When canceling the rent, I had a huge argument with the person who came to inspect my home on behalf of Rijswijk Wonen. I finally had to pay money for a kitchen cupboard that would have been damaged by me. The damage, however, had nothing to do with me, but with the wear and tear that every kitchen cabinet is subjected to. But what is most outrageous is that when I entered into the lease I got a very dirty, poorly maintained rental home and I refurbished this completely without help from Rijswijk. And then when I leave the house I get a flight of stairs through unjustified costs for a kitchen cupboard. Worthless!!
