I have been renting a house from them for 7 months. Ben very neatly helped house was neatly delivered and the contractor had forgotten the plinths and neatly reported it and that has also been resolved.
When the corona started we received a letter that they were only going to implement the rent increase 3 months later.
They don't have to do that.
So if you are not satisfied, see if you can rent a house elsewhere from another housing association.
