Regency has been our dealership of choice for almost 20 years. We have purchased many Lexus vehicles over the years. As a perk, the dealership has had some pretty memorable receptions. The Lexus cars are incredibly durable. We have purchased the LS model, the RX and the IS model. As we age, I find the RX line to be both safe and comfortable.

The service department is unbelievable. I have a lot of legendary stories of outstanding service. Just as one example, rats ate into the wires under the front hood of the car. I was thinking a $200 to $400 bill to fix the problem (car was now out of warranty). They fixed the problem for free!

To Lexus: Please make your cars compatible with Android auto. All car manufacturer mapping systems are terrible.
