De'nejea was excellent!! She was super friendly and did an amazing job with my cut/style. I showed her what I wanted and she nailed it. I'm very pleased with the results and how quick she was. Will definitely return!

Carol Marie was the absolute best! She was professional. Her work was top notch. She was personable. Everyone else there was kind, accommodating, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere. I will absolutely be returning.

Kristina did a fantastic job yesterday. Everyone loved my hair including me of course, she suggested a certain way to color it like the picture I showed her and it turned out better than the picture. The hair cut she did after was very elegant and my friends told me to always cut like that. She is very meticulous and takes her time in perfecting the work. Thank you so much Kristina you have lifted my spirit in these tough times that all mothers are going through.

Due to traffic I was almost 1 hour late to my appointment. I called to suggest I re-schedule so as not to hold up my stylist, but she insisted on waiting for me! This was my first time to the salon and that she would go that extra mile really made my day. I loved the layout of the salon, very professional and contemporary, but still warm. Will definitely be going back.

Had a shampoo and massage with Peyton, she was lovely and very sweet. Will definitely be coming back to her chair.

I had never taken advantage of your last minute specials but yesterday I just could not stand my need for a haircut a moment longer so o grabbed a 6:45PM with a woman I didn t know and I must admit it was a bit unerving
However she was better than I could have imagined
Polite, professional, quick! Not forever to give me exactly what I wanted
I was in and out with cut wash and blow out for a fraction of what it typically costs me with my regular hairdresser In both time and money!
And most of all I loved the final outcome

Naee does a great job on cut and color, really listens to what you re looking for, and gives solid recommendations. I also love the boutique that s attached so you can walk around while your hair is drying or you re waiting!

Came in for a spray tan with Porschia. She is very professional and explained the whole process as it has been awhile since I received a spray tan. I did not feel sticky at all afterwards and feel that I received a nice natural looking tan and do not look orange.The salon is beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend coming here for a nice natural organic spray tan.

Porshia was awesome. She assessed my hair texture, current style, and face shape and made recommendations accordingly giving me a cut I adore!

Taylor Brooks is a GREAT salon! Everyone there is super friendly and accommodating. I see John, and he is a color EXPERT! I have very long, very thick hair that is not the easiest to color or cut, and he nails it every time! He recently took me from foil highlights to balylage, and I have never been happier with my hair color. I have recently made an appointment with Robin to get my eyebrows waxed as well. Highly recommenced John and Taylor Brooks.

First time ever for a tanning service. Nae was very professional and did a very natural tan. Very happy with results. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful with Jane Iredale skin care and cosmetics line. The attached gift shop is amazing. Great things!

Very disappointed with my cut, while the stylist was personable...she did exactly what I asked her not to do and cut my length 2 inches shorter than requested and bangs are a few hairs cut straight across even with my mouth. And still I tipped great but would not pay $56 for a very basic wash, cut & blow dry. Could have saved $$ and went to Super Cuts!!! Won't be going back for other services.

I have been a happy client of Taylor Brooks for 15 years. All of the staff are very professional. The stylists are all very knowledgeable. Great with adults and fabulous with kids. My daughter's first haircut at Taylor Brooks was when she was 3. She is 10 now. If you live in the John's Creek area and are looking for a hair salon, this should be your only stop.

I decided the morning of my appointment to completely change my hair color. I called and they accommodated me with regular stylist by having me in a little earlier. I showed Jessica Powers pictures of what i was thinking. Also told her in 2006 I had changed from platinum blonde to RED also. She was able to look back at the formula then she showed me some swatches. I LOVE it. She was spot on with the look and the color that I wanted!!

Jenna was very knowledgeable and did a great job cutting my hair. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. Will be going back.

I have been a customer of Taylor Brooks Hair Salon for almost 10 years with the same stylist, Angela Rockwell Bruce! She is fabulous. She listens to me and offers her professional opinion. She does what she can to accommodate my schedule if I need an appointment last minute. I enjoy my salon visits. I trust her totally and that is why I am still her customer. The front staff and other employees are very friendly and professional. They make me feel welcome when I am there.

Naee is the absolute best!! I can never go to anyone else for my hair needs. I always leave loving my hair. Everyone up front is so kind and welcoming as well.

Just left this salon. Very unhappy. Made them aware and all they would do is offer another stylist. I would've considered another stylist but you see I called in advance and asked them for their best stylist when it comes to pixie haircuts. So that's who they gave me. With that being said why would I trust another stylist?
Before leaving I showed them a picture of the haircut I asked for and Clearly didn't have, Not even close. I also told them, before I even set in her chair I asked her " are you confident in this haircut and can you do it" she said yes.
She didn't have the skill and shouldn't of been trusted for the cut.
I paid $239 to leave very sad. I actually had to pay for this when I should've been reimbursed. I mean when you look at the picture and look at my hair you can clearly see this is no where near what I asked for.
I am home now and am trying my best to fix my hair and it's clear I will now have to have to find another hair salon to correct this mistake.
So in the future when you come here to get your hair cut... if you're not satisfied or they completely destroy your hair...they will offer another stylist. Below is the haircut I asked for and the one I received.

I just got my first haircut and color in GA after using the same person in NJ for 13 years. Susan was great. She discussed with me her ideas and I went with her recommendations. My hair and color came out great. She also waxed my brows while I was waiting for the color. Very relaxing, friendly and professional. I've already booked my next appointment and scheduled a facial. The stylists all take several training classes each year to stay current. Highly recommended.

I have been a client since May 2017 - Michelle has given me the most terrific haircuts. I receive at least two compliments EVERY time. The service is also great. Attentive without being overly-so - and most accommodating. When I showed up once, to get my haircut the day before a job interview, I discovered I had gotten my weeks mixed up and panicked. The staff worked with me to get me in with another stylist....I got the job. My daughter has been getting her hair cut here for years. Never had a bad experience.

The stylist was very sweet.. the makeup artist was sweet as well. The reason for the lower stars is because my hair did not hold up through the night. I ve never experienced it not holding until now. Usually a blow out and curl will last days.. this one lasted a few hours. I was not happy with the way my makeup turned out at all. I had to give a lot of direction in the process to start with and the end result just didn t look very professional at all. The quality of the makeup product wasn t too great either. All in all.. sweet staff, poor job

I started seeing Kristina as a result of a very bad cut and color from another salon. She corrected the color and then cut my hair into an actual style. I didn t plan on this look but thanks to her expertise, my horrid do was transformed and I love it! She is a miracle worker!

I had a free consultation with a stylist re: hair color and cut. She seemed very knowledgeable and was able to tell me exactly what she would do to fix my hair color. the consulation was free.

Naee did a great job! This is my third time seeing her, and each time she has been friendly and pleasant to work with. My tan was great the first time I saw her, and too light the second time. I contacted Taylor Brooks about it being too light, and was given a credit to my account for the second tan. I just went back in to use the credit and I was able to get the perfect color. Naee was very accommodating; I asked her to spray my legs a little darker than my stomach, for instance, and she did it just the way I had asked. I would definitely go back!

Called to ask if they accepted SPAFINDER gift cards, they say yes so I set up an appointment, after my hair and make up was done, I wanted to pay using the gift card, they told me the card # was invalid and could not process it, I've called the card costumers service and there is nothing wrong with the card, this salon just didn't wanted to take it, I ended up paying over $200, will not use their services again and I don't recommended to any one...

I moved here from Louisiana going on five years. I tried a couple of other hair salons but to no avail. I finally just Googled and found Amber with Taylor Brooks Hair Salon. She is absolutely Awesome! She is very experienced and it shows in her work! She always listens, makes suggestions and I always walk out feeling great! She is consistently learning new techniques to polish her craft and stay up to date with ways to make her clients look better.

The staff is friendly, professional and always there to help make better their client's experience a smooth one.

I would definitely recommend Amber and Taylor Brooks Hair Salon and would give them more than five stars if I could.

Decided to try someone on this side of town and we were very pleased with the results. I had a haircut with Jessica and my spouse had the "Galaxy Color." Jessica was a great stylist and fun to chat with. The Salon staff was very friendly. Will go back there again. And also, they are next to one of the best breakfast places, Hen Mother!

I have been going to Natasha for almost 20 years now. She is amazing. Would not even consider going to anyone else. The salon is so nice, friendly, up-to-date. All of the staff are very accommodating. Above and beyond.

I know these are weird times, I showed up in parking lot at 2:50 for a 3PM called and they said wait in the car and they would call me in. At 3:25 I got a call asking if I was coming to the appointment. No biggie, just may want to come up with a process that doesn't forget people waiting outside. Otherwise, Susan is always great and my hair looks awesome!

Honest review: My hairdresser Natasha and Esthetician Robin are amazing which is why i keep going back, but this place lacks appreciation for their patrons. I spend A LOT of money at this salon and have been going religiously every 2 weeks for months. Instead of treating me like they appreciate my business, I get treated like im just another walk in - specifically by some of the ladies as i walk in and check out for services. Some of the ladies up front should try a better attitude more like "we appreciate your business" with a smile. It goes a long way. Ive received quite the opposite. Its more like stuck up, resting face, cold. In fact, Ive even been met with resistance twice when it comes to coupons that were actually printed by their business and given to me in their welcome pack by Robin and Natasha. They have chosen twice now to lose a product sale rather than apply a coupon they gave to me. Thats is not smart business. Ive given them the benefit of doubt because some times people just have bad days, but this is repeated behavior. Enough so, I felt compelled to right this review. Moving forward ill be drastically cutting back my spending here and making my PCA purchases elsewhere. I'll still frequent once in awhile for Natsha and Robin's impeccable service, but all that money I would have spent supporting this biz on additional services, retail products, and in their gift shop, will now go elsewhere. You lost a loyal and supportive customer.
