Loved the location, the room and the staff. Didn't love the fire alarm going off at 9:00am but it is what it is. A bit pricey, I definitely think some form of breakfast should have been included.

Beautiful hotel and kind staff. Because we booked through a 3rd party website, we were surprised to find a $25 amenity fee on our final bill. When I called to ask about this, they explained that 3rd party sites often hide this info, and they were glad to refund this. We will stay again in the future.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel but there is absolutely nothing about it such that they command such a price. I get it: supply & demand. But I could have spent a 1/3 elsewhere for comparable experience.

The bar is small, in a basement and has no direct view. The rooms are modest and fine but many look at the parking lot or other nearby businesses (not the water). Late night food options include a La Quinta-style pantry (but had no idea snack was free?) Carpets are somewhat worn and dirty.

Employees are very nice and wish I had time for kayaks but I still can't figure out why one would pay the premium for otherwise a very basic accommodation?

The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa is a wonderful place to stay. You can't beat the views and the customer service is top notch. If you want a romantic fine dining experience, make sure to go to Bin on the Lake. The food is incredible!.

Great views (if you get the right room), and most amenities are fairly luxurious - they give you Champaign at check-in! There are good food options nearby. TV options are less than ideal, though: no ESPN HD, and there is no guide!

I stay here several times a year and have yet to have a sub par experience. The water view rooms can be incredible depending on season and weather. The staff gas always been friendly and helpful.

If you can get the view, do so. This place is well kept and at a fantastic location. I was only here for a night, but I was very impressed with the accommodations, amenities, customer service, and that view. Love to come back someday.

The Woodmark Hotel is an upscale hotel located on Lake Washington in Kirkland, Washington. My well appointed room was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were very appealing and inviting. There is restaurant and bar located on the lower level where I enjoyed a hearty delicious breakfast. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I visit the Kirkland/Seattle area and I will also be recommending it to friends and family who want to visit the area.

Great Hotel. Great amenities. Very friendly staff. Fantastic location. Especially happy with "raid the pantry"! I will be making this hotel a priority next time I stay in the area again!

Woodmark is a 5 diamond Hotel. Its one of the world best hotel chains. They go the extra mile to make you feel like royalty. They have all the amenities, spa, meeting rooms, and special event facilities available.

Front office staff go above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible. Beautiful lake front views and spacious, clean accommodations - would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family!

Meh, the rooms are well put together, but i didn't find the bedding particularly comfortable. My wife hated the bed. Flat pillows. Little short on towels. The service was nice and pleasant.

$20 for parking that nobody took my pass for seems like a scam. A $15 'amenities' charge was added, I guess for the water bottles they gave us at check in?

I won't be going back.

Really nice and clean hotel. Decent size room. I didn't use any of the hotel amenities or visit the restaurant, so I cannot speak for that. I like that the room was quiet, even though facing the street.

I just came back from a business trip in Seattle and stayed there for one night. When I arrived at about 3pm, the room was not ready. Front desk said they would call me when it was ready. No one called in the next 2 hours until I went to ask the front desk, apparently it might have been ready already but no one called.

When I finally got the room key, it was the wrong key. I was so confused.

As it was a business trip, everything was paid prior to my arrival by the company. Although I reminded the front desk not to put charges on my personal credit card, I still got charged two days later. I had to call and straighten it out.

Except for confusions from management, room is nice and clean and the lakefront view is beautiful.

Love going down to the back bar at the beach cafe for drinks by the lake. I've stayed at the hotel a few times as well and it's always clean and comfortable. Best hotel on the Eastside imho.

I've only been in the front entrance to deliver the newspaper. It's right on the water though super beautiful views! The sunrise is always amazing, or the reflection of the moon is great as well when I get there early! Always friendly staff. I would love to stay there sometime in the future when I have some money saved up... maybe for my wedding? Anyways definitely a 5 star hotel based on the lobby and location!

Beach Cafe is a great place to eat when the weather is nice - the marina is bustling and gorgeous views across Lake Washington.

Arriving by boat is easy though it can get crowded on summer weekends.

We stayed one night just for the heck of it. The food was amazing! The spicy pasta dish was full of flavor. We raided their late night pantry for snacks, it was a very cool and unique amenity. My one complaint was that there was a wedding occurring, and it would get loud at times.

Executive Suite is amazing, Front Dest wonderful and extremely helpful. You will receive a glass of Champagne upon entering, they took care of our reservation for dinner, it was exceptional!!

I was disappointed - I decided to splurge (I haven't stayed in a hotel at this price since my honeymoon 30 years ago) and I could have gotten the same service at a Hampton Inn (no help to our room, no room service, nothing special to our room). Our room had dust webs and there was a hair in the tub. Yes, the view was beautiful, but I could have seen the same view for free on a bench.

This is my favorite staycation hotel in the Seattle area! If you want to escape your reality (or COVID confinement) with 5-star service, serene views, super clean rooms and an award-winning spa, you must try the Woodmark! The rates are very reasonable, making it perfect for a quick couples' getaway, girl's trip or large family gathering. The decor is classically grand yet modern, and the hotel is very well maintained. Especially for the ladies, their guest amenities and toiletries are great - the luxury-branded hand soap is to die for! I also visit the Still spa on a monthly basis and the service never disappoints (separate review coming soon). I highly recommended this hotel.

Have you ever spent $594 a night for a Hampton Inn? No? Check out Woodmark Hotel! This self-branded boutique hotel looks less like a Nantucket style weekend escape, and more like a poorly planned office building. The rooms have the character of an Alzheimer's care ward, and after recent travel I yearned for a homemade local breakfast without any resemblance of airplane food. Oh how misguided I was. So fork over that credit card and watch your bank account drain, just don't do it on the balcony, as you may end up in a wedding.

So come to Woodmark Hotel, grab a relaxing bath while scraping two dead bugs out of the bathtub basin, learn to love the enchanting view that makes you feel like you're in the words cheesiest fishbowl.
