i bought used car from them and would never recommend to deal with there financing department

Amy Wu helped settle and find the Lexus of my choice in a matter of 2 days!! Because I was a such a rush to buy a car, making decisions was a super hectic. But she made it very clear for us & found the best deal there is. I was not there for the process & my parents went in my place, but I fully trusted everything was going to be great and it was!

Bought a NX300 at Regency. Service was great. Byron was direct, timely and provided us a fair quote. David was patient and answered all our concerns regarding leasing and ownership. Colin did an amazing job detailing the features and set up of the vehicle. Overall, an excellent experience purchasing our first Lexus at Regency!

Recently purchased a used Lexus IS from Regency Lexus. I was reached out by Chris Ting upon inquiry. Check on a few other IS' from other dealership and the service I received here at Regency, especially by Chris was like no other. Chris took care of everything and was not only extremely professional but polite, patient, and not pushy. Brought my father in too and he was surprised by Chris' professionalism as he had never been treated like that since buying multiple different cars from different dealerships.

Give Chris Ting a shout if you're in the market for any Lexus, I doubt he'll disappoint.

Overall, the whole process with the Regency Lexus team was smooth, finance manager Angela was very easy to work with and Colin helped me pair up my bluetooth and showed me how to work features on my vehicle.

I was looking at a 2019 RX450HL and went to openroad Lexus port moody at first. Sat there for 2 and a half hours negotiating a price, "I cant go any lower, I am losing money, blah blah..." they promised me a car, I put down a deposit, after another week of waiting, they couldnt get me a car. " I can get one in Alberta but you have to pay shipping, we can order one but your monthly payments will go up..." more BS....

I reached out to Simon at Regency Lexus about the same car and he got back to me right away. He was very knowledgable, no BS. He offered me a better deal than openroad Lexus and treated me fairly within an hour. Angela was friendly and got financing details completed almost right away. I got my 2019 RX450HL the very next day. within 24 hrs I am out the door, happy, with my new car. Excellent staff, great showroom, will definitely return for my next vehicle. the time I saved and the service I got was worth it.

The day we took possession of our new NX 300 we were given a tutorial of all the features by Regency s resident expert Colin. He patiently and methodically went through our new car. Surprisingly most of the information retained (considering there are tons of awesome features in this car). This is because he explained things in simple terms and carefully went through his checklist to ensure nothing was missed. Again we experienced great service and care.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the assistant GM Andrew who personally did a follow up call after we received our new NX. Now that s what we call great service!

Our family has owned new cars in the past and we have dealt with different dealerships as well. With that being said, we can definitely say Regency Lexus is outstanding in their knowledge and the way they welcomed us and the respect they gave us ensured we got the vehicle that would suit our family s needs.

Regency has been our dealership of choice for almost 20 years. We have purchased many Lexus vehicles over the years. As a perk, the dealership has had some pretty memorable receptions. The Lexus cars are incredibly durable. We have purchased the LS model, the RX and the IS model. As we age, I find the RX line to be both safe and comfortable.

The service department is unbelievable. I have a lot of legendary stories of outstanding service. Just as one example, rats ate into the wires under the front hood of the car. I was thinking a $200 to $400 bill to fix the problem (car was now out of warranty). They fixed the problem for free!

To Lexus: Please make your cars compatible with Android auto. All car manufacturer mapping systems are terrible.

Great dealership and great service. Jesse was the gentemen who help me purchase my first brand new car. He was very attentive to my needs and provided me with all the information and details I needed. Not only that he wasn t pushy he made me feel very comfortable. Although we ended up purchasing a Lexus from a different dealership, we received outstanding service when we were at Regency. Andrew Ngo, the product advisor we were introduced to, really knows his stuff and he made us feel really welcome.

Lack of communication and could make a better effort into servicing potential customers.

I was interested in a used car posted online and texted the number provided for the listing, but failed to get a response. I followed up with the the dealership over the phone to check if the same car was available; however, the salesperson over the phone noted that the car could not be located. Three weeks later, the same car was reposted online and when I texted the same number on the listing, the salesperson noted that the car has already been sold. This experience has been frustrating and the level of service has been subpar.

First time in the dealership couple of days ago, not bad for a start. I walked in and staff approached me and asked if I needed help or any questions. At that time, I was browsing and looking at SUV and others. Not too bad. But hoping, they can offer me something to drink or eat.

I had another experience customer experience at Lexus Regency when I picked up my new RX-350 today. Colin, Eric and Chester were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient!

I am thrilled with my new Lexus UX Hybrid. Chris Ting gave me a smoking deal and has quickly followed up on all my questions since I drove off the lot. He s definitely the real deal when it comes to treating customer right. The SUV is a dream. I regularly get over 50mpg and spend only $27usd to fill up. If you want one see Chris.

DISASTER!!!...That's the only word I can use that comes close to explaining the series of unforeseen circumstances that lead me to the Lexus dealership! A good friend and current Lexus owner insisted I visit Regency Lexus, when it unexpectedly became necessary for me to quickly purchase a new Lexus RX 350 F-Sport. With a somewhat preconceived notion of what the Lexus brand was, I agreed to his recommendation. My experience began with General Sales Manager, Ken Wong. I'll remind you that being a first-timer at Lexus, I was feeling a bit cautious being a long time Mercedes-Benz owner. To my relief and pleasure, all of my anxiety vanished after five minutes in Ken's company. He was sincere and authentic. He not only knew his business, Ken also worked out a very resonable amount for my trade-in (German cars are horrible when it comes to the depreciation). As a business owner, I recognized and connected with him immediately. Ken wanted nothing more than to assure me I was in the best of hands at Regency Lexus! My car-quest was then turned over to capable hands of a Product Advisor, Amy Wu. At Lexus Amy afforded me a professional level of knowledge and expertise that was tempered by her friendly, accommodating demeanor. She was able to give a clear understanding of the Lexus brand, it's dependability, features and standing in the marketplace. Car salesman stereotypes aside, there was no pressure here. Rather a simple desire for her to reassure me that Lexus was a very good choice. It wasn't long before I'd picked out my next car! I'm not one who is impressed with perks and privileges. Again, as a business owner, I am impressed with customer rapport and confidence in a product. To me those are key elements in attracting and maintaining a loyal, consumer relationship. I can safely say that experts at Regency Lexus have done exactly that!
