required removing the vanity.
