It s so SAD when people are GREEDY and plain rude,...

It s so SAD when people are GREEDY and plain rude, and that s the case for this particular Nissan Dealer!!!! Shame on you! Instead of winning a potential customer today they preferred to completely shut down ANY chances of me EVER purchasing a car from them! Is it really terrible to share your your electric car chargers to a non-Nissan brand for 15 minutes?! The employee was extremely rude when telling me that only Nissan Leaf cars could charge here because they ordered a whole new 100 of them! Well, GOOD FOR YOU and good for the planet! But not once asked why I was borrowing their charger (was I in an emergency?!) or asked what I thought of my car or if I ever considered buying a Nissan instead... NOTHING!!!! But hey! Who am I to teach CUSTOMER CARE to so-called professional car dealers?! It was a very blunt it s okay this time but don t you ever come back here if you don t have a Nissan.
Seriously.... what a shame. Very disappointing! Being courteous in any business goes a lonnng way... And in case you re wondering, I was NOT taking anyone s place and the car next to the charging station wa at 100% because I had the courtesy of checking..I would never have stopped a charge because of mine.
