Will buy my next leaf there very helpful staff and has a free chatmo charging two j1172 on the side of the building if there is a car in the way of the chatmo charger let them know and they will free it up for you
I work for a company just a mile from Regal Nissan. With the year ending I was ready to buy a new car. I stopped in and Jeff was ready to greet me with a smile. Told him what I wanted and after a few minutes we were test driving a new Murano. I looked at the Tahoe, GLK 350, other SUV's. By far this was the best. Jeff let me take the SUV home that night and it became mine the next day. By far the best buying experience EVER. Mike and I did the paperwork and I was out the door.
My car was in need of various service items including a new battery. Paul Smith handled everything beyond my expectations. Despite a difficult set of circumstances in order to get my car to the dealership (I recently moved farther away and had some other extenuating circumstances), Paul went above and beyond to accommodate me and get done what needed to be done. Because of Paul s excellent customer service, my car will only be returning to Regal for service, albeit hopefully not in the very near future ;)

This is my first time going to this location for service of my vehicle and so far I am impressed. Drop off went smoothly and they provided a courtesy ride so I didn't have to Uber to get into work. Warren, the driver was very pleasant to speak with and seems to really enjoy what he does. I will return for service here.
Great customer service, they took an excellent care of my car. Nice waiting room with free WiFi and snacks. Every employee is very friendly and they call every customer by their name. Meek is feel very welcome .
I'm always well served at Regal. Regal Nissan is still my favorite car dealership in the area. While my favorite, I had an 11:30 appointment for which I arrived 30 minutes early. In addition to oil and a tire rotation, I was informed that I needed front brake pads...to which I consented. I did not know it would take until after 2pm. Again, the work is typically done well, not inexpensively, but the service takes entirely too long.
Been bringing my Pathfinder here for service for many years. Regal recognizes customer loyalty and always provides great service at more than reasonable prices. Highly recommend any Nissan owner bring their vehicle to Regal for service. Steve Vaughn and his team will take care of you!

I'm not living in Roswell anymore, but I still go to Regal Nissan to get my car serviced. For so many good reasons! Regal Nissan cares about their customers and also very honest about your car. WOW! We had an outstanding experience at Regal Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Eugene who was AMAZING. We found a car on line and made an appt to see it. When we arrived, the car was pulled up front, meticulously clean, and ready to test drive. We were trusted to drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along and were told to take our time. Eugene offered us water, snacks, made sure we had everything we needed while we reviewed the itemized cost. Everything was perfect. We appreciated that our time was valued, the gas tank was filled, and there was no pressure to finance or add expenses that we didn't want. Quick, easy, and such a positive experience. Great experience here from initial Internet information request, to quote, to financing, and delivery. Marc Taylor is a very knowledgeable, top shelf sales person who worked the opportunity to closure in good time. With attention to detail, this dealership made the effort to get things right and satisfy this customer. So much better doing business here than two other area Nissan dealers (CC Nissan and GP Nissan).

This was my first visit at Regal Nissan. Terry was very informative and detailed when reviewing my car issues. The wait lobby was very clean with a wide variety of snacks and drinks and TV. I was emailed an easy to read diagnostics checklist of my car. I could easily accept or decline what services I wanted. Nice job with the complimentary wash and vacuum too. I needed it!
Came in with a working car and an oil change later looking into 8k in repairs, one of them stories; not my fault you have an old car . The wrecker picked me up 8 miles away from the dealership with a blown motor. This is 10 minutes after an oil change. And brought it back to the dealership and got diagnosed with an oil ring busting was the cause, yet the oil ring is as good as new. The next day when they tried to replace the oil ring the mechanic found a hole in the motor caused by the No OIL situation. I had to pay a wrecker to pick up the car off their lot since it needs a motor and a turbo at minimal. Be careful and make sure your car has oil after an oil change
"Will" William at Regal Nissan's service dept is an absolute pleasure to work with - courteous, well-informed, provides all details with time estimates, informs progress over phone and calls when vehicle is ready. Recognizes when we return to pick-up the car and has the papers/key ready ... wow ! he made the entire visit so smooth and hassle-free.
The people who work in service are incredible. When I went in to pick up my car I had a rather large plastic bag in my arms and one of the workers ran over to take it from me and he put it in my car. I have never had a bad experience with ti=his dealership.
Not all service experiences are good. My wife took our Nissan Altima in at 3:30pm for a tire pressure sensor light check. Over 2.5 hours later, they are no closer to knowing anything and not communicating well about what's going on. Wouldn't be an issue if we didn't have a potential buyer coming to look at the car.
Not sure if the "free" service was worth the hassle but sure won't use them in the future.

My husband and I are planning to buy a new car and we would like to see the Pathfinder inside! However, when we get at the store the first guy came and said that he couldnt help us because be had 2 appointments! I undesrstand that , however he could have asked if we could come later or wait for him! So, he called a guy that had to delivery a car and couldnt stay with us as well.. so he even tried but he said that he had to leave and we could wait for another sales person! We decide to leave and visite another place! We were so desapoointed!

I don't write reviews at all but I am forced to because its worst nissan service ever. I moved from Chicago and my first service in Atlanta area. I went for oil change and they said they had to change my wiper blades and changed it. After few days when there was heavy rain my wiper was not cleaning the driver side as it was not making contact.Which could have caused an accident. I expect a Nissan service to check it when they fix something. This place is 40 mins from my place and I still preferred it because it was a authorized Nissan service place. When I went all they way back they didn't even apologize. They just replace it. Hated this place.
These guys are amazing, the whole process was wonderful. They really covered all the bases on this one. Quick and easy explanation of what was/needed to be done to my vehicle. Service was fast and very timely. Everyone was very polite and felt like they were all doing their very best to service my needs as a customer. Service was 10/10
Collision Center - If you want your car to be fixed as soon as possible. This is not the place. I had a minor rear bumper damage. I left my car to the collision center on 02/07/19, it has been 12 days and still waiting. According to what I have been told, my car should be ready on 02/15/19. I'm writing this review on 02/19/19 and still waiting for my car. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else. It takes more than 12 days for a rear bumper change, god knows how long it takes for them to fix a big damage.
Took the car in to fix a problem that turned out to be the ABS module. The pricing for the services was fair. What I did not like was after bringing them a new "used" ABS module, they then cut wires on my car and soldered them back together in order to make the "used" unit work. I had zero communication, if I had known I would have SENT THE UNIT BACK and gotten another and held off till it arrived. Just a case of people fulfilling orders because that's what shops do. Will be fixing the car on my own.
The service department is very nice, and so is the manager as he offered me a free installation when they couldn't fix it the first time.
UPDATE: The dealership made everything right and another tech looked at the car and was able to diagnose the issue. If you go to the service department make sure you talk with Stephanie, she will make sure you are taken care of.
Regal Nissan was able to identify and resolve my Rogue's mechanical problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will continue to bring my car for service at Regal Nissan when I can.
Steve Shank was super helpful throughout the whole process. He always kept me updated and was very easy to work with. The dealership is very nice and clean, and all other employees I spoke with were very nice.

With the exception of the power outage that occurred while I was in the waiting room, the service was top notch and the new customer waiting room is incredible. Wow! What an improvement! Elegant leather seats, spaced out in different areas with tables, individual coffee bar, USB and power outlets for your laptop and bar level seats as well. I'm impressed, fantastic job, and now Jackson Acura has nothing on you.
I have taken my car here a few times in the last few weeks. Skipper is the person that I have worked with on all occasions. Skipper has such fantastic customer service. I am so impressed with the time he takes to talk with me about everything. Skipper always has a smile on his face. Because of the great customer service I will be back next year to purchase my new car.

I have nothing but kind words to say about Regal Nissan. I have leased several cars from them and other dealerships and have found them to be very professional from the sales department to the service department. Some people forget the continued relationship after the car is purchased is very important and can make or break ones experience with a particular dealership. I give Steve Vaughn credit with maintaining a tight group of advisers. A dealership you can trust.
My husband and I just bought a certified pre-owned Nissan Versa from Dan their internet sales consultant and our experience was great from start to finish. We got an amazing deal on the car and the whole transaction was pretty painless considering we were first time buyers. Dan was upfront and honest and friendly from the moment I called him.
A couple weeks later we had a problem with the car not starting properly, we took it into the dealership with me following behind in our other non-Nissian car. They promptly fixed the problem that the Nissian was having and didn't charge us a dime. At the same time I decided to get the oil changed in my car, which is not a Nissan, and there was a small issue we ended up having to wait a bit due to an error with parts runner getting the wrong filter the first time. While we were a little annoyed they made it right by not charging us for the oil change, not even for the parts. I was truly shocked! When something goes wrong is when you see what a company is really made of and Regal is made of awesome from start to finish!
p.s. if you are getting maintenance done there they also have a very comfortable lounge with a nice flat screen tele and free espressos and cappuccinos.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Nissan Service. Their service team has supported me thru a Sentra and 3 Pathfinders in a very professional manner over the years. Great Roswell business!
The Service team led by Steve Vaughn is by far the best service department I ve ever worked with. (45 years of car ownership). They go above and beyond to make sure your issues are resolved. They are very upfront and honest with you and are looking for long term customers not large one time service charges. Because of Steve and his service department (and Marc Taylor the sales manager) we continue to be long term Nissan and in particular Regal Nisan fans (14 Nissan autos to date)
They were fast and courteous. My wait was enjoyable with plenty of amenities including mobile charging ports, desks, snacks and refreshments. Regal takes care of their customers!
This is a great dealership. A family owned business with a lot of ex military folks running the business. They listen well. They get it. No games - it was the best buying experience I've had in the 20 or so cars I've purchased over the last 30 years.

I bought an Xterra in 2007 and I'm in love with it still. It has reached 100,000 miles and because career calls for a lot of driving, I decided to lease a Leaf for 2 years. I really like this car and as long as you plan your day out and you plug it in when you get home, mileage is not an issue. I've had help from Dan and Chris in financing and Ross, Mike, and Chandler in sales. My service experience has also been excellent. Great place to buy a car!
I am from out of town. This service surpasses any service I've ever received from any other nissan dealership or service center I've ever had including my own home town dealership. My service advisor Mr. Terry Kelly was more than helpful and respectful to me and this gentleman to me sets the bar for how service should be conducted.
It s been six months since I bought my Rogue, and I am still impressed by Regal Nissan s service. I purchased my car in March, right before Covid hit, and boy am I glad I did. I always joke that my Rogue is the perfect Covid Car due to all the handsfree features and buttons.
LJ was the gentleman who sold me my car to me and made the process so easy. I told him the only things I wanted were SUV, low miles & a sunroof. He pulled this one out & took myself and my boyfriend on a test drive. We got back to the dealership and began working on getting the sale finalized. He made each step so easy and flawless. In total we were there for a two hours (including the test drive) and walked out with my new car. My boyfriend asked is it always that easy?! LJ continues to email me to check up on me and how I m enjoying my Rogue. I m happy to tell every time loving it! Doing my happy dance! . For my service appointment this past weekend, my car was taken care of by Jake Hale, and he did a fantastic job. I was impressed with how quickly my service was completed. I really like the feature where they text me a list of additional work that needs to be done, including how serious it is and the price. I was texted when it was ready and was able to pay online before picking up. My car was cleaned on the outside and looked fantastic. PPE was worn by the employees and my steering wheel was wrapped up with plastic to ensure they only touched that. I will continue getting my work done at Regal Nissan for the foreseeable future.
Terry Kelly gave me better service than I have ever had at any car dealership. He is friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure that his customers are satisfied. Regal's service department has improved over the years and is better than their auto sales department which is just so so. Paul is just really good and honest. Regal messed up my service 7 years ago with my Infiniti. I met Paul for the first time when I returned to complain about it. He assured me he would make it right. He did. And then I realized it was not a one time thing with him. He has gone beyond regular service norms at times. So I bring both my Nissan and Inifiniti cars here for service almost every time.
I have had solid experiences with most of the service staff including guys like Nate.
