If I could leave 0 stars I would. Only visit this place if you like your personal information given to other customers. A woman was given my full name, phone number, AND any address so that she could get in touch with me. I called the service manager and left him a voice mail and it was never returned. Thanks Regal Nissan. Way to make a woman feel secure in her own home.

Liked having a service rep, Mike Littles, handle all aspects of the service experience. He was very personable and professional. Very nice being able to apply my service points to the cost of the service that day. Having the car vacuumed and washed is a nice plus and Liked the new waiting area also!

I came in for an oil change and left out with my car making noises and my salesman Chris has yet to reach back out after I have tried to see him and talk to him multiple of times. I was insured a better experience than from previous horrible Nissan dealership and received the opposite.

My experience with Regal Nissan took all of the st...

My experience with Regal Nissan took all of the stress out of buying a car- which is hard to do for the coffee-loving anxious person that I am. I requested information about a car I saw on the internet before I went to sleep, and I was on the phone with my representative, Gery Toneva, while getting dressed the next morning. I continued my contact with her all day, until I pulled in 20 minutes earlier than I should have and she was standing outside waiting on me. For future reference--it wasn't the warmest day.
Gery had personally cleaned and inspected the car for me-showing me all the fun ways I could customize it and explaining what everything was and meant. The car was nice (honestly it is really nice I'm super stoked) however, Gery made me want to stay. She took her time to really take the stress away from me and made everything much more fun, all while keeping herself mindful of my time restrictions. SHE LOWERED MY CAR INSURANCE BY TWO THIRDS! I mean I couldn't even do that and it took her like two minutes.
Chris was the lovely gentlemen addressing my finances, along with Chandler (and his dad..?? (; ). He made sure I was well aware of what all of my warranties, loans, paperwork in general, meant. He showed me what I had, didn't have, could have, and was kind enough to make sure I had everything just the way I wanted it. He was also EXTREMELY patient with me, throughout all of my questions and bad math, and what was left of my stress after interacting with Gery was immediately dissipated.

My biggest concern with Regal Nissan was that I don't buy cars more often. The deal they created for me was not meant to ensure quick return. Until I have the opportunity to return I highly recommend for ANY one, including enemies, to just make a visit to this dealership. From pulling in to see Gery smiling at me, to all of the associates stopping by to make sure I was okay and answering my questions, to finalizing everything with Chris and getting into my new car that Gery had already helped me customize--I had a blast. The atmosphere they have created is addictive, and completely unlike every other dealership I have been to. It doesn't even smell like car dealer.

Paul, the Collision Center's manager, was professional and explained my charges in an understandable manner. My only reason for less than five star are the costs of repair. I was unable to afford the replacement bumper for minor scratches. I was hoping there was a way to minimize the look of them without a whole replacement; but that option was not offered.

One of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a car! Found the car online, negotiated the deal with Hugh and DONE! He didn't waste my time or drag on the process. The business office was equally efficient, courteous and respectful of my time. Great experience. Would definitely by another vehicle from these guys again!

Tyler in sales made this a pain free experience. He helped me negotiate the best price before I even dealt with Atlanta traffic to get over there. Once there, he was very knowledgable and had all the papers prepped to make it an awesome experience. He made me want to buy cars more often!

This was my first time visiting this dealership/ shop for an oil and filter change today and I was very pleased! The waiting room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was disinfecting the waiting areas constantly which was great in these uncertain times. Hadi and Juan offered great customer service. I will be back for future vehicle servicing.

It s so SAD when people are GREEDY and plain rude, and that s the case for this particular Nissan Dealer!!!! Shame on you! Instead of winning a potential customer today they preferred to completely shut down ANY chances of me EVER purchasing a car from them! Is it really terrible to share your your electric car chargers to a non-Nissan brand for 15 minutes?! The employee was extremely rude when telling me that only Nissan Leaf cars could charge here because they ordered a whole new 100 of them! Well, GOOD FOR YOU and good for the planet! But not once asked why I was borrowing their charger (was I in an emergency?!) or asked what I thought of my car or if I ever considered buying a Nissan instead... NOTHING!!!! But hey! Who am I to teach CUSTOMER CARE to so-called professional car dealers?! It was a very blunt it s okay this time but don t you ever come back here if you don t have a Nissan.
Seriously.... what a shame. Very disappointing! Being courteous in any business goes a lonnng way... And in case you re wondering, I was NOT taking anyone s place and the car next to the charging station wa at 100% because I had the courtesy of checking..I would never have stopped a charge because of mine.

Nate in service is awesome! He gets me in/out quickly with exactly what I need. I hate places that hard pressure you into tons of extras. Nate explains everything that's needed and recommends what's critical and I trust his judgement. Regal Nissan is lucky to have him on staff.

Our experience with Regal Nissan was through their pre-owned vehicles side of the business. Jose Pineda responded very quickly to our online request for information. We made an appointment for the next morning, and took it for a test drive. Even though the vehicle we were considering was not a Nissan, Jose was very knowledgeable about the van. There was no high pressure, and we went to lunch to discuss our options. We returned to the dealership, discussed our concerns regarding a trade-in we had, and came to an extremely equitable agreement. The entire experience was very positive, the dealership is very clean and organized, and everyone we encountered was professional and courteous. Thanks Jose and Regal Nissan!

Chris made my experience with the Service departme...

Chris made my experience with the Service department amazing. I had taken in my car to get a part replaced, and Chris couldn t get in contact with those running the shuttle service. He instead set me up with a rental for the day as he didn t want me to have to wait any longer than necessary. Also, when I came to pick up the car after the service and wash, Chris noticed that all of the bugs on the front of the hood had barely been cleaned at all. He got in the car with me to drive over to the detailing department, got out of the car, AND SCRUBBED THE CAR CLEAN HIMSELF. He went above and beyond all expectations! Chris exemplifies great customer service & made what could have been a frustrating experience as smooth as possible!

Thank you guys for everything. A great place to wait while my car is receiving service. A big bonus for my toddler being fully entertained in the kid s room.

My 2007 Nissan Altima was T-Boned and when it came to looking for a replacement, my husband looked at Regal Nissan. He was able to upgrade me to a 2014 pre-owned Nissan Murrano with all the bells and whistles. It was a great deal and we even got extended warranty. They took such good care of us and made to process so smooth. No other dealership has taken care of me or my vehicle like this. I don't see me going anywhere else for services. Thanks Regal!!!

Always enjoy the experience at Regal Nissan. Even this time, when I mentioned a couple of rattles, they checked them out and told me they were nothing to worry about. Some other mechanics might've charged me for a repair I did not need. I drive an hour to Regal Nissan.

Four months ago I would have given Regal Nissan ten stars; today I would give them less than one star if that was possible due to the following poor service and miscommunication with me. In October 2015 I noticed bubbling in the paint of my 2012 Nissan Frontier. I was horrified. I googled Nissan Frontier paint problems and again was shocked with what I found about Nissan Frontier s problems with the dark blue metallic color which is the color of my Frontier. Nissan has had all kinds of problems with the dark blue metallic color paint. Nissan has repainted some of these trucks, but not without a lot of haggling between the truck owner and Nissan. However, most cases Nissan has refused to repair/paint as needed. With so many cases, Nissan should have issued a recall on all the trucks/vehicles painted with this particular dark blue metallic paint.
When I saw the problems with the paint on my Nissan Frontier I immediately contacted Regal Nissan and was told that they would get in touch with me to see my truck. After numerous emails and phone calls I finally got an appointment December 9, 2015. They examined it and wrote a $1500+ estimate then said they would be back in touch with me in 15 days. This went on for two months with responses that they were waiting for Nissan corporate to answer. In February 2016 I contacted Nissan North America, gave them all my info and they assigned a case number. Nissan North America promised to be back in touch with me in a week. When they returned my calls they informed me they had been in touch with Regal Nissan and were told by Regal that the reason they would not repair my truck was that it had been involved in some kind of front end accident. I was flabbergasted; this is totally untrue my truck has received the best of care and has never been involved in any impact or accident. When I challenged them on the accident claim they came back and said the truck was out of warranty. Nowhere in the warranty can I find that it states that the paint is only warranted 3 years. In 2 places in the warranty it talks about rust and corrosion. One place says 5 years or 60 months and in another it says Lifetime Limited. If Regal had told me when I first contacted them with this paint problem rather than saying it had been involved in an accident, I would not have had to go through all this grief and run-around.
This is the 3rd Frontier Crewcab that I have purchased from Regal. I purchased a 2001, a 2008, and finally I purchased a 2012 two years before I retired because I thought it would be my last. My son also, under my recommendation, purchased a Pathfinder and a Sentra, both from Regal. I will not make any future purchases from Regal Nissan and will not recommend them as I have in the past.
Right now (2/29/2016) Regal Nissan has on their Used vehicle lot a 2014 Frontier Crewcab painted this same dark blue metallic color. If you buy this truck Regal Nissan will tell you it has a certified warranty, which is true. But if you look at the rust and corrosion clause in the Warranty, it will tell you that the rust and corrosion coverage is available only to the original buyer.
Ms/Mr. owner, please do not advise me to contact Melanie Barry, your consumer go-to person, for problems because she has been advised of this from the beginning.

I went in after buying a used Nissan Leaf from a used car dealer, expecting Nissan to try and oversell me, offering services I didn't need. On the contrary, one of the serviceman said it was last brought into service 500 miles ago and told me "You're good" and proceeded to tell me I'm almost in the Yellow on tires, but I have a ways to go. They even offered me some advice on certain aspects of concerns I had about my car free of charge rather than trying to send me to the service center. I am VERY satisfied with this dealer, and based on reviews of all the other Nissan dealerships in the area, this is the ONLY Nissan I'd ever trust. The people usually answer calls promptly and the manager goes out of their way to call me after their shift as they're walking out the door. I will definitely be back to get my car taken care of later on.

Very good experience with my recent service on my 2015 LEAF SL at Regal Nissan in Roswell. However, I wish you had an open night drop area where you can drive your car in to the parking lot after hours and drop keys. I had to cancel one appt b/c I didn\'t want to leave the car at the lot entrance outside the fence and walk across the lot to drop my keys. When you rebuild your building - can you ensure you have a good night drop area?

Amazing experience with Hugh. They did EXACTLY what they said they would over the phone. They even quoted my trade-in using photos that I texted the salesman, AND THEY STUCK TO THAT NUMBER!! No haggling, no mess, no hassle. In and out in under an hour with a new (to me) Armada.

Shawn Murray, Service Consultant, went above and beyond helping me with repair of my Nissan Pathfinder. I didn't expect to get such personal treatment for my moderately priced car.
Once he started working with me I had his direct phone line, I didn't wait to leave and pick up my car. He arranged warranty repair, rental car and he even took care of returning that car for me.

Like the waiting area. Water, sodas, coffees, snacks (chips, cookies, trail mix, donuts in the morning). Comfortable seating, large screen TV, wifi, work areas. Check in area is designed oddly (small aisle between Advisors desk and the back wall. Dont think 2 adults could pass without both turning sideways. But the staff is friendly and attentive and seem to work as a team to get you in fast.

Called on Sunday and asked if they could do a parassitic draw current test. Alex said yes and told me to go same day at 2:00 pm. Once there, Aaron tested the battery which was ok as I knew and told me that they do not do the test on Sunday. Alex did not even bother to apologize. Rude and inept. What a waste of time.

I was in an accident on August 26, 2016 and my vehicle was taken to Cumming Collision Center. It was there until September 30th while being repaired and they did a good job on all the bodywork. After having the SUV home for a few days, I noticed that a number of electric and computer functions were not working correctly and after taking it back to Cumming Collision Center and they could not solve the problems, I took the vehicle to Regal Nissan. Their arrogance is a paling. My girlfriend has had nothing but problems with this establishment since the day the car arrived there. Initially walking in you would never expect these people to be so absolutely and completely freaking stupid. She has had her car in the collision center for over a month. (For light damage to the vehicle) She called early Monday morning and was told that her car should be finished painted by Wednesday and ready for pick up. Which turned out to be a lie. WHAT A SURPRISE! Friday her mother in law and herself called and was told by PAUL that the car should be done by Monday. So Saturday she awoke to a phone call saying that her car had been stolen, due to the incompetence of one of their employees. Literally left the key to a push to start vehicle in the vehicle.... Now she is left with no car, no rental, and their insurance is trying to push her to sign a form that implies that she is at fault for her car in Nissans care. Absolutely ridiculous. I as her boyfriend am extremely unhappy, because she is unhappy, and for how much stress and time she has had from this establishment. I recommend Never buying a car here. Never have your car worked on here. I would not recommend talking or knowing any of these people outside of this establishment. Nothing. Absolutely disgraceful.

Well once again....I walk away a happy and satisfied customer. I drove in yesterday 10.13.16 morning to get my oil changed. Even though there is construction going on and the team is working out of makeshift offices and service areas; they make the experience the same. They did not miss a beat, had me in and out in a timely manner. Well of course each person's experience is going to be different. Thanks for everything !!!!

I too was suspicious about a lot of these 5 star r...

I too was suspicious about a lot of these 5 star reviews by people that hadn't reviewed anything before but clearly this dealership as a different way of doing things. I had gone to 5 other Nissan dealerships, each one seemingly more slimy than the last and here's how my experience at Regal was different than the others...
Dealership 1: Puny selection, both the sales manager and the salesperson were "new" and it showed. Were't really in the mood to deal.

Dealership 2: Puny selection, tons of junk fees like mandatory window tint, multiple protection packages and lifetime nitrogen and had to finance with them. They wouldn't budge on any of that and the salesman had a bad attitude and treated me like I was a waste of his time when I was leaving.

Dealership 3: Also small selection. Spent hours getting them to finally remove the junk fees and then I got a little turned off by some of their lies and pressure to buy a truck that wasn't really the one I wanted.

Dealership 4: Endless telemarketing by people that weren't at the dealership, kept asking the same questions, selection was very poor and the salesman pretty much told me to get lost. The inside of their dealership also was not very nice.

Dealership 5: Advertised a truck for $40k then when you call up they tell you the price is $68k then told lie after lie about why they're advertising it for a lower price. Regal nissan's price on that same truck, only $50-something by the way.

Dealership 6: Regal Nissan.... They didn't try any junk fees on me. Didn't tell me a bunch of lies. They offered me a really great price on my trade in, they came down a lot on the sticker price without it taking all day, the salesman was knowledgable (although I wish he would have shown off more of the features) and their inventory was like all of the previous dealerships combined. They didn't force me to finance through them or finance it at all. Their finance manager was excellent and she shopped the rate around. Everything was very straight forward and she made it easy to understand and did a great job explaining everything and giving me time to read through everything carefully. They also paid off my loan on my trade in within half the time they said it would take. I was a little worried about that.

So I'm feeling exactly the way every car dealer wants their customers to feel. Which is that I love my new truck, I feel like I made out like a bandit on the price and trade, and despite spending more money than I had planned to, I feel like a got a great value.

I'm glad I drove 2 hours to get to Regal not knowing if it was going to be any better experience than the others. I almost didn't. Of course, all of this is subject to change. YMMV. Good luck!

My salesman Good News Willie exceeded my expectations and then some. From the first time we came on the lot, to numerous phone calls and he answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. Also Lexi was great as well. I will definitely return and recommend you to friends and family.

Regal service dept. goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. They took the time to explain what they were doing to my car and answered my questions completely and politely. They washed and vacuumed my car for free and did a nice job of it. I have stopped by before to charge my car and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

My family and I were checking the prices of used Nissan Leafs all across the metro Atlanta area. We went to another dealership and their tactics were not up and up, so
I was a little bit on the defense when I contacted Regal Nissan. I made a phone appointment and my salesman Tyler Jackson worked around my schedule, (Plus #1), when I entered this beautiful showroom he met me at the door and was very knowledgeable of the Nissan Leaf (Plus #2). He was able to talk about all the technology, how it worked and specifically what it did and did not do. The cars were priced exactly the way we saw them online, we did t have to ask for the price we saw(Plus #3).. We just want to thank Tyler for sharing his knowledge about the Leaf, we are now proud owners of a 2018 SL Nissan Leaf.

I had an appointment for oilchange and waited almost 15 minutes to see an customer service person. He was not nice and said I can wait in lounge till car is finished. There was free coffees but it was bad. Car was finally finished and after I left we noticed that my lavender scented air freshener was missing. It was very nice smelling and organic but person said not their fault to take it.

Got my Nissan Altima serviced recently from Regal Nissan. I received a free multi point inspection but none of the outcomes of inspection were explained to me or asked me if I want those issues to be rectified same day while my car was getting serviced. My expectation was that if there were any issues found during inspection, it should have been discussed with me right after the car was serviced and I should have got a chance to either get those things done same day or schedule a new appointment to get those things fixed. Also, an estimate would have been really helpful alongwith the discussion of multipoint inspection outcome.

I have been a customer of Regal Nissan since 1990. My experience has always been outstanding. They do not perform unnecessary repairs and if a mistake is made they promptly correct it. I highly recommend them!

My car is definitely running better after my last visit to Regal. Although there's still more work to be done, I will say that this trip has restored my faith in the automotive repair process, and I look forward to going back again and finishing the job.

And I like what they've done with the place. Feel free to bring a laptop and speed up your wait time while you're there (repairs do take time, after all).

Our salesperson JP was nice but the rest of the experience there was awful. They play the old school back and forth to the "sales manager" game there so it takes forever to get to realistic pricing. Two attempts to deal with them have both led to growing tired of the shenanigans and walking out fed up. Unless you have nothing better to do with your time than be jerked around, go elsewhere.

Very unfortunate.... Knowing my child is a type I diabetic I made sure to be prepared to make a purchase. The salesman was good we found a car negotiated a price and signed papers in a timely manner.

We had certified funds to pay for the car all that was left was to pay for the car and leave. That's when the unfortunate part came in. They had us sit in
the lobby and wait for finance even though we had the funds in place. I explained my child's condition and that we needed to wrap things up. Not sure they could care less. Needless to say we finally just got up and left.

I guess my point is if they make a simple transaction like this so difficult I can only imagine what a consumer who needs financing would have to go through.

Save yourself the trouble deal with someone who will value your business.
