A huge thank you to Regency Lexus for your expertise in guiding us on the purchase of our new car! We have heard great things about your team and now we are honoured as we have experienced it first hand.

Byron Luu our product advisor is knowledgeable and personable! He took the time (believe me he was ever so patient) to go over the different models we test drove and explained the various options available. We feel like we have known him for years. Great guy and great asset to Regency Lexus!

The day we took possession of our new NX 300 we were given a tutorial of all the features by Regency s resident expert Colin. He patiently and methodically went through our new car. Surprisingly most of the information retained (considering there are tons of awesome features in this car). This is because he explained things in simple terms and carefully went through his checklist to ensure nothing was missed. Again we experienced great service and care.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the assistant GM Andrew who personally did a follow up call after we received our new NX. Now that s what we call great service!

Our family has owned new cars in the past and we have dealt with different dealerships as well. With that being said, we can definitely say Regency Lexus is outstanding in their knowledge and the way they welcomed us and the respect they gave us ensured we got the vehicle that would suit our family s needs.
