The location is right near down town and just around all the major buildings. Perfect as it was near everything everyone needs. The room was great and the service was outstanding. Club lounge provides some appetizer dishes with a great breakfast spread. Overall I would stay again and again.

I stayed here for business. The best thing about this hotel is its location. You can simply walk to many places of interest, including the conference center, the city center and the harbor is within walking distance, too. If you like walking, you must take into account that some of the streets leading to attractions in this area are very steep! The rooms are quite OK, although the furniture is already a bit "tired". In your room you can hardly hear the multi-lane highway nearby, so don't be afraid of that. It is quiet inside. Breakfast is very good, only the coffee is poor unless you ask for it from the espresso machine.

Very nice hotel for elite status members due to the 28th floor lounge. I was an overnight guest here attending a conference that was also in the hotel. I didn't have any problems whatsoever and ALL the staff was SUPER friendly

Enjoyed saying at this hotel. Super close to most Seattle attractions and the rooms seemed well insulated because we had our music going with no complaints. Somehow that's always important to me when going to have fun in Seattle. Only thing I don't like is the parking situation, but Seattle is just plain expensive for parking.

Hotel is alright, seems to be a bit dated in some regards, the widows leak noise and air, no mini bar in the room and beds a bit uncomfortable. It is in a great location short walk to Pikes Market and the interstate.

What a wonderful hotel. From the moment of arrival to the departure I can not fault this place. It's a nice place to work as all the staff are happy. I was watching the night staff sweep the floor and how he moved that broom he was enjoying himself. The food is extraordinary and I honestly do not have one bad word about this place. Wow what a hotel. Should be rated 10 stars

Escalator was broken, but they fixed it while I was there. Tea selection not bad, but they never replaced the apparent popular one. Food was good, but no desserts. Temperature control in the event room was really cold and desire attempts to fix it, remained cold. That's pretty much it for the negative. Otherwise, it was a decent place. Bathrooms are clean and modern, good service employees, and actually good pricing on parking.

Great facilities. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Only issue is there is so much construction next door is hard to get a good night's sleep. Use the complimentary earplugs and it should be tolerable.

The Renaissance Seattle Hotel has spectacular views and delicious food. The lobby is well appointed with great thought and purpose applied to every furnishing. I was able to capture breathtaking images of Seattle at night. Which warms my heart!

Good location and close to major attractions. Buffet breakfast was great. Big plus for the spin bike in the gym(it will be even better if it has heart rate monitor). Some rooms (king size room) are rather small and offer no views (west side rooms that face Madison Center).

Attended a fundraising event on the ballroom, and the event space is so beautiful! The catering was delicious and the catering staff speedy and professional. I would absolutely attend events here again, and recommend them for hosting.

Though the hotel is clean and the environment is nice, I'm never staying here again. I've stayed at basically all of the downtown Seattle hotels on numerous occasions. This hotel is fine if you're here for work and plan on being out and about... but not if you're looking to hid away in a nice room and relax. Especially if you have any kids. I wanted to order cocktails and food to the room, but you can ONLY order off the limited room service menu. Outside of limited food choices, there's only beer and wine on this. No cocktails. There's also no children's food choices. So even though we just wanted to chill and hang out in the room all day... to get my kid some kid food from a kid menu, we had to go to the second floor restaurant and order food to go for him.... then run down to the lobby floor to grab the couple of cocktails we wanted from the bar. 4 trips later we all had the food and drinks we wanted back in the room. Just kind of annoying since I've stayed at hotels with less star ratings and have always had this basic room service amenity when a bar and restaurant are in the hotel. Just really odd. If booking online with hotwire or booking etc.... go to the Sheraton, Crown Plaza, or Warwick instead for about the same price and a better experience.

At that time, we got a great price for our room. It was convenient in terms of location, costs, facilities, and services it offers. The overall service was very satisfying and the staves were all very helpful and professional. We will definitely return!

Ballrooms were a great size for a conference. The Renaissance employees were very kind and knowledgeable. Especially the door and valet staff. Great bar with coffee and pastries in the morning. Up hill from the conference center so my calves kill, but still suggest.

Good stay, convenient location with easy access to I-5. Parking is paid and within the hotel itself. The only new thing I experienced is that you gotta pay for wifi in the room. Overall good experience.

Like any Renaissance property, it's well appointed, has a great elite lounge, and great Marriott service. This location sets itself apart with a great location downtown, and phenomenal views of Puget Sound. The fact that the lounge was serving Blanton's gave it the fifth star (offsetting the star it lost for excruciatingly slow elevator arrival).

Beautiful hotel with a convenient downtown location. Parking can be a bit limited during events but that can be said of downtown in general. The staff was fantastic and helpful and the facility and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back again!

Centrally located and very close to the water front. The lobby and rooms are very nice. The lobby also provides plenty of room for meeting someone as it's not loud and has a bar to be able to get drinks and complimentary water area. It's not cheap but you pay for the luxury of the space and the location.

I was here for a workshop and thought it was a great venue with excellent service. I had the humus plate for lunch and it was so much food I couldn't finish it myself so I recommend sharing.
