Great experience with Regal's service department. I brought my car in for a tire pressure check. The service tech informed me that there were two recall notices that needed to be taken care of and they could do them along with the tire pressure check. The whole process only took about an hour and when I came out to get my car, it had been washed and vacuumed! A very nice surprise. Thank you!
I bought a car here in 2013 and have taken it for service there ever since. The dealership is currently going through a large renovation that should be close to finishing. It is a nice showroom and the service is pretty good. Not the greatest I've ever had at a dealership, but they're still good.

Bought my second Nissan with Regal Nissan today. It's no surprise why I went back to them for my second car even though I live much close to other Nissan dealerships!! They have a great selection on the lot, their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, plus they just make the car buying process extremely easy. I also can't say enough wonderful things about my salesman Mike. He wasn't trying to oversell me or put me in a vehicle that was the best for his bottom line. He was a true salesman who did everything he could to get me the best deal possible on the right car for me. Mike was quick with the paperwork and really made sure I knew the ins and outs of the great vehicle I was getting. Mike alone would be reason enough to go back to Regal Nissan for any future vehicle needs. Extremely satisfied with my new Nissan purchase!!

Will never go back to this dealership again. Have owned a 2013 Nissan Armada, which has been the worse car that I have ever owned. And I just had 3 different mechanics, all basically tell me that this dealership has continuously taken us for a ride. Had new spark plugs installed & the service & after spending over $500, end of January, we have problems again & the car did not pass emissions. We come to find out by different mechanics, they did not even change or look at the coil boots which should have been part of a regular tune up. They changed the spark plugs & charged us for a tune up but truly did not do a tune up. WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT AGAIN AT THIS DEALERSHIP, NOT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I AM FED UP WITH THE SCAMS TO HAVE US AS CONTINUOUS CUSTOMERS. A COMPANY DOES NOT WIN CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. IT IS WON BY LOYALTY!!! & this dealership does not offer that.

I called Steve Vaughn directly regarding a strange noise my wife was hearing while driving our 2011 Maxima. I was hoping I could get someone to ride along with me so they could hear the sound for themselves. I wanted to reduce the guessing by as much as possible. Steve agreed to ride with me and help identify the sound. He did so quickly- it was the strap that holds the exhaust heat shield in place. They repaired this at no cost, changed my oil, washed my vehicle and thoroughly laid out all recommended services I would need by the next oil change. Skipper was exceptional and professional. The staff at Regal Nissan are top notch.

I absolutely loved my experience with Regal Nissan. I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and shopped around online on TrueCar for pricing and to determine what I wanted to pay and what the vehicle was worth paying for. One of the sales associates Jim contacted me to see specifically what I was looking for and when could I come in. I had already visited 2 other dealerships and was nearing making my purchase. Jim was VERY awesome! The dealership itself was beautiful on the outside/in. When I arrived the vehicle had been washed, cleaned and pulled to the front for me to look at prior to my arrival. Jim was there waiting for me at the door and was such a gentleman. The process was quick, easy, and simple. He really wanted to make sure I left happy and that was all. Each person who helped me was very polite. I am very happy and excited about my new SUV and so glad I chose Regal Nissan and am VERY happy I got to work with Jim and would recommend him & this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.

Just bought out our lease on our Leaf with Regal and it was very easy. Clayton was on point and squared everything away. I just had to come in and sign. The only small annoying part of the whole process, and it isn't Regal's fault, is doing a loan through LGECCU. They have the best rate so I went with them but wish I had gone with BOA or some other with a slightly higher rate. This is to make others aware when they get a loan through Regal.
LGECCU only allows payments for free via ACH, online transfer from an LGE account, or mailing in your check every month. ACH isn't bad but you have to fax or physically bring in the authorization form in addition to having cancel the ACH when your loan is up (yes, they'll just keep the money coming rather than canceling your recurring payment automatically like any sane company in the 21st century). Opening an account sounds like the best move but you have about 5 or 6 criteria you have to meet each month to make the account itself free. Mailing a bill is laughable. You can pay via phone or an online transfer from another institution for $12. Go ahead and save yourself the headache. Pay the extra .2% in interest so you can setup an ACH online, do one time or extra payments simply without having to jump through nonsensical hoops.
I had the best experience here at Regal Nissan ! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful . Mr Warren the shuttle driver was very nice and made sure I got to my destination safely . He even called a few hours later to see if I needed a ride back to the dealership . Mr Kelly had a great sense of humor and made sure I was able to pick up my car the same day I dropped it off ! I will be coming here for all of my Nissan service needs . Happy 39th anniversary Regal Nissan !

Very helpful. I have mostly had experiences with the parts department at this location and I can say that I would definitely recommend them for Nissan genuine parts. They are always able to quickly find and deliver parts that I can sometimes not find anywhere else. The parts guys have always answered the phone quickly, and helped me quickly when I go into the location.
Friendly people who rush you into sales and dont really fiscuss what your paying interest wise, 19000 vehicle costing 41000? No thank you runied my credit, cant trade in because negative equity on a nissan altima not worth 20k.

Regal's Collision Center is Outstanding! Clayton made the experience of having to get my bumper replaced (because of a distracted driver), so much easier with his amazing service and professionalism. I just recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Maxima from another dealership. I had been looking at some of the accessory kits and decided to price around on the labor for installation. I've called about 5 other Nissan dealerships in the Atlanta area today and received a range of prices quotes or they took my information and offered to call me back. Not so at Regal. I was looking at 3 kits. They were only able to give a definite answer on having the spoiler installed. The other 2 kits I was given a vague 'I'm not 100% sure because I don't have the specs for the install infront of me but somewhere around $300 each for the other kits." For one, they were over pricing the install for one of the kits over the highest quote I received today by almost $150. Since he seemed unsure, I asked if he could give me a call back later with a more accurate quote. He then told me it would be $300 a piece and he didn't need to look?!?! I told him that he just said he wasn't sure and I'd rather he double check and get back with me with a verified quote on the labor. He then told me that they had a line of cars in the service area and he didn't have time to look but that $300.00 for each kit was going to be correct. Well needless to say, he lost the sale after that. If you will treat a potential customer like that, I definitely don't want you actually working on my vehicle.
We drove all the way from Chattanooga Tn just to look at a car. It actually turned out to be the wrong car that was posted on the website. I was very hesitant at that point, however Calvin and Dan were amazing! They were the friendliest sales people I've ever met. They were not pushy at all. I bought the car anyway, and I love it! Thanks guys!

Not only have a purchased/leased my last two Nissan LEAFs from Regal but this is where I send my friends. I trust them completely to handle the customer fairly and that is not been my experience with other Atlanta Nissan dealers.
Service team could be a little quicker getting to the customer upon arrival. Ive been spoiled by the service department at Acura and my expectation may be too high.
I love this Nissan location! I just relocated from Ohio, where the Nissan dealerships are AWESOME, and this location definitely didn't let me down. Customer service was great and the facility was super clean. The service took a while, but I didn't even notice because I was enjoying the facility so much. I'll certainly be back here!
Regal does some amazing work! They are not a stealership like most places they are a true honest dealership that helps people fix their cars correctly and understands that not everyone's made of money so they're not going to make you change pointless parts just for them to make money. Paul Smith is the greatest out there and most caring guy that is knowledgeable and will explain to you everything you need to know!
Recently I had to have my car towed to Regal for a fuel pump replacement; Alex, my service advisor, did a great job thoroughly explaining my car's needs and getting my car repaired and ready to drive promptly.
My first experience with Regal Nissan was in 2014 when I purchased my brand new 2014 Nissan Juke. The sales person was very courteous & listened to me when I explained what I needed He was not high pressure and the management made the experience efficient and smooth. The finance manager respected the fact that I needed to be somewhere & was thorough and expedited the process. When my Juke needs servicing, I can schedule it electronically & get a text confirmation.. I highly recommend Regal Nissan!!

I went in to Regal Nissan today after receiving a notice that I needed to get a part replaced due to a recall on my SUV. I worked with Steve Shank, who informed me that I in fact had two recalls that needed to be taken care of. Upon seeing that my oil also needed to be changed, he threw in a discount, a multi-point inspection, and a free car wash. :) Throughout the entire process, he was both courteous and respectable.
Not only that, but the shuttle service they offer is amazing. Warren the driver drove me to and from my home and was friendly and personable. It was nice to speak with individuals who not only liked their jobs, but were good at them, as well. Overall a very positive experience; I highly recommend it. I may have to switch where I get my oil changes from now on!
I had an oil change done for free by just bringing in a toy for Toys for Tots. The service representative was very professional and courteous. I even was offered a carwash for my vehicle. The service was finished on time (maybe even a little ahead of time). Great service!
After bringing my previous Nissan NV200 to their body shop, my insurance carrier declared it a total loss. Jeff Johnson in sales was able to match another dealer's lower price. He then got all of the paperwork taken care of for me so that I was able to spend less than 1 hour on site counting signing purchase papers & then finance department. Fantastic experience and I would recommend seeing Jeff for your sales experience.
Service rep Steph was very helpful in getting me checked in. Mechanic, Seaborn, was very thorough in identifying the problem. Made it as easy as possible.
Matt (MJ) was very helpful each time I visited the Regal Nissan dealership. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I had no idea what type of Nissan I was interested in and Matt made sure to talk with me about the aspects of each one. I test drove a couple of the models and he didn't mind that I had to visit the dealership more than once to figure out what I liked.

Our sales rep, Jim, was incredibly helpful - he was knowledgeable about the car, responded quickly and gave us a good deal with no hassle. I was able to talk through other dealers' offers and get a price commitment from him over the phone. We walked out of Regal Nissan with a car in less than 2 hours -- including selecting the car, getting financing and finalizing the paperwork. We've purchased from 2 other Atlanta dealers in the past and this was head and shoulders better than those experiences!

This was my first experience at a car dealership [despite me working at one] and you can tell they wanna help. I know the finance depart went CRAZY to make sure i got approved for financing as well. Bought both my first Nissan Altima and my first Jeep Wrangler (trade in) from the Certified Preowned center and have loved every bit of service I have received. I have only used the Regal Service center for my oil changes, collisions repairs etc and would not go anywhere else. Now while having the Jeep, i can still bring it to Regal and they service it just fine! I'm kind-of attached to Regal by the hip when it comes to anything cars!
Great facility. Advisor (Stef) did a great job keeping me updated on the warranty repair. Performed a complete inspection on my car and let me know everything was in great shape. Never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I will be back!!
Marshal Hadley in the service department is a WORLD CLASS service provider. He saved the day when my wife's truck was experiencing issues. He went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of. Great service is hard to find these days and I would recommend Marshal to anyone!!!

Regal Nissan took a little long for the oil change. I had requested a tire rotation as well and they informed me when my car was ready that it wasn't necessary and they didn't needlessly perform the service and charge me. That's refreshing to experience. They also gave me back my car washed and vacuumed. You don't get that at the oil change shops. In the end it was worth the wait.

My car was at the Regal Nissan from Thursday 05/16/19 until Saturday 05/18/19. Everything was fine and the communication was fine throughout the entire process. The guy called me and told me that I needed a new battery (amongst many other things) and I bought one. On Tuesday 05/21/19 my car would not even start. I spent over $500 at this dealership and left with more problems than I had to begin with. My car was towed to the dealership this morning. Before it even got there I called twice to tell them it was coming and what was wrong and I still got a call hours later asking me what was wrong with the car. They obviously didn't even touch it because if they would've even tried to even unlock the car they would've known what was wrong. The car won't even unlock without using the key!
