I had an excellent experience at Regal! The customer service from the staff was great during my visit. I was provided with a tour of the entire facility as soon as I arrived and was informed of the different services at the dealership. Also, Tyler Jackson was great to work with when I got my new car. He provided updates before the car I wanted arrived and continued to check-in multiple times after the car was purchased. He was really helpful throughout the entire process. Lastly, I had a great experience with Marty who does tinting and detailing for the dealership. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and he did an excellent job with tinting my car. I highly recommend Regal!

First your car gets hit and it's a hit and run. Next you are in a place you aren't famaliar with so instead of taking an to auto place you think oh I will take it to Nissan because I can trust them to do a good job. A month later the car is finally done but wait.. It was stolen!!!! They left the key inside the car!! Who does that?! How much stress does a person have to take? Any resolution to this? Nope not a thing. NEVER take your car here. This happened to Kendra Collinsworth not me. These are my words to express my anger towards a supposed "business". Word will get out Nissan. Word of mouth can be positive or negative. You have chosen which one by your actions in response to such a horridence act.

This is a review of the Nissan Truck and not this dealership. This is a good dealership and they try their best. But we ended up with a defective vehicle that vibrates. Google search "Titan Vibration." The service department did their best but couldn't fix the problem. DO NOT let a sales person tell you that it will go away after the "break-in" period. It doesn't. Make sure you do a thorough test drive and if the vehicle isn't perfect, WALK AWAY.

A+ service from a very helpful staff. I scheduled an appointment easily. They looked up what had to be done and did it while we waited in their stunning new wait room. The renovation makes happy customers and a happy staff.

I loved the whole atmosphere of this dealership. All the employees were super helpful and the place was really nice and clean. Jamere Mathis gave me the best customer service I've had in a while at a dealership. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and I didn't feel pressured into getting any unnecessary service done that I couldn't afford at the time. I usually go to the Mcdonough location but after having a bad experience there, I found this location. From now on I will definitely be bringing my car here.

Jeff got me exactly what I wanted, at a great price ... No hassle, excellent customer service!!!
After 6 months, I am just as pleased with my Nissan Altima as the first day I bought it. The staff at Regal Nissan has continued with the best of customer service. From tinting my windows to regular oil changes, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely shop at Regal Nissan, and hopefully even with Jeff, again.

Great experience.

Great experience.
Before visiting the service center, I was having some acceleration issue with Nissan Altima, I mentioned that and asked them to get the same checked. At that time they suggested some inspection check need to be done and mentioned that it will cost me additional $130.
They checked every thing properly and fixed the issue, but at the time they were releasing my car they mentioned that they didn't have to go ahead with that test and the issue was minor to reset some code. So that charge need not be paid, apart from that without me knowing he himself applied few rebate coupons and I was surprised to know that the charge was quite less.
Its more than 10 days I am still driving without any issue.

I had a 2015 Leaf leased through another dealer. I wanted to exercise the purchase option when it expired, since NMAC had a $3000 incentive in place. The dealer then presented me with a contract with a $600 doc fee and a $100 title/tag acquisition fee. I told him I wouldn't pay it, he said every Nissan dealer did this, and I left, since it changed the economics of the deal. I made one call to Regal Nissan, and Clayton Scott told me EXACTLY what the price would be over the phone - no doc fees or other nuisance charges. When I arrived, the documents were EXACTLY as described. He got me in and out in half an hour. Highly recommend he and Regal Nissan as ethical negotiators, and will shift any future service business to this dealer, as well as inquiry for other vehicles.

We have serviced our Nissan cars at Regal Nissan for more than 20 years. Marshall Hadley has been our go-to guy for that entire time. That should tell you how satisfied we are. We trust him implicitly to do what our car requires to keep it in great condition. Everyone in the department is helpful, courteous and friendly.

We were looking for a car to replace our Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were greeted by Ms. Hasna Babajic. She listened and understood what we need. She showed us two models and went through the features in details without pushing us to make a decision. With her help, we found the car we like (2017 Murano) and we are very happy with it. It was a pleasant experience purchasing a car in this dealership.

Will in the service department is seriously THE BEST! He was knowledgeable on all of the issues I was having and conveyed that information to me (someone who knows NOTHING about car maintenance) without being condescending or making me feel pressured. He was also knowledgeable of the warranty I had, even though I wasn't, which saved me a ton on having to pay for a new transmission. I love Regal Nissan and have had nothing but good experiences here.

I, myself, have only been to this exact location twice. The professionalism and friendliness of the service members and shuttle drivers are always fantastic. Warren, the shuttle driver, is such a delight to talk to, and it is a plus that he is a conversationalist.

Thanks to the service crew for allowing a mother to leave her car overnight so she didn't have to drag her kid out close to bedtime to pick up the car. Let me just end this with how awesome the remodel looks! Who can I persuade to put Pepsi out in the mini-fridge!? Since I only have two thumbs, here's five stars to you! I will be back for sure.

The service department did an excellent job in fixing my car. In particular, Brandy at the service desk was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, and was able to get the work done quickly. I would recommend Regal to everyone.

We just purchased a beautiful 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport this morning. I think this is probably the 5th vehicle that we ve purchased from Regal Nissan. We highly recommend JJ in Sales and Michael in Finance. They are fabulous to work with and they make everything so easy. Everyone at Regal is so friendly and the customer service is outstanding! We also bring our cars back for service too! Marshall is great! Bottom line: We won t go anywhere else!!

I recently bought Nissan Leaf from this dealer and I was not given lot of options where they could explain and chose for my better need but he was sticking to the specific and the my colleague took from another dealer for much better price with more options and the price is not near to comparing.
When i asked about that the Manager was so rude since I already took the car so he was least bothered to talk to me about the huge price difference.

The integrity of an auto service center is my Number 1 reason for using them. If there is an attempt to "up-sell" me un-needed repairs, I won't return. Regal Nissan meets that objective and I have been using them for years.

Had oil change and recall work done and even though their dealership is going through renovations the temporary waiting area was just fine and service time was reasonable. I did make a reservation for this work. Only issue I would caution would be the fact they charged me $20 to rotate tires when most other places do that as courtesy since they already have your car on lift.

Poor service, every time I take my car in its always a issue with having the service done correctly the first time. When they tell my vechicle is ready it's not because they for got to check something which I have to wait even longer. I will never purchase from them again!!

Their service department--and specifically, Paul S...

Their service department--and specifically, Paul Smith--is the reason I keep coming back for service on my 370Z. He's always incredibly helpful, and works around my odd schedule--let alone the awesome work he's done on my car. He even helped me while I was living in DC from 2010-13, which led to me planning my vehicle maintenance around my trips back to Georgia.

While in DC, I was having issues with incompetence at my local dealership's service department when trying to have warranty work done, to the point of having to look up and point out the Service Bulletin to the Passport Nissan mechanics in Arlington; after that, I got Paul into the loop, and he was able to help get the matter resolved with them quickly for me, which saved me from needing to take off an entire day from work.

Since then, he's managed to keep up the great service, as well as just being a generally friendly and great guy, so I keep coming back!

Overall, good service, but car loaner was forgotten, but they stepped up and got me one. As usual, dealer tries to add on you need this and that, like a cabin filter I had replaced 5000 miles ago. That I do not like.

Salesman Jeff was very engaging, had a great sense of humor, and kept me informed of the timeline while waiting for my new Leaf to be delivered. I bought my 2006 Pathfinder in 2010 with 55,000 miles on it and have had it serviced by this dealer ever since. I may be paying more than I would if I were to take it to a non-dealer but I know that a certified Nissan tech is working on it and I trust the service guy I work with. He tells me what I need to do now and what can wait. There you go.

My favorite Nissan dealership in the Atlanta Area! I actually wish I bought my car here. The customer service exceeds all others. From the newly built customer lounge to the complimentary shuttle service; where Warren takes care of you by dropping you off at your home and/or picking you up when your vehicle is ready. An all-around pleasure doing business with this dealership! It's worth the drive even if you have to pass others!

Best Nissan dealership in the metro Atlanta area hands down! Needed a quick oil change before going out of town for the holiday. They were able to fit me in no problem. They were done in less than an hour. They also provide complementary wash and vacuum when you get service done there. Great choice of complementary drinks and snacks while you wait. Staff is always friendly and treat everyone as if they are apart of the Regal family. Definitely recommend this dealership.

They called me saying they have a temporary spare ...

They called me saying they have a temporary spare parts for my A/C, when I went there the other service guy said there is no spare temporary parts I have to come some other day. Then I said you have asked me to come (I dont want to name them) yesterday afternoon, what has changed between yesterday afternoon and this morning?

Then they asked me to wait for 3 hrs in the lounge and after 3 hrs they said they tried to replace the parts with the temporary spare one but that didn't fix, so they have to order a new part and asked me to come at a later date.

It's a total improper way and also wasting customer's time, for a courtesy they could have at least cleaned the car but they lack those skills too.

The waiting area is always clean and accommodating. The courtesy shuttle service is a great amenity for customers. Once again this dealership sets the bar.

Bought a used non-Nissan vehicle from this dealer. Always take our cars to Robbie Jennings in the service department, even though neither are Nissans. Robbie is a great guy and a straight shooter. These are qualities you want when having your vehicle serviced.

Service is good. Skipper does a great job waiting...

Service is good. Skipper does a great job waiting on me (and answering my phone calls with questions) at the service counter and Warren does a great job with ferrying me back and forth to my office.
