Very nice. Attended a conference here and the hotel staff service was amazing. The space was great for different conference needs. The overnight room was nice with very comfortable beds and pillows. Within walking location to a TON of stuff!

Fantastic hotel in a great location, close to all major sights. Staff is incredible and have made our stay so memorable! Definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay there again!

Good location, comfortable bed, and a nice lounge.

The main negative I have is the check was a mess and we ended up in an ADA room that smelled like a wet dog.

I came by at about 9:30am to potentially check in if a room was available, the person in front of me in line was given a room no problem, I get to the desk and am informed that there weren't any rooms available. No problem with me, it was super early so I wasn't too thrown off, we just left our bags and went on with our day.

We come back a little after 3pm to check in and are told that the ONLY room available in the entire hotel is an ADA room, which when we entered smelled pretty badly of a dog.

I have no problem with the ADA room but it just seemed super odd that the guy in front of me in the morning got a room no problem, I saw a bunch of flight attendants checking out, but still at 3pm there's no standard rooms available for a platinum premiere? Checking the website online it looked like the hotel wasn't anywhere close to capacity, the lounge wasn't even that busy.

I expected more for a Cat6 hotel. But the staffs were great. Room was quiet and clean. Complimentary breakfast for all four of us and free parking was a great plus considering the location. Super close to downtown shopping area and Space Needle. Very reasonably priced. We will try a different hotel on our way back, but wouldn't mind staying here again. Marriott mobile app made the whole booking, stay, and checkout super easy and seems to be cheaper when I did cross price checking. I have AAA and used that for booking for great deals.

Pretty disappointed, called in advance to make sure a crib was available as we have an infant. The hotel said they had one and our reservation of the crib was confirmed. So we check in, and of course they don t have the crib in their notes reserved but state they have one and will send it up. We get all settled into the room and of course no crib is delivered and when we call the front desk to remind them, no crib is available at all. Just terrible and misleading. If you can t get the basic Sleeping arrangement accomplished you pretty much fail and deserve a 2 star at best.

This is a great location to Lodge in Seattle. Walking distance from dining and shopping. Close enough to easily access the waterfront or the Seattle Science Center. The rooms are modern and comfortable with nice views of the city. Lounge is great as well with breakfast and evening reception if you have access.

Great and well maintained rooms, views, and within walking distance to pike place and restaurants. The restaurant breakfast buffet options were limited, as well the service was ordinary. The reception area at time weren't manned enough as well is crowded. Good conf rooms and meeting area.

I would never condemn it, the rooms are very noisy.
You have to sleep with earplugs, at night the noise from the highway is horrible.

They tried to change rooms 2 times and all the same, the noise seeps through the air conditioning vents.
Some unpresentable, you can not sell rooms, in which you can not rest

Although the Concierge Pounce was closed for the week during our stay here, they offered us free breakfast at their restaurant, Max's, which was nice. The hotel is located on a hill which let's you have great views of the city from your room. The rooms were really nice and included a mini fridge. The staff was friendly and overall this is a really nice place to stay.

I travel all over the US and Canada, and have been to many Marriott properties. This one is in my top 10 due to the location and very friendly staff. The concierge level is well appointed, with fantastic views of the city. The corner suites are perfect for longer stays, as they have a separate bedroom. Aveda products are a nice upgrade from what you normally find in hotels, and the linens are clean and fresh. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay here and will be returning.

The room was small but clean with refrigerator and coffee maker. The tv had local stations and most of the digital stations you would want. Parking was a bit expensive ($34.00 for self park) but very convenient. Overall good experience.

Service was top notch. Good food and drinks at the bar. Concierge was very helpful to get us dinner reservations along with a car to take us there. Basic in room wifi (complimentary if a rewards member (also free)) was more than fast enough to check email, watch a movie or play a game. Loved the 28th floor lounge.

My only complaint:
This would be 5 stars easy if they replaced the beds. My room had a king bed and I actually contemplated trying the floor to see if it were softer. I have a firm bed at home (or so I thought) but the hotel bed was a whole new level of uncomfortable. The pillows were nice for a minute then became as flat as a board.

Service has been great. Location is good, but it is at the top of the hills, so may want to plan on a cab if coming back from the waterfront. Easy walk to the convention center and the market, but a bit of a trek to the needle and similar.

Renaissance Seattle has a great location, very accessible and easy to get to. The only thing I don't like so much is that they got rid of room service. It was one of the nicer offerings back when they did so. For those wanting in room food delivery, postmates will happily deliver to your room.

Such a nice place to stay. Great rooms but the front desk staff was below my expectations of hospitable. I needed to be assisted at the front desk twice during my stay and both times I felt as if I was bothering them versus being welcomed warmly.

I had made a reservation for next month and was told If I had to cancel for any reason I wouldn't have a cancelation fee up until the day before the reservation date. Something came up and I had to cancel my reservation and when I called they told me it was a none refundable room. I was on the phone with them for over 30 min trying to get them to refund my money since there was less then a month away for the date finally they agreed to refund me money but not with out me having to jump through hoops hotel seems nice and fancy but other then that I think it's BS with all there communication with they customers

Excellent location, except for the freeway noise. Next time I will request a room facing the Puget Sound. Concierge lounge is nice. Parking fee is very high. Room is slightly outdated, nothing special. Service is exceptional, as expected with any Marriott property. Would probably choose a different Marriott location for a better price if this was not a business trip.

Beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is on top of a hill, which proved to be an intense work out should you walk the city. On the same block is an amazon convenient store for food. The microwaves on our floor were appreciated, and they deficiently came in handy.

Not worth your money! Rooms are too small and very basic, obstructed view from the window, even no microwave in the room, no free wi-fi. Also there was somebody s hair on the bed. I booked 3 nights but had to cancel two of them and move to another hotel. Very disappointed.
