Their arrogance is a paling. My girlfriend has had nothing but problems with this establishment since the day the car arrived there. Initially walking in you would never expect these people to be so absolutely and completely freaking stupid. She has had her car in the collision center for over a month. (For light damage to the vehicle) She called early Monday morning and was told that her car should be finished painted by Wednesday and ready for pick up. Which turned out to be a lie. WHAT A SURPRISE! Friday her mother in law and herself called and was told by PAUL that the car should be done by Monday. So Saturday she awoke to a phone call saying that her car had been stolen, due to the incompetence of one of their employees. Literally left the key to a push to start vehicle in the vehicle.... Now she is left with no car, no rental, and their insurance is trying to push her to sign a form that implies that she is at fault for her car in Nissans care. Absolutely ridiculous. I as her boyfriend am extremely unhappy, because she is unhappy, and for how much stress and time she has had from this establishment. I recommend Never buying a car here. Never have your car worked on here. I would not recommend talking or knowing any of these people outside of this establishment. Nothing. Absolutely disgraceful.
