It ends and begins today! I've been searching fora car for months to replace our"who knows what else could happen to this car" car. The headache of searching for the right car has gone up the roof. we decided this is it, we want a Pathfinder. We had a negative equity in the previous vehicle and been upfront to our situation to the dealer. They gave us the most value our trade in we could have asked for. On top of willing to work the deal to make my day and this journey to end well. We worked with Holden who was very pleasant to deal with. What he did was to put us in the nice office. He left to go work the magic. Came back with the deal they offered. The beauty is he made us felt so comfortable be there and made everything seemed so easy. We even ended up with the better car than we thought we were going to get in our price range. It felt great feeling like you win the day!

You all at least need to visit there recent reinnovate showroom. It's niceeee! Who know, you might end up walking out witha new vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a new to us car today from Regal Nissan of Roswell. It was a great experience. Jeremy was so patient with us. He showed us several cars and didn t pressure us to make a decision. We also worked with Chandler and Chris who were great as well. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new car.

I have been getting my 2012 Altima serviced at Regal Nissan in Roswell for the past couple of years. Although there are dealerships closer to where I live in Vinings, I appreciate the service at Regal. I never feel like I am being persuaded to do more that what is needed at the time and I do not feel taken advantage of. The car wish is also an added bonus!

Regal Nissan is like no place I have ever been before. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Jim was my car salesman and he made sure that I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and got me in my car next day. He was even nice enough to make sure I ate while I at. He then sent me over to Chris who handles all the finances at which I was very very pleased . Overall if you need a car this is the best place to go the people are great. They really show you they care and will truly find something just for you!

.I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Regal Nissan. As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to Clayton Scott, the Sales Manager. Not only was he extremely genuine and gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. My friend and I decided to purchase our leased vehicle and contacted Clayton Scott over the phone about it. He was very friendly with good employee morale which is hard to find nowadays. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all as he was very honest. He found a way to make it work in our favor and I couldn t have asked for much more than that. The best thing I liked is that he took less than 30 minutes to do all the paper work for two cars and we were out from there within 30 minutes. Thank you Clayton and finally this would not have been possible without the help of my friend Raj Bhat who initially approached Clayton Scott and he told me that we should go Regal Nissan to complete the deal. Overall it is one of the best consumer experience we had at this dealership

When you are buying a car you look for a dealership with honesty and integrity and it is hard to find. Our sales person was Stephen and he went above and beyond to help us find a great car for a great value - and he is a super nice guy. Ask for Stephen and you won't be disappointed. When I had questions on car options I sent him a text and he responded right away with different options and even sent me images so we could make the best decision on our purchase. To our great surprise, our great service didn't stop there, Dan who did our financing did a great job explaining our options and made the financing process painless. Dan ensured we got the best financing options without high pressure signing tactics and it was the first time I've walked out of a dealership not wondering if I got the best deal.

Nice location, but customer service for accounting/finance qualification is horrible! BRITTNEY is the worst!!! Called my son in, after pulling his credit and flat out LIED that he qualified for a truck, then to get there and be told NO!! Beware if buying here and DO NOT TALK WITH BRITTNEY!!

I brought my car in to have the wheel trim re-attached. Altough it took a little longer than I thought it would, I was out in less than 2 hours and for $8.00, so all in all I'd say it was a good experience.

I've really enjoyed the buying experience with Jeff Johnston at Regal. The folks are top-notch, and they do a lot of little things to let you know that they really appreciate your business. I wish I lived closer, but they're an easy drive from Gwinnett.

Came to look specifically at a 2005 Nissan Altima ...

Came to look specifically at a 2005 Nissan Altima for $6k with 110k miles. It was perfect for my son. Said it would take 45 minutes to get an answer on the financing. 2 hours later he informs us that they can't get financing on a car over 100k miles but instead got us approved for a $12k car which was WAY out of my son's budget. I find it hard to believe he didn't know the lending policies of finance companies he deals with every day. He put an inquiry on our credit for a car we had no ability to buy and had no interest in. That was a Saturday. I arranged Monday for financing for the $6k car that I had been given a buyer's order for......Car sold to someone else. Never going there again and would never recommend to anyone.

After receiving a recall letter from Nissan, I called my local Nissan dealership to get assistance. However, they were rude and did not try to help me. After going to other dealerships in my area, no one could help. Then I went to Regal Nissan in Roswell. Marshall Hadley was able to help me. He was nice and understanding. Everyone at the dealership was nice and accommodating. This is the only Nissan Dealership I recommend.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. Good luck Willie met me with a huge smile, was kind, knowledgeable and generally a very happy individual. I told him I didn't want to be there all night and our portion was done in 50 min. We went of a test drive, he told me all about the car and we had a nice friendly conversation. I recommend this dealership for all your nissan needs!

I was in the market for a new car but preferred the option to complete the full transaction without visiting the dealership. In Regal Nissan, I found the perfect match. Every step of the sale was clearly explained with detail and patience. Ultimately the sale was finalized and all conditions of the agreement/car were exactly as represented. And a big thanks to LJ for his diligent attention to my needs. And as an added bonus, he was extremely courteous and pleasant when he delivered the car to my home.

My son had bought the car just 5 months ago when the transmission gave out on his way home from work two weeks ago. He was facing an almost $4,000 bill to replace the transmission. I was advised to contact Regal Nissan as the transmission has been repaired there earlier. Once I made contact with Chris Dendy it was nothing but a very positive experience. Chris and Steve were professional and a pleasure to work with and worked to get the transmission replaced at no cost to my son. I am very thankful for how they were able to resolve this issue.

I looked at the rating of both Nalley where I had been going, and Regal I had never tried. Regal had half a star more so I went with them this time. I was a bit skeptical when I drove up and the service department was in a construction tent, but it turned out very good! I got Skipper as my Service Manager and I am not letting him go. What a nice young man, and I felt a very straight shooter, which is a must. Thanks Skipper for taking such good care of me in the cold and rain, and construction. I look forward to the new posh digs. The WiFi was great and makes this a very viable week day option.

Amazing customer service and fair prices. I've never felt upcharged here and the team won't hesitate to tell you when you DON'T need something fixed. If you tell them you're in a hurry (i.e. On a lunch break) they'll do their best to get you in and out. Needless to say, this is my go-to shop for my car.

Worst experience of my life. I trusted this business to fix minor repairs on my car, but instead my car was stolen as soon as they fixed everything. No one called me to tell me my car was finished, and that night it was stolen. The dealership left my key inside the car and it was left unlock. The dealership manager Ryan lied to me, stating they didn't leave they key in the car, the guy who stole my car apparently broke into the key building. Once I received the police report it clearly states that they left the keys in the car and that they had no camera inside the detail garage, where my car was. This is the most shadiest thing I've ever heard of in my life. They refuse to make it right, not even an apology. I would NEVER trust this dealership with your money, car or anything.

Should have caught misalignment on previous visit. Steering is now finally smooth. Thought the stiff steering was natural on the Quest I bought used. Otherwise new facility should make service better.

I brought in my car for the normal maintenance. I usually get tires from my brother-in-law's shop and do other things elsewhere because I am so accustomed to high prices at dealerships. But I was given a good deal on the tires I needed so I got those along with some other needed service. Savannah set up the appointment and helped me identify the maintenance I was due to complete, and she followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I usually work with Nate, who is also great, but this time I ended up with Daniel. Daniel was clear on what we were going to do, followed up with me as needed and kept me updated, helped me get a loaner car, and when I arrived to pick up he took me to the car, reviewed the work with me, and made sure I was satisfied before I had even left the lot. Great team at Regal!

I appreciate the excellent customer service. I know they don't normally run the shuttle on Saturdays. The day of my service they made an exception. I was very appreciative. I had other errands to run but I wanted to ensure my car was serviced properly because I drive from Alpharetta to the Delta Campus by airport everyday. Thanks for always taking care of me.

The customer service department here at Regal has blown away the other local Nissan Service Departments. Everyone is very friendly and you don't even have to ask to get your car washed. They do it anyway as part of the service unlike others I won't mention. Stephanie was very helpful and dedicated to making sure I was happy with all the work that was performed. I highly recommend Regal Nissan Service Department

I had a great experience with Michael Little and the Nissan service department. I changed my full set of tires and they made the experience pain-free. I used the shuttle as well so I didn't have to wait in site the whole time. The prices were comparable with other places and they offered a discount and warranty. the break room is spacious to work in your laptop and they offer free WiFi, snacks, coffee and drinks.

I have had my old 2005 Nissan Maxima service at Regal Nissan since I moved to Atlanta in 2006. Marshall Hadley has always been there to walk me through the process and guide me through the challenges as my car grew older and older. This past weekend, I went in and decided it was time for a new car, he pointed me in the direction of the 2014 Nissan Altima, as well as Matt, a great salesperson, and it was a match made in heaven. I am very happy with my new car and will always trust it with Regal Nissan!

Greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. We knew what we wanted and got no pressure to look at another vehicle. We went through USAA and Truecar so there was very little negotiation necessary. We agreed on the deal and went to the finance man. We worked that part out quickly. We were presented with different warranty options, but no pressure to up-sell extended warranties. Thanks to Jeff and Dan for a painless buying experience! Would recommend to family and friends.

My first time here I purchased my vehicle from Nissan dealership off Highway 78 from a close friend about 3 years ago. Left my vehicle to be serviced and needed brakes. Provided my new number like I did when I made on line appointment a week before. Emailed the person who was the service advisor as well to make sure my new number was noted. Returned 3 hours later to be told they didn t do brakes because they didn t have special lug to remove tires and I can go buy one and come back? The advisor did not write/ type any number down and told me he didn t get my emails and how sometimes the system fails. No apology from GM or any Manager. My oil changes are normally $12-$17 there. Not sure if it was friends and family rate I was getting but when I told the first advisor why the difference, he explained but it didn t make sense. He eventually gave me to another advisor. I would never go back to the 78 dealership after my long history with them. My experience here was very professional and attentive. I was walked out to my vehicle and treated like my business meant something. Although I was on my phone this guy truly handled me professional and went above and beyond with his customer service. I was truly taking notes. Great job and he even followed up after with a quick phone call.

Amazing experience, absolutely incredible experience working with Calvin Mueller. He brought the car to my house on multiple occasions, allowing my wife and I to test drive it. Calvin is extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, and not pushy when it comes to selling. He is awesome to work with. We are now on our 4th Nissan at Regal Nissan, and they have a customer for life! This is the dealership to go to! Ask for Calvin Mueller, terrific experience, very honest sales specialist.

Incredible experience. Purchased the all new Titan XD and love the truck! The entire team at Regal Nissan was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to my schedule. I was in and out of the dealership in no time at all and even shook hands with the owner. My sales consultant Jeff Johnson was incredible to deal with. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he would introduce me to someone who did. This is a very refreshing approach to car buying that is not common at a lot of dealerships. I highly recommend Regal Nissan and this truck!

One of this companies employees, Daryl Heinrich posted a classified ad on Craigslist as an individual but when I called and asked he said he was with a dealer. I said no thanks and hung up the phone. He then called back but left no message then he called me again this morning from another phone and I told him again to leave me alone. He proceeded to text me harassing messages from his cell to which I said that I would be contacting the Sec of State about his harassment. He has just called me again and left a VM so if the owner of this company reads this, your employee is a total jerk and the EXACT reason I don't want to buy from a dealership.

Do not call this place or buy a car here unless you want to be harassed.

All I can say is that in all my years I have never met or had a dealer ship with such an outstanding sales an finance and customer service that is willing to be totally honest about everything and do everything possible to get a customer to their goal of purchasing a Quality vehicle be it new or used car sales representative JJ was more than openly honest and treat us with respect and fairness As well as the finance department The finance lady Lexi was very forward and was very successful and giving us the same respect and helping us to achieve our goal I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asked me about them or inquired about purchasing a quality used or new vehicle my experience at regal Nissan in Roswell Georgia has been at the greatest car buying experience I have ever had and again I would highly recommend them as a treat you respectfully enter the op most open and honest with you in short at regal Nissan there's no BS signed Jesse L.Williams.

He answered all9000 questions I had and my 10000 calls. As a first time buyer I could not be happier with my experience. Matt never pushed or pressured me for the purchase. I would NOT recommend this place. I negotiated for a Nissan Altima before visiting Regal Nissan. We agreed on a price for the Altima with specific packages. When I got there they put me in a car that didn't have the package we had agreed on. The seller, Wayne, who I had spoken with on the phone, informed me they had NO Nissan Altima's with the package that we had agreed on. He had no explanation besides he had made a mistake. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

Well first of all they have an old lying sales person named Hugh who is as dishonest as they come ,we were all set to purchase a used car from them and they pulled a credit checkwithout my permission even when I told them I had financing set up already, he said it was mandatory to do that. Thats BS then told my wife to come down , then text her and said oh we sold it..obviously to someone who financed thru them. Pretty low down practice if you ask me DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM ESPECIALLY THAT OLD TIRED SNAKE OIL SALESMAN Hugh youll be Sorry you did.

As always, an exemplary visit to Regal Nissan in Roswell, Georgia. Our 2008 van suddenly locked in 5th gear and I showed up on little notice on the way to work, where they had a courtesy rental car waiting for me. Not only did Marshall Hadley have the Service Department fix the van immediately, they also alerted me to the fact that I was due for the next scheduled service, and in so doing, found that I needed rear brake pads badly (something I realized needed to do soon). The car was ready the next morning, again conveniently on my way to work, and appeared almost detailed as well and well under the estimate I received the day before. You simply cannot beat the service, help, respect and appreciation I receive at Regal Nissan with every visit. Thank You!

DO NOT TRUST THE FINANCE TEAM!!!!!

What started out as a positive experience, ended up in a VERY negative.

I Went into Regal Nissan car lot with my own financing because I was reluctant to have Regal pull it due to the multiple inquires that would happen. But my salesman, "Good News" Willie talked me into going through dealership financing for a lower interest rate and they would only pull it ONE time. NOT THE CASE! When you run your credit through the Regal, they pull your credit report and then farm it out to about 7 different lenders resulting in multiple inquires thus bringing your credit scores down. I went from a 712 all the way down to a 695 in a day.

I was lied to by their finance team and their sales team. I asked how they were going to fix this issue and their response was, "There is nothing we can do, if you choose to not do business here again that would be fine."

Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Even "Good News" Willie turned into "Bad News" Willie

STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE LIARS!!
