You are pure crooks! 5 months later and still nothing repaired from all repair requests we have made. Don't you dare to give one star !! So many flaws in this house. If we address this, we get a response that a supervisor comes to see. Then the relevant gentleman comes by and says that he will contact us. One week later, we call this scam company again to hear that someone else is passing by to check it out. These scammers keep us on a leash all the time and are dangling money from you without doing anything. I do not understand what I as a tenant pay service costs for. Certainly call-out costs for the supervisors who of course have to be paid out of our pockets. This continues with the same state of affairs as we now also experience problems with other defects in the house. We would like to hear how this will be resolved in the short term, otherwise we will be forced to take further steps.
