Very comfortable beds and pillows. Restaurant was ok, not very flavorful. Pleasant and helpful hotel staff.

Awesome rooms and suites. Very expensive & valet parking.
Booked 2 rooms one room the sheets had blood stains second room had dirty linens as well and and blood stain drop on the pillow case the room decore is old and needs updated. Worst experience I have ever had a hotel.
The variety of breakfast essentials was very good. You can order different types of omelets and pancakes and you can choose from additional bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, grits, oatmeal and different types of fruit and pastries.
The room was good and included everything you need. I just didn't like that you have to pay an additional parking fee ($12 per night) and that it smelled a bit musty in the hallway of our level.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
Late check in was smooth and quick. The room was roomy and comfortable. The location is good, off of a busy expressway. Where to turn into the property was unclear, and I had to circle the block yo have a second chance at it. The staff was helpful from the desk clerk to the maintenance man in the parking garage who helped me with exiting.
Best beds! Awesome rotisserie chicken in Reeds restaurant!
Staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, the shower wasn't cleaned after the last guest stayed in the room and the water pressure wasn't the greatest. There is a restaurant in the hotel, I can't say how the food is since I didn't eat there. I ordered Pizza hut since it is a few minutes up the road. Overall aside of the shower area, I got a decent night's sleep.
Helpful friendly staff, nice decor. Good meeting rooms
Old hotel. Only advantage is very near to SW free way and close to Greenway plaza and downtown
My family and I stayed here and were welcomed with a smile. The front desk attendant, I can't remember his name unfortunately, was quick with explaining paperwork and billing. As we were heading up to our room, I asked for recommendations for breakfast, after first suggesting their own restaurant, he gave us some more known eateries in the area, one we visited previously and enjoyed, so that helps gauge the other resisters he suggested. Great experience.
AWFUL customer service!! Thermostat was broken in room....complained 3 times in a four day period and the issue was never resolved, nor did they offer to change my room. Furthermore, they charged the wrong card, and were far from apologetic or accomodating in getting the issue resolved. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Old hotel, good location, but you have to pay for parking!
The staff at check in were great but once I entered my room it was completely different from what I saw I saw online. The room was larger than expected but dated. Also, on my second night I noticed that my fenty eyeshadow was missing. I called downstairs to the operator and they informed me that I should report it at checkout in the morning. I reported to the Hispanic agent and he confirmed my phone number and told me someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. I submitted this information to the agent on Sunday August 19th; today is August 27th and no one from this hotel has contacted me. I m still upset that the cleaning staff would steal from me and no one would call to apologize. This is the worst experience.
Update as of 12/8/2018, I have yet to receive an update in regards to replacing my item from Debbie. Please avoid this place.
Older gem hotel but great service and nice price if you do a hotwie deal. I stayed here 3 times and it has been great. Wonderful $10.00 breakfast buffet to request your own omlette. The only thing I hate is they charge $10.00 for parking.
It is a very nice hotel. They do charge for the little things that other hotels offer complimentary.
Had problems with the wi-fi not connecting to my phone or laptop.
I love Crowne plaza hotels but the only downside here was the fee for parking yourself. I understand valet parking fee but they should do away with the regular parking fee. Other than that, their breakfast is always Good.
Very friendly staff and a beautiful hotel, I would definitely recommend it to my friends!
Would definitely book again. Perfect place to room for your Girls Trip! Comfortable setting, great staff! Literally everything is in range from dining to shopping to partying!
This hotel is contracted through my employer for discounted rates. The front desk attendant would not honor it, or even acknowledge it, despite me showing proof because "it was not in their book."
Good size room . clean. Very comfort bed.you have to pay for parking your car $9/day
I checked in on 5th May 2019, still sraying at room no. 505. The microwave and the coffee maker were not working. Complaned thisorning. Still not repaired. The intercom also not working
Hotel is way below expectation. Will not recommend
Good service, took a little long on bring a replacement hair dryer but all in all good.
The best beds in the world, and a good bathroom in the lobby with exfoliating sand
The location is not the best,, rooms are very nice, and service is a little slow due to many floors and rooms
Good value for the money, but it's cheap. Thus, rooms feel dated and hotel could use an upgrade. Just set your expectations for an average experience. Otherwise, a good place to stay.
The location was great and convenient, but the staff and customer service could definitely use some training and improvement. We were very unhappy with the customer service and that is very important to us. I will never consider this hotel again. Also the air conditioning did not work properly, it stayed on 75 degrees no matter what.
Best night sleep at hotel ever. Very helpful and friendly staff.. Very quick to respond to your needs. Easy access to hotel. 100% would recommend. Thank you Crowne Plaza.
Nice place, right off the highway with easy access to downtown.
Convenient location and comfortable bed for our trip. It has been a great base of operations to visit friends. Bed is firm with a nice cushion top.
The courtesy and helpfulness was some of the very, very best
Dated interior, lobby and restaurant were ice cold. Staff were not friendly at front desk
The hotel is dated but the staff was great and we got a free upgrade to a suite. The entrance space was great.
While the staff is really what makes this hotel, they have housekeeping issues that need to be addressed. The rooms are not as clean as they should be.
Room was clean and nice staff was great..Enjoyed my stay
Got a massage at healing hands. It was great! Very reasonable price too. My go to massage place!
Good weekend place with great service in a well worn environment.
We enjoyed staying here. We stayed on the top floor, i think it was only 18. We had a king suite with separate living room. The bed was soo comfortable & bathroom was pretty big with big tub & huge closet. They have on site parking garage which was a big plus. The only bad thing is there was not enough lights in the room, it was so dim no matter how many lights were on. We will definitely be back though.
We were allowed to stay here during chemo treatments and doctors appointments at MDA. Although we are staying with a waiver, I feel as if the room conditions should still be reviewed. We ve stayed here a total of 4 times and each time has been subpar. Besides the rooms and features being outdated, the rooms aren t really clean. 3 out of the 4 times we ve stayed here either the sheets have smelled funny and were sticky or the shower wasn t cleaned. Other times the tv doesn t work or the A/C was out or a light fixture was blinking. The staff are told when we have problems but they are rude and give us attitude for simple complaints or needs. I am grateful for the stay, but with her immune system being compromised by chemotherapy, I draw the line at accepting dirty towels in our shower, dirty, sticky, and smelly sheets, dirty shower floors, on top of the fridge and other amenities not working in the room. The entire hotel needs to be shut down if you ask me. The staff here are lazy, rude, and inconsiderate to guests. I WOULDNT DARE spend my personal money to stay here.
A clean and we'll staffed hotel. The facility was undergoing some repairs from the recent storms but maintained a welcoming environment.
I stayed 2 nights the hotel is on a major highway. The first night my room faced the highway I could hear all of the traffic all night.I made a pallet on the floor in the bathroom to sleep this was the only place were the noise wasn't loud. The second night I was moved and I slept soundly.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and service provided.
The people are friendly the food is so dang good. The first time we stayed there we were on the 16th floor and the room was very nice and it was clean. This visit we were on the 5th floor it's a bit WORN. The beds are very comfortable. The showers are so relaxing. Yes we will return as No matter what floor we just love this hotel and the staff.
Not happy with stay. My toilet was flushing so I called front desk. They send maintenance up and he said fixed but after 1 flush still not working. Call front desk again she said she will send him back. An hour later no one shows, I call again (9:30pm) for 15 minutes and about 7 calls no one answers. Finally I get someone to answer, I'm obviously annoyed at this point, guy shows up in 5 minutes. He has now been here for 30 minutes working on the toilet.
Attended a professional event there. Room was fine. No real service was provided. Location is convenient for outside of downtown.
We were in room 617 and had 2 gentlemen enter our room because the front desk made them the same keys! It was very concerning. We chatted with the gentlemen, and learned that it happened to them AGAIN before they finally got their keys right! We were compensated for the error, but it was a rather large error that could be extremely dangerous or embarassing! The rooms were clean and the staff were pleasant to interact with but we were so anxious at night that someone would come in!
Entrance and ground floor look nice, but rooms are dumpy, hallways smell, rooms smell. Beds suck. Cheap linens. Just gross rooms period. Will not stay again.
Friendly staff. Knowledgeable bartender. Overpriced breakfast. Great location.
Location of this hotel was great. Close to a lot of restaurants, gas stations, and stores (i.e. Walgreens, CVS, etc). The room itself was a little outdated. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo. Housekeeping was frustrating. We asked for Housekeeping services on one of the days and they told us no problem. We left for 5 yours and it was still not done when we returned. When we called again, they said that Housekeeping maids went home. If that was the case they should not have promised that it would be done in the first place. This only occurred on the one day so it was not a hug concern. We just asked for more towels and moved on. Overall, staff was pleasant, rooms were decent, and amenities were true to description.
I didn't stay overnight or anything like that. Just met up with SO, we had an excellent date
Enjoyed the stay, everything was neat and comfortable. Top floors have pretty good view.
If I could give 0 I would. Came here with dad as he is a Veteran. The whole floor was musty. The housekeeper came in to spray and said she had no idea. The sheets that were in the room were musty as well. Is this how they treat veterans? The ones that fought for our country?
The boiler was out when we got there, so there was no hot air, but everything else was working just fine. With that said, I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. All of the staff were amazingly nice and went above and beyond.
Excepted better than what we are getting. $12 PER day to park. That s ridiculous if we are staying here. None of the elevators work except for 1. Well, that was last night. Today, that one elevator doesn t work. The pool is closed. Why? Its June. The room was good except there was a used wash cloth in the tub & we only had 2 towels so we can to call for more. We are still here & leave tomorrow. We will never stay here again.
Stunning sunrise over the city from my window; truly inspiring!
The gym could use some work, but other than that the rooms were very clean and nice
It wasn't the best, but it was pretty okay. Stayed here with my parents.
CONS: When we first got here and started to check out the place,The couch bed matress was very hard and didn't come with sheets or pillows. We had to call room service to get us some, and they came right away which was pretty good. One of the TV remotes wouldnt work too well. And the walls were pretty thin. I could hear loud neighbors while sleeping which was pretty annoying. Windows were dirty.
Pool was too small and elevators took too long.
PROS: Clean bed, Nice lobby and staff. Room was pretty clean and nice. Elevators had spacious room. Lots of nice places and things to do nearby. Pool was clean.
Overall, my experience wasn't the best but it was okay. Would recommend to anyone who is only staying for 2-3 days.
Just checked in on 5/17/18. Got to my room okay staff very polite. The temp in my room was 78' tried to lower temp later realizing that the controller was not working only because the entire AC unit in the building was not working. Now midnight unit still not working, 2 more nights to go. Room had musky order. Will not book this hotel ever again.
The place is very nice. The room is good what I can say is its a pleasant place for someone to seek accommodation any time. if I come back again to Houston, crowne plaza is the place to sleep, its next to the highway convenient for uber pick up and drop off
Parking charged $9~$15. Room cleanliness can be improved.
WIFI is so bad and room is cold just have good location
Pay close attention to the entry way for the hotel or you might miss it
Horrible service! Horrible hotel! Today they said that it'll not be a water from 12 till 2 pm. Right now is 4 pm and hotel still has no water !!!!!!!!!
The service is ok but it took them a while to bring towels and there is no free parking. You have to pay a extra $9. In the rooms whiles are so thin you can hear everything.
