Avoid this dealership at all costs for used cars.

I purchased my used car 5 months ago. They had repairs that needed to be completed to finalize the sale. Here we are 5 months later and the work is still not completed. The whole time there have been excuses after excuses and non returned phone calls.

At this point, I don't believe the sale is complete, but they will not take the vehicle back and cancel the sale. If the work couldn't be completed back when they sold the car, then they should never had made the sale. They will lie just to make a sale and then never follow through to make things right.

I have been more than reasonable up until this point, but this is ridiculous.

Changing from one star because the company reached out and attempted to make things after a few bad experiences. Still have issues with being told incorrect wait times for services. Have been here 4+ times for service on my Altima and never have been given accurate time for wait.

*edit* after experiencing this for the fifth time I'm bringing the rating back to one star. Due to lying on Regals end, I will not be able to make it to my job on time. Can't believe I jeopardized my job because they cant give me an honest estimate.

I bought a $38,000 car in 2013.

I went over the warranty in detail with the salesman and was told by the salesman that the Michelin tires on my new car were warrantied for 55,000 miles.

The tires have completely worn out two years later and we have only 28,000 miles on the car.

The sales manager said there is nothing he can do so he forwarded me to the operations manager.

I asked the operation manager, (name is Will) if they can at least pro rate them and offer me a discount on the new tires. He said they can't do anything for me and I would have to call Michelin.

I have owned fords, Chevys, infinity's and Chrysler products and I can honestly say I don't ever remember a time where a dealership just said "its not our problem" on any issue when a car is still under the factory warranty. For them to tell me to call Michelin is completely "passing the buck" in my opinion. If they really understood customer service, they should be the one calling Michelin and handling with them, not telling me to do so.

There is several ways they could have handled the situation and now I know exactly the kind of people I am dealing with. All they care about is making the sale. Once the car is sold, its "not their problem". If he would have just offered me a 20% discount on new tires, I would be content.

The next time I buy a new car, I will make sure not to buy from Regal Nissan.

I had my Murano serviced by Regal Nissan yesterday, 2-26. They truly have the best people working for them. A-ROD (Armando) and Hadi (I think that is his name) were so gracious and helpful. Thank you both for your excellent customer service. And thank you to the technicians who take good care of my car!

My sales person (Hasna Babajic) was extremely helpful in showing me the Murano with all of the nice features offered in the car. When I decided that the Platinum model was the car I really was interested in, she worked with me to finally come to model and price that meet my needs and budget. Has a made sure the car was showroom clean and ready to br delivered. Thanks again for her efforts to make my Nissan experience a very easy process.

This car buying experience was, by far, my best! After several conversations with Alejandro on the phone, he convinced me to come into the dealership and actually go through the sales process and application. arrived about 8pm and by 10ish , I was the only Customer left still waiting on the finance dept to work it out. The whole process was stress less because of the amenities provided by the waiting area (snacks, coffee, drinks, tv and overall comfortabilily. My salesman, Alejandro was so respectful, informed and patient. My scenario was not that ideal, having coming from bankruptcy and voluntary repossession just a year prior. But the fact that I had been paying on time for that year on a used car with no warranty, he and the Finance Manager worked their magic and experience by advising me of the importance of paying a down payment that would be sufficient to show "good faith " on my part and sold me a "special edition " Sentra with every thing I wanted, even though I was set on an Altima (because that was what I had been used to in prior years. It was brand new and I realized that I didn't need the larger car and larger payment at this time of my life (70 years old). After patiently listening to Alejandro explaining that sometimes going to a smaller model with EVERYTHING that I desired, I was delighted with the model, features AND color of this 2019 Sentra, including gas mileage and power. It's comfortable, has great power and tight. Besides that, Alejandro and the Finance Manager were so professional and respectful. SIX STARS! Dealership very comfortable and air of classiness. Will recommend to anyone I know who wants to buy a car. No matter what their circumstance.

Poor dealer. Poor customer service. i bought a car there back in April 2016. They overcharged me on admin fees. I came with pre approved financing but they said they could beat it. The financing they selected for me was turned down by the bank after I left so I had to come back days later for new financing paperwork. After a couple weeks the car was making a noise. The tires they put on the car were the wrong size and not OEM. It took several complaints and opening a BBB incident before they replaced the tires with the correct ones. Several months later I had a nail in my tire that couldn't be patched. They wouldn't cover the road hazard because they paid for the tires on the car. Extremely poor service. Avoid this dealership.

I felt genuine respect and consideration from both...

I felt genuine respect and consideration from both Mr. Ponce and Mr. Garcia at Regal Nissan in Roswell Georgia. They even shared snacks with my daughter and me; we skipped breakfast. When we walked into the building, there was courtesy and a friendly atmosphere. The last several years have been very difficult for various reasons and the experience was an extremely positive and reassuring. I am now the proud owner of an Altima. Thanks so much!

Just started going to this dealership about a mont...

Just started going to this dealership about a month ago about some issues with my truck and I cant say any bad thing about them. Chris Denndys picture should be in the dictionary by the meaning of amazing costumer service. He handled everything very professionally, dealt with my warranty company, always kept me posted on what's going on, and is always sure to put a smile on your face and give you a good laugh. Thank you guys so much.

There are no words that can express how lucky I was to land at Regal Nissan when looking for a new car. Being a young woman walking into a car dealership alone is more than intimidating. I was worried I would be ambushed by a "typical car salesman". However, Ross was far opposite of this. I worked with Ross Dukatz, who had such a calm and easy going demeanor throughout the entire car buying process. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I then met with Dan Hoffenberg, who so patiently explained (to the penny) where every bit of my money was going. He went above his role to answer any hesitations, questions, or "what- if" worry I had. The highlight of my experience was working with Clayton Scott. He set the entire experience with such a welcoming family vibe. It is clear this dealership has great leadership and exceptional customer service. Without doubt, I will be sending everyone I know to Regal Nissan, and I will not be buying from any other place than Regal Nissan! Thank you to these three gentleman who gave me such a wonderful experience! Each of you went above and beyond.

They were courteous and attentive. And the whole process was fast because I knew what I wanted. Only thing was I didn't get any business cards and I'm bad at remembering names. But Jim Milam was my salesman and Mr. Cruz the finance manager were both Awesome.

For the first time ever, I bought a car from a dea...

For the first time ever, I bought a car from a dealership who truly made the entire experience easy, simple, and hassle free. I'm even including the business office paperwork and check writing here. Not only will I be back for all of my car service, i will be back for my next car, and recommend Regal Nissan to everyone. In particular, Ross Dukatz managed my sale and Eric Han took care of the paperwork. Thank you Ross and Eric! I walked in dreading a typical car buying process and I walked out laughing and making jokes. You guys are great!

I took my car in for service today and needed a shuttle ride to work! Regal Nissan helped me out promptly and gave me a ride to my job around the corner! Warren was the driver who drove me to work, he is very personable with his customers and the people he is taking care of!!! A++++++ Service! I will always service my cars at REGAL NISSAN!!! THEY'RE THE BEST!!!

What's told my car had something wrong that was co...

What's told my car had something wrong that was completely different than the air code they gave me. Was lied to about my whole transmission needing to be replaced because of the torque converter and was told that just a torque converter could not be replaced. The error code I was given was related to a speed sensor in your own Nissan website says one of them, as common misdiagnosis is a transmission related problem. I was not given any real solutions to my issues and was completely turned off by the experience. I had previously purchased two vehicles from this location and I will never return.

They took more than 5 hours to reset my Nissan electric system, oil change and fix a small air conditioner piece that it was loose. I left my car at 10:00 am and I left around 4:00 pm, the worst part was that NOBODY called me to let me know that Nissan was going to take to much time, many excuses. In addition, they mess up all the electric system, Bluetooth, book contacts, radio, everything is a mess and they didn't have the respect and consideration to leaving it at it was before. So disappointed.

I am a big fan of Regal Nissan for one reason...Marshal! I just traded out of my Honda and couldn't wait to get back in a Nissan. I hated Honda Service. They treated me terribly and always tried to do more than I needed. When Marshal tells me my car needs something I trust him. That's HUGE in today's climate of no customer service. I love my new/used Rogue and I adore Marshal.

My service representative Alex did a good job giving me a personalized experience. He was friendly and I was thankful for him to take the initiative in looking for any coupons related to my service. Only concern I had was that when my car was ready and brought out to me, it was not courtesy washed or vacuumed. When I selected the service I needed, it said it was included at no charge. They did however go back and take care of it for me once I brought it up.

Deceptive advertising! I came in to buy a new car they advertised and they neglected to tell me it had 6,000 miles on it. Then I picked out another new car which turned out to be a demo which they hid from me. Do not trust these people!

I have been using Regal's service department exclu...

I have been using Regal's service department exclusively for the same model cars, a 1991 and 1995 Nissan 300zx 2+2, since 1991. They have always been extremely competent and fair. Even as the car becomes more difficult to service because of age, parts availability and service technician unfamiliarity (since the car is pretty rare and some of the techs were not even born back then), Regal has never failed to do the work correctly and charge fairly. It helps this dealership has been owned by the same family and has incredible employees who stay a really long time. For almost all those years I've dealt with the same technician, service director Steve, and greatest service advisor ever, Marshall!!! Thanks, Regal

Purchased a Murano from Regal Nissan. Great experience. Easy process. Dan and Ron were great, expressed their interest in earning my business and took conversations at my pace. Helped me find the right car and felt like they were really working with me to bring things together. Highly recommend !! (And already sent a friend there who bought a car the next day).

Took my Year 2000 Maxima GLE to Will in service and was treated like a king throughout the entire process. Some work was done under warranty, even though I am NOT the 1st owner of this fine vehicle, and the rest was done at a lower cost than one of the area's "honest repair shops". I even got a 2016 Altima loaner car to drive for several days at no charge. AWESOME! The car feels tighter when I steer her, it was cleaner (inside and out) than anytime since I've owned her, and it just feels better knowing folks worked on my car that know it from top to bottom. THANK YOU Regal Nissan. You folks rock!

This was my first experience with Regal Nissan and...

This was my first experience with Regal Nissan and it was a superb experience from start to finish. The reason for my visit was for a recall for my 09 Murano to change out the brake fluid from DOT3 to DOT4. I was impressed with the level of customer support that was provided. I had a 9a appointment and I couldn t remember the advisor I was scheduled to see so I got there by 8:30a. I was greeted by several advisors and was immediately seen by the first available advisor. I explained that I couldn t recall the advisors name who I spoke with and he (the available advisor named Steve) stepped right in and got me checked in. Nothing like team work to get my car serviced. Now the original advisor told me it would take roughly 4 hours to perform the work while the notice I had from Nissan Corporation quoted an average time of 2.5 hrs and it could be longer depending on the respective dealership. So I was prepared to stay for at least 4 hours. I knew my brakes needed to be changed and I had planned to do that later but to my surprise, my car had indeed been serviced within that 2.5 hour window. Steve (the advisor) informed that I needed front brakes as well as an alignment. Since I already knew I needed brakes, I didn t feel like I was being haggled for additional services. I asked how long it would take because I had already planned for a 4 hour stay. I can happily report that I was able to get everything done in 3 hours and was well on my way ton continue my day. I ll be back with my Nissan Sentra to get it serviced. Nothing like honest, friendly, and timely customer service.
