Super great service! Jacqueline was awesome with getting us an appointment with their estimator. Tom is one of the most courteous and professional contractors I have every had come to our house. He was extremely thorough with his investigation of our plumbing issues and took his time answering all my (numerous) questions. The triage and estimate he proved us was concise with itemized pricing on all services listed. I liken the experience to having an old dear friend come over to help with a project. Thanks Tom, and I look forward to having all our plumbing needs sorted out by the Rooter Plus team!
