The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view and the staff was quite friendly!!
Beautiful hotel and amenities. Staff is so very kind. Expensive parking but worth it. Overall happy with our stay and the location and the views were neat.
Thanks Renaissance!! Had a great stay over the holiday. All the staff is super friendly, and I loved the room. Thanks Cory for a great check in!
Best concierge lounge ever great food and staff
Room was very plush and comfortable.
The location is right near down town and just around all the major buildings. Perfect as it was near everything everyone needs. The room was great and the service was outstanding. Club lounge provides some appetizer dishes with a great breakfast spread. Overall I would stay again and again.
I stayed here for business. The best thing about this hotel is its location. You can simply walk to many places of interest, including the conference center, the city center and the harbor is within walking distance, too. If you like walking, you must take into account that some of the streets leading to attractions in this area are very steep! The rooms are quite OK, although the furniture is already a bit "tired". In your room you can hardly hear the multi-lane highway nearby, so don't be afraid of that. It is quiet inside. Breakfast is very good, only the coffee is poor unless you ask for it from the espresso machine.
Excellent location in the heart of Downtown Seattle
Very nice hotel for elite status members due to the 28th floor lounge. I was an overnight guest here attending a conference that was also in the hotel. I didn't have any problems whatsoever and ALL the staff was SUPER friendly
Great hotel in downtown Seattle. Rooms are clean and modern. The concierge lounge on the top floor is also certainly a plus.
Worth the price. Comfortable stay. Easy accessibility. Good rooms
Nice place but they need to change the beds, they are on the firm side.
Room was gross. There was a used condom in the bathtub attached to a large black prosthetic penis. Avoid
Rooms were clean with Aveda products in the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Try the Wagyu burger if you make it to the restaurant, it was great!
Enjoyed saying at this hotel. Super close to most Seattle attractions and the rooms seemed well insulated because we had our music going with no complaints. Somehow that's always important to me when going to have fun in Seattle. Only thing I don't like is the parking situation, but Seattle is just plain expensive for parking.
Hotel is alright, seems to be a bit dated in some regards, the widows leak noise and air, no mini bar in the room and beds a bit uncomfortable. It is in a great location short walk to Pikes Market and the interstate.
Centrally located in downtown Seattle, very nice, great service.
Great hotel and the restaurant puts on a good breakfast.
Loved our room with champagne, strawberries and chocolate truffles
What a wonderful hotel. From the moment of arrival to the departure I can not fault this place. It's a nice place to work as all the staff are happy. I was watching the night staff sweep the floor and how he moved that broom he was enjoying himself. The food is extraordinary and I honestly do not have one bad word about this place. Wow what a hotel. Should be rated 10 stars
Escalator was broken, but they fixed it while I was there. Tea selection not bad, but they never replaced the apparent popular one. Food was good, but no desserts. Temperature control in the event room was really cold and desire attempts to fix it, remained cold. That's pretty much it for the negative. Otherwise, it was a decent place. Bathrooms are clean and modern, good service employees, and actually good pricing on parking.
I love visiting this hotel for meetings it unbelievably so clean.
Great facilities. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Only issue is there is so much construction next door is hard to get a good night's sleep. Use the complimentary earplugs and it should be tolerable.
Spent 2 nights here after a cruise. Very clean, great food. Pleasurable experience
Concierge service was x100 room service literally goes to the utmost lengths to swaddle and adore your every moment they can!
I had some food and drinks at the bar with some coworkers who are from our North Carolina office. They were guests at this hotel while working in Seattle. Awesome atmosphere!
Great place to stay and the staff are wonderful. We arrived before check in and they were more than willing to hold our baggage before check in. great palce
Hotel service is nice, location is nice( near bus stops) Floor view is nice
Great location, great rooms and most important of all; friendly staff. Love staying here!
The room was clean and neat with a beautiful view of the city.
The Renaissance Seattle Hotel has spectacular views and delicious food. The lobby is well appointed with great thought and purpose applied to every furnishing. I was able to capture breathtaking images of Seattle at night. Which warms my heart!
Really nice, but almost to the point of being uninviting...
Good location and close to major attractions. Buffet breakfast was great. Big plus for the spin bike in the gym(it will be even better if it has heart rate monitor). Some rooms (king size room) are rather small and offer no views (west side rooms that face Madison Center).
Very lovely hotel with really great staff! Super accommodating
Very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely stay.
Very nice hotel. Briefly visited a friend who was staying.
Attended a fundraising event on the ballroom, and the event space is so beautiful! The catering was delicious and the catering staff speedy and professional. I would absolutely attend events here again, and recommend them for hosting.
Superb service. Located at 6th and Madison. Close to highways and to the light rail transit. A quick 15 minutes walk to downtown Seattle and to the Pike place market.
We came for a luncheon. The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel was gorgeous, and the bathrooms were clean.
Though the hotel is clean and the environment is nice, I'm never staying here again. I've stayed at basically all of the downtown Seattle hotels on numerous occasions. This hotel is fine if you're here for work and plan on being out and about... but not if you're looking to hid away in a nice room and relax. Especially if you have any kids. I wanted to order cocktails and food to the room, but you can ONLY order off the limited room service menu. Outside of limited food choices, there's only beer and wine on this. No cocktails. There's also no children's food choices. So even though we just wanted to chill and hang out in the room all day... to get my kid some kid food from a kid menu, we had to go to the second floor restaurant and order food to go for him.... then run down to the lobby floor to grab the couple of cocktails we wanted from the bar. 4 trips later we all had the food and drinks we wanted back in the room. Just kind of annoying since I've stayed at hotels with less star ratings and have always had this basic room service amenity when a bar and restaurant are in the hotel. Just really odd. If booking online with hotwire or booking etc.... go to the Sheraton, Crown Plaza, or Warwick instead for about the same price and a better experience.
great staff..central location..above average accommodations
Everything was great with the exception of the valet's greeting. The young man was persistently obnoxious.
At that time, we got a great price for our room. It was convenient in terms of location, costs, facilities, and services it offers. The overall service was very satisfying and the staves were all very helpful and professional. We will definitely return!
Amazing venue with a friendly and attentive staff that will help you with all your needs
Good and nice location, walking distance to downtown within 10-15min..
Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, and the hotel bar staff was helpful and friendly and the food and drinks were good too.
I was here for a training event and the staff made sure we were happy and had everything we needed.
Friendly staff and excellent facilities. What you expect out of a Renaissance
Ballrooms were a great size for a conference. The Renaissance employees were very kind and knowledgeable. Especially the door and valet staff. Great bar with coffee and pastries in the morning. Up hill from the conference center so my calves kill, but still suggest.
Very beautiful, clean and nice hotel! The view is amazing!
Honestly. No concierge lounge. No housekeeping. Just stay at the cheaper hotel. Don t pay more for this.
Room service was spotty as my order for salad to an hour and forget about checking in anywhere b4 4pm.
Good stay, convenient location with easy access to I-5. Parking is paid and within the hotel itself. The only new thing I experienced is that you gotta pay for wifi in the room. Overall good experience.
Friendly and helpful staff and great location and great rooms
Our family stay was nice. Never had the food they serve at the certain floor.
Like any Renaissance property, it's well appointed, has a great elite lounge, and great Marriott service. This location sets itself apart with a great location downtown, and phenomenal views of Puget Sound. The fact that the lounge was serving Blanton's gave it the fifth star (offsetting the star it lost for excruciatingly slow elevator arrival).
Beautiful hotel with a convenient downtown location. Parking can be a bit limited during events but that can be said of downtown in general. The staff was fantastic and helpful and the facility and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back again!
Centrally located and very close to the water front. The lobby and rooms are very nice. The lobby also provides plenty of room for meeting someone as it's not loud and has a bar to be able to get drinks and complimentary water area. It's not cheap but you pay for the luxury of the space and the location.
Check in was a little slow, other than that, was pretty good.
I was here for a workshop and thought it was a great venue with excellent service. I had the humus plate for lunch and it was so much food I couldn't finish it myself so I recommend sharing.
Wonderful Location. Definetly dine in lobby restaurant. Also watch out for hills.
Close to the freeway, but still manages to have quiet rooms. Friendly and responsive staff.
Very nice property, quiet and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very clean and we'll maintained, check in was quick and the employees were very friendly.
